Guys do you know this guy? I used to watch his videos as he was dealing with chronic fatigue basically at the same time as me. He didn't have PFS or something like that. Just stressful childhood with his crazy mom.. He has no idea about biochemistry, diet any of that. He did just vegan diet.. But the other stuff is really great. Like the mindset, what to do not to do. He helped me to realize a lot of things. It helped me so much. Most channels on CFS etc. are just bullshit. But this guy was just sick guy who really wanted to get better. I think so many people can relate to him.. Hopefully he will stop with that vegan diet. Otherwise it will fail him and he will crash...

There was also another guy with channel Just James(he deleted that channel) he was a guy from Ireland who made that famous video 35yo virgin or something like that. He did steroids, crashed had crazy acne.. Crazy depression, living with parents. It was also interesting to watch. I could relate to him as well so much..

Yeah living in stress free, calm, relaxing, safe place is the most important thing for the body to work properly.. Not many people have that and the one they have it are often in great health even if their diet, life style is not ideal for example. It shows how important it is.. I am somewhat autistic as well for sure.. Maybe it's just some adaptation of my brain or something heh..

It's crazy how my body will not let me push it if I take zinc and keep copper low. I used to be tired, but hop on the bike, riding for some time and slowly increasing intensity and I would get more and more energy(from cortisol/adrenalin rising) and I would push the body more and more so it would end up in huge ride like I am almost pro cyclist or something.. Now there is none of that. I want to push my body, but it is not possible. It's like I have first gear and that's it.. That's exactly what I needed long time ago. That's why I should take those recommended doses back in 2018.. i would crash with low cortisol, but the body would start to heal.. Interesting that healthy people who are not depleted in calming minerals don't feel this at all. They take 50mg pill of zinc and feel nothing.. THat shows that they don't run on stress hormones. Maybe if they push their body to absolute limit, but in normal scenario they run on that calm, real energy from thyroid..
I am right or wrong with this assumption? :D

There's a lot of people like this though. Probably majority of people don't live lives they choose. It's chosen for you because your energy levels and intelligence (matters less than energy imo) will cap what you can do. Then maybe add environment to it on how you will end up. Like I know guys who are healthy but they grew up in poverty and violent environment which made them incapable to be normal and this capped their success in life. There's a lot of bottlenecks to face. But being unhealthy and low energy is the biggest bottleneck.

No way some guy with CFS is going to live the same life as some pop star with good genetics. (extreme example to make a point)

Life is chosen for you in that sense. Same with the type of women you date. They are chosen for you. No way a chick with high energy levels is going to date a guy that can barely get out of bed. Just an example. That's the extreme version. But you get what I mean. That's why hypothyroid people end up with other hypothyroid people. Otherwise it's hard to relate to each other and the person with higher metabolism will stress the other person out and the person with higher metabolism will be annoyed by the lack of energy of the other person.

The perfect example is my friend who never had any health issues. He worked hard but he always had people who liked him just because he was healthy people wanted to be around him. He got opportunities because of it. His life is pretty easy because of it and never had to think of changing himself or "self improvement". Or getting healthier. He just lives life and ended up in a very good situation.

The idea that you conciously have to make the choices to do good in life I think is flawed.

Yeah that is this black pill stuff that Rehab room is talking about. I agree with it. It is great to know and realize all this..
But here we were talking about influence of family members probably.. I realized because of that channel of the guy who recovered from CFS so many things why I am the way I am. It is unfortunate to say, but my parents were huge reason why I am who I am.. My sister escaped this somewhat because she left like in her teens. But I was shaped into this fucked up and lost kid for 4 decades almost.. Now healthy kids can just leave and do their thing. But you have severe hypothyroidsm, no puberty happening. I was not able to just move out and live like adults. So that combination completely crippled me and I was making it worse for myself by thinking it is all my fault. But it is not..
But I have to be grateful to them as well. Because if they kicked me out like a lot of parents do when I was like 20 in my state of health. I wouldn't be there now that's for sure..

Your parents probably born with similar issues. At least this is the case for mine. I can't blame them anymore after understanding this. But yes life is unfair but still have to do the best you can. That's all there's to it. Do the best you can in the situation you are in. And your health can improve to very good levels I think. So no reason to give up.

It's just that people used to give me advice from their point of view when they were healthy and a lot of the stuff that was normal to them was not to me. It wasn't bad advice and I followed it in my twenties but I could never keep it up. I always reverted back into what I was. Always. So I would go out of my comfort zone sometimes for months and then revert back. It's like your health always bottlenecks you and also keeps you in check.

That's why I don't like success porn it's alway focussed on making you feel good and motivated but it doesn't really help the core issue.

Nah father of my dad(grandpa) was solid and capable dude. Completely different. My uncle, brother of my father also completely different person(police homicide department)
It's just my father was this dude who did nothing his whole life basically. Loved drinking, party, pub life. After that just working shitty job and just complaining in front of the TV with newspapers and beer in his hand his whole life. Never learned me ANYTHING what father should instead saying all the time don't do this don't do that it is hard, it is dangerous, it is not worth it.. When I asked him why we don't travel anywhere He would say you will travel when you grow up.. All he was talking about how great it was when he was a kid what they did and how i can't do those things anymore etc.. Basically he did perfectly everything to create useless person.. Mother was never showing us how to love someone etc.. I mean it was just really sad.. But many people had it much worse. physical abuse etc.. So how can I complain. I didn't starve or anything like that..

No wonder I couldn't push my body with exercise and felt like dying. Crazy oxidative stress was going on.. :(
I have to measure my blood pressure more often. It is great indicator of copper dump..
I should probably drop all that olive oil and sunflower lecithin that I am eating right? If there is oxidative stress going on in the veins all that LDL and HDL that is transporting those fats gets oxidized and now wonder why I feel in pain in my cardiovascular system..

i think lecithin as a precursor for choline is good thing to you. one liver enzyme is high. choline is good for liver.
Yura try to left your parents like your sister did when there will be possibility. You are pretty smart guy. No way You wont manage.

Yeah it is all about if I can get healthy so I can work.. I know that lecithin is good for the liver, but I don't want elevate LDL in he blood. Because there is high oxidative stress and high Lp(a) it will clog my veins crazy fast... I think I should increase lysin that binds to Lp(a) and more vit C Linus Pauling style.. Now I feel liver like crazy and also back of my head... Fucking copper frying my brain.

and i would be care carefull with molybdenum and any amino acids (histidine for example), you have problem with kidneys(high creatinine). on your place i would first just try to lower this. i used birch leaves for this, they are great. birch is clearing the blood, it is good for kidneys. i just went to forest, gather some, drink birch tea twice daily for one week.
do what you want, but molybdnemu will push more pressure on kidneys and your skin will get worse ( i also took moly when i had elevated creatinine). when my creatinine was elevated and i took aminos, i become very low energy, thyroid work was very low

Sounds like your dad had bad health too so they go drink to escape from their bad (perception) reality. My uncle did the same, drink all the time, play videogames, couldn't work at one point anymore and died of cancer. He also dated enabling women who enabled him in his escapism and wrong belief systems.

I don't blame him I understand how you can feel when your health is really bad everything is too much. Your whole perception is warped. Reality is dark and crushing in those situations.

Women become cold often in situations of bad health. Like mothers without mother instinct. It's the same as a man not going through puberty. They are stuck. They don't have those feelings, they are numb.

It's all very easily connected back to bad health.

I don't know if his health was that bad. He was not drinking alone at home. He was in clubs, casinos, a lot of girls around him(not for the money he didn't have much) so ha had to have somewhat decent health if he was able to party, do sex all the time etc.. He also worked hard his whole life. So until he had us in like 35yo he wasn't like that at all.. He changed once his brother had health issues and died from pancreatic cancer, after that grandpa with prostate cancer.. After that he had prostate cancer. I think when he was like close to 50.. Once ho got the hormones he was really different.. After that taking care of sick grandma.. Basically from that moment when uncle died he was focusing on just pure negativity. Nothing positive was going on in his head.. More drinking.. But before he had us I think he was perfectly normal. Just din't give a fuck or hopefully had zero idea how to rise a kids.. Anywas enough of this...

Btw I was looking at my blood works like 11 tests from 2016 till now.
I had 2016 free copper 2,82 umol/l
2017 free copper 0.32
2019 free copper 3,8
2020 free copper 0,3
2020 free copper 17,5
2021 free copper 0,0 I had measured estradiol as well. IT was high and my ceruloplasmin was also high I could rise serum copper and still have zero free copper
2023 free copper 0,0 also good cerulo
2023 free copper 0,0 also good cerulo
2023 free copper 2,1
2025 free copper 0,0
2025 free copper 11,93

It seems like the only way my body is able to rise cerulo is with estradiol.. That my body is not able to rise cerulo normally with thyroid/adrenals? It has to be it..

and why you think i have elevated kidney markers? Because I have 10 times elevated free copper? Do you realize that free copper oxidizes everything around it? Like vasculr system in kidneys? Histidine binds that free copper creates safe complex that the kidneys can eliminate... HG7 protocol people take miligrams of molybdenum daily and they have no issues. I would take like 200mcg every other day.. It also helps eliminate free copper with urine.. I have no bile flow THat is another reason why kidneys have hard time. THey have to work twice as hard for the liver as well..
So sorry, but it is comical to talk about molybdenum putting pressure on the kidneys when I have literally free copper floating in the blood oxidizing everything..

EDIT= sorry that free copper from the last test is 4.04 not 11.93.. I probably taped some bad number during calculation.. So it is not that crazy bad..
So no I didn't do anything wrong chatGPT was calculating it wrong lol. Same question completely different answer..

did you saw you creatinine levels ?
did you read what I was writing to you? Of course my creatinine will be elevated when the most important way for elimination off toxins which is bile is not working and when my free copper is elevated.. I am trying to fix root cause. You think ARL/TEI protocol is not taxing for the kidneys? For sure it is. But so what. YOu are trying to fix the root cause. so the kidneys can have easy job.. As you can see on page 13 numbers go down when there is not free copper elevated. Btw I am taking dandelion root extract, artichoke extract they all have diuretic effect.
