Things to help TEI fatigue

I found another thing to really help with TEI fatigue besides gym and sauna. I decided to give some cold showers a shot again over the past few days after I already took my TEI dose in the morning and it really helped my fatigue and energy a lot. It wakes me up big time and gets me going. I workout in the evening so the fatigue is pretty bad during the day and taking cold showers in the morning really helped that. I would suggest trying it if you are really struggling with fatigue on TEI.

I always take short cold showers. Hot showers can make symptoms worse.

I guess a hot shower is similar to a sauna it can make symptoms worse if you are already pushing it with supplements. I also notice cardio can make the symptoms worse on TEI. Anything that increases oxidation rate seems to make the symptoms worse.

On TEI I do it on purpose though. Some days I do a 30-40 minute heavy cardio to increase getting rid of toxic metals. I have become used to the side effects. Sometimes you feel emotional afterwards and tired, brainfoggy. I am guessing copper coming out for me.

Similar to how you can use the sauna or a hot shower. I would only do this on days you are free and do not have to work.

Sorry if its been addressed before but what exactly is happenening during a TEI cycle that his causing all the fatigue? Nearing the end of my 1st TEI cycle now and Its really hitting me, didn't really feel any fatigue the first month 1/2 or so but its really noticable now. Can barely make it out to the gym in the evening after 8+ hrs at work

I got really sick with fever, for the first time in six years. Got a bit sick after taking the supplements for a couple of days and then it just exploded. I'm one and a half months into the cycle. What is it, viruses getting released or something?

Same, I havent had a cold sore in like years and I got bad flu like symptoms when i first started this cycle. It can be from multiple things but I was taking the full dose consistently and I noticed I would get it bad then. If I reduce the dose down the flu like symptoms wouldnt be as bad. It can be from detoxing metals, killing shit off etc.

shower one 8-14mins.
pre shower 1: 20-90mins. sometimes 4-6hrs.
optional shower 2 4-10mins
optional shower 3 4mins just cold rinse. say post calisthenics. whereas post weight training be a lot more. also both would be longer in say a warm city.
rare 4th and 5th shower if very sick not so much pfs stuff. cold showers, minus 45. but starting warm. rite now warm... minus 1 or 0 or minus 5 pretty warm for here.

When the detox symptoms would get so bad it was hard to function I would take a break. I think if the detox gets really bad it's a good idea to take a break, and when I mean by bad I mean litteral pain that is interfering with life. I always power through the fatigue and random pains here and there, it gets better over time.

Every cycle has had slightly different detox reactions. I have had flu like symptoms, headaches that were progressively getting worse on cycle, liver pain with digestion issues, and crazy sore joints.

Don’t cold showers just cause a stress response?

Don’t see how this could be anywhere near the truth. Lot of stuff over on Jack Kruse site in regards to quantum health and cold exposure is likened to sun exposure in his circles.

One thing they’ve been talking about recently is deuterium depletion. Any thoughts on this @Helen ? A health writer I know with Jack’s ideals believes this stuff is horrible for you and extremely relevant in getting people right.

Also, would it be possible hydrogen water could have elevated this stuff in some of us?

So does sprinting, working out, etc

Someone would be crazy not to use these "little stressors" during recovery. Even if we ignore that it's a staple in almost every recovery stories, they make everything much easier to deal with. The energy/confidence boost, mood enhancer and brain fog clearing effects are amazing

Cardio and sprinting are also two completely different things with different hormonal responses.
Lately I've been trying to run 30/40meters at full speed instead of 100 meters at 80% during my HIIT sessions. The responses I get as a result are even better

Edit; there's always the case of peoples with " adrenal fatigue " unable to exercise. In these cases yes, rebuilding yourself beforehand is required I guess

This is true. There’s definitely certain body chemistries that are not ready for exercise. Along with those that aren’t ready for liver flushes, short fasts.

I think with fasting- longer fasts actually make most sense initially when you’re really ill. And the long fasts put you in position where short fasts and liver flushes are beneficial.

That’s at least how I see it from my perspective. Where currently a 24-36 hour fast hurts digestion too much to utilize frequently.

I think my current body chemistry which is still partial- cfs would benefit to major degree from longer fast. And after that short fasts will be able to be tolerated.

Yes, it is not crazy if your heart beats out of your chest every time you exercise. So, good edit. Would love to hear of any ideas on how to "rebuild yourself beforehand".

I do find this interesting for me. Has been this way for a long time. When I lift weights it stresses my body and feels like my heart is going to beat out of my chest and I just can't handle it. On the other hand, when I take a cold shower (and I do everyday), I do not notice any stress on my body. My heart does not beat faster or anything like that. Only positives for me. So I'm not sure that cold showers and working out are equivalent "little stressors". Or maybe that is just how my PFS body works now.

.

You don’t get it man. You’re just failing to accept fact that you’re sick.

There’s 0 to 100 in health. Say you had 90 / 100 health before pfs and now you’re 20 /100.

What could have gone wrong to make you that 20 now?

Well first off.. Finasteride completely obliterated several detox pathways. I don’t get or understand the specifics like I should. I can’t speak like Helen... all I can tell you that detox pathways got impaired significantly.

So what happens when detox pathways get impaired significantly? TOXIC LOADS increases substantially. Remember that phrase.

Of course now, without detox pathways working, bad stuff is now piling up in body. Body can’t remove it like it could before pfs. TOXIC LOAD could be a variety of things whether it’s from pathogens, Toxins, heavy metals, mercury, copper toxicities and so on.

Bottom line is- you gotta find a way of decreasing that toxic load.

Fixing detox pathways could do so. But sometimes you might have to use stilts to get going like using Carnitine / alpha lipoid acid. Or you have a pathogen load that needs to be removed at all costs.

For me a pathogen load of mycoplasma lead to a major toxic load of ammonia piling up. Mercury and copper toxicities were big part of this. Removing the pathogen load with antibiotics on 2 occasions now has allowed me to get off my feet and start bettering myself.

We are all different though. We just don’t know who has what. But the hair analysis has been incredible for this community no doubt about that.

I just typed for about fifteen-twenty minutes there. And I’ll be honest I really hope you listen to me because in times past I feel like i wasn’t able to reach you. If there’s any type of way I can make this more clear for you please let me know.

You're right about the differences between cold showers and working out, I know what you're talking about and I've noticed that too. Cold shower never miss to wake me up and enhance my mood while sometimes I feel the opposite after a working out session

The first and second year after I crashed I could not exercise either, it would do the exact opposite of what exercising is supposed to do. In fact, anything pro-androgenic would make me lethargic at that time . I could not tolerate running more than 10minutes, the sun, etc. Instead of stimulating, socializing was depressing too. Quite crazy how the same stimulus would yield to such different responses

As to how you should " rebuild yourself ", I can only talk about my specific case; I started to see improvements only after I performed a 10 days water fast and started the cdnuts protocol, everything included

A diet with little to no inflammatory foods helped a lot too. When digestion is optimal, so is my performance. When I feel I have eaten something my body does not react well to, I'm not performing well

I don't know about your heart issue and that seems serious

Your heart is beating out of your chest because your body can't regulate electrolytes in PFS anymore specifically potassium, sodium, magnesium etc. Just search for "potassium" on this forum and you can read about it and how it relates to progesterone as well and how finasteride influences electrolyte and mineral balance.

Or you can go on TEI and should help get your electrolytes balanced and you should feel much better
