I was working in supermarket doing on line orders whole last year. Got burn out form that stupid job. Now I got that facial hair loss from it due to stress lol..
THe thing is here is expensive even 1 room +bathroom apartment lol.. You have to work full time manual labor job to get like 60-70% of all money you make to pay for that stupid little apartment lol.. But still better than my room stressing out for sure.. Now I have to just get better so I can work again. but don't know if it's possible with my fucked up body now..
I agree it's insane how expensive shit is. Here just as bad bro. Plus people from other countries get social housing easier than native people here. A lot of natives are ignored and prices are way up. You can't work a normal job now and do well here. You have to do above average to live a normal life. It's ridiculous and it's ignored mostly.

This is why I choose to live a simple life now. Nothing crazy and it works for me now. I even save money now. But my friends I know they have to do higher and higher demanding jobs to just live an average life of 20 years ago.

If you don't have to work even better. I know people look down on it but when you are sick this is the best option out of anything. I know a few PFS guys who did this and it really benefitted them. But if your country doesn't have any support system then this is not possible. If I could go back I might of just used that system back then. I just kept working because I didn't know better. Can't say it was bad for me though it was the last thing to still connect me to "society" and be a bit normal.

Anyways there must be ways for you to get at least a basic life going and from there on you can go further.

I asked that Luke guy on chat if he gives slow oxi with low Na/K ratio copper. He said something like
"yes copper and little bit of zinc as well. You do need all that stuff so some zinc as well. but it is more copper heavy for sure than when you have low Na/K ratio.."

meanwhile ARL was giving me not little bit, but like 90mg of zinc with 2mg of copper even with low Na/K lol..
Now when I think about it. I was taking all those sodium/copper antagonists. Getting beef jerky look crazy dehydrated, zero sweating, crashed estradiol. Tanked copper with ceruloplasmin.. Feeling like shit..
Maybe really what I should be doing all that time was increasing copper, with some zinc to keep at least 1:8 copper to zinc ratio but with the main focus to rise sodium first and when that sodium goes up than up zinc more to rise potassium...
It is third practitioner who told my definitely should take some copper with smaller dose zinc if Na/K is low..

But if am honest with myself I think none of that would work in my scenario. Not high zinc from ARL and not taking copper supplements.
Taking a lot of zinc will just crash my sodium and I will die from low collagen from no copper.
Taking copper with my zero bile flow, already high liver enzymes and low ceruloplasmin(often high free copper which indicates liver/adrenal thyroid issues) will not do any good. I would just increase oxidative stress from free copper..

Simply forcing something in my scenario will probably do more harm than good.. Anyways Hair is in US. Hopefully there will be no issue with customs and I will have the test in my email soon.
But I am 100% sure my Na/K is still low, still slow oxidizer..

Most likely I would keep taking those micro minerals that would be low like chromium, selenium, some electrolytes, but I will not take any zinc or copper from sups for now. Until I move, will restore bile flow. After that I think I will dump copper even without taking anything and maybe after that when I get better just by be in less stress I could do another retest and only then take full protocol. Maybe my retst would be perfect just from not stressing lol.. I think it is actually the case. That you can create horrible test results from stress and vise versa dump all the excess of copper and have great hair test just from not stressing and having normal balanced diet. No supps needed.. Because if you are under stress you can take all the magnesium, zinc etc. you want, but the body will release them right and retain copper. Well vise versa the body will dump copper and retain zinc and magnesium and stuff if the body is calm not under stress..
The problem for most people they don't want to change anything. They just want to take pills. So they force change on hair test, but in reality they are not getting better much..? Maybe I wam wrong don't know.. But it makes sense to me..

Finally after 4 days of hair sitting in sorting center in US it moved to "Preparing the shipment for delivery in the destination country."
It is so painfully slow. It's crazy.. How long it takes to ARL to do the analysis and send it to practitioner. Don't tell me another 10 days lol..

I don't know what I should do because this feeling of dehydration I have is just nuts. Dry mouth, constipation, barely sweating in this summer heat..
I don't know what makes me dehydrated like that. Should I drink more water, less water, add more sodium, less sodium.
I was talking with chatGPT and that stupid fucked said copper lowers sodium and zinc increases sodium? That's bullshit right? Why would they give people with low sodium copper to raise that sodium and less zinc so it doesn't lower that sodium/potassium ratio even more right?

I simply envy those bloated, fat people now who sweat a lot lol..
How fix this.. Some people say lower salt, because more salt tanks aldosterone and that lowers sodium overall even more? Is that true?
It is probably my adrenals and estrogen are tanked right.. Maybe copper would really fix that..

Probably just low thyroid. I doubt copper will help you just with that. Best to stay patient for the hair test for now hopefully you can see something on it.
You don't have craving for certain things?

I don't think I can trust my cravings. Because if I do I would eat junk all day..
I would have no issue trying eating junk. But with my cardiovascular issues, with my very high Lp(a) it is very risky.. So I stay away from saturated fats. Eating just little high quality olive oil to stimulate bile..
Lately I was eating too much rice and corn pasta and I feel that it is hurting me as well. I have to be very careful with carb intake as well..

But I am human like everybody else. Name some junk food and I would love to eat it lol.. and in terms of whole foods Yeah I love high copper foods like nuts, legumes, dairy, nightshades. I would love to eat everything. But they fuck me up.

Btw is there some Helen like brain so he can tell me what should I test for on a blood test. So I can look at the blood work with the hair test and put together good supps protocol?
Will see what Luke will recommend, but I am no giving my last money on his supps from US..
I just need to know the core of what should I take. I don't think small details matter since there is a diet in play as well and that is HUGE variable.

Probably have to contact Helen himself. But yea I get it about the cravings I also used to have bad cravings that were not correct. Must have something to do with pathogens and bad stomach enviroment which crave bad foods. Now it's different.

Guys what is your take on nicotinic acid(flush niacin)? I get sometimes insane flush just from B complex that has 30mg of niacin lol.. I assume I needed it? Especially with my atherosclerosis issues... I just took like 100mg. I have 500 pills that I split into 4-5 pieces. Feel the flush coming. I like the flush for the most part. I feel like it delivers blood where it is needed. I don't like that low blood pressure and low blood sugar effect. Once I did 5x100mg pills and did my near infrared sauna. Very stupid idea. I had so low blood pressure. It is miracle that I didn't fainted....
I don't know how people take 1000-1500mg like it is nothing. It would kill me...
But I think I should keep taking it. It is good right for NAD or something. I know it lowers methyl groups or something? I take TMG, lecithin and active B folate/B12 so it shouldn't be a problem. I should retest homocystein. I tested it years ago it was 8. Ideall is around 7 they say so..

niacin increase GH
btw. I follow my last TEI program, they warn that I will have artheliosclerosis from it, but on my leg calf big (circa fi 7cm) red painfull aka inflamation appear. i stop program for a moment otherwise it could take over whole leg. THIS IS HOW CHELATION OF FE/CU LOOKS

@ruprmurdoch heh bro I know about TEI. I just didn't know they mention the possible side effects of the program. That is very intresting. ARL is not doing it. So they say chelating copper/iron can cause atherosclerosis? I think key here is to have amino acids L histidine specifically in the blood in all times. So it can bind to that free copper and not cause any more damage..
You said you are from Poland? How do you order hair tests from who? I want just hair test and their PDF file with their program. I don't want any bullshit from some practitioner..
Can you share the results of your test and what they recommend? I would love to read it. I never saw how it looks like from TEI. Just ARL and they say nothing about side effects etc..

1.address:

4.be patient, polish post office is struggling. letters which should be delivered in 5 working days are delivered after 10 working days. for results of you sample have to wait 4 weeks

5. I did few test during last 5 yrs and always receive the same dosage of supplements. and always diffrent risks at diffrent level

6.I was not taking full supplement program beacuse I was doing it by myself(mainly mn/zn combo + vit a later)

7.I attach my reccomendations(edit:shit I cant do this will try later)

I think they want to chelate cu and fe. I might try some histidine.
I took vitamin e to make blood more thin and it seems my calf get better
probably by taking their full program side effects would be more bearable

Hm it takes too long. Now I am doing it with Luke Pryor
He sends me the document. I send hair that is in the US within 7-10 days. After that they do analysis send him results and he sends me the report. Hopefully it will take no more than 15-20 days from sending hair to report in email..

New blood work. Thyroid after starting 50mcg of T4 still not good. Copper, white blood cells still the same. But what is better are liver enzymes. TUDCA really works wow.. Anyway I wanted up my dose of T4 to 100mcg. endo was pissed that I called her on her phone on vacation hahahah. She said up the dose to 75mcg... feritin dropped a little after those blood donations, but it is still high. Heamoglobin somewhat low. I wonder if I should try beef liver or not.. ALso I don't like that lower serum zinc. I need that hair test report badly. Hopefully it will be done this week, but I think the next most likely.. I think I should start taking 20-30mg zinc daily + 10g of beef liver. + what I am taking like selenium, chromium, here and there molybdenum.. I think I simply need to take everything in some balance.. I am going to the shop if they have beef liver. Just to try how it feels after almost decade of no retinol lol.

I can't find beef liver lol. Only pork, chicken... Those have high iron:copper ratio. Only beef liver has high copper:iron ratio. So it is ideal for copper and retinol, but the key here is to take really low amount. I mean 10g will give you RDA fro retinol.. Back in the day I was eating like 200g a week + loads of vit A from other stuff.. Just stupid..
But maybe it is a good thing that they don't have that liver. Factory farming liver has to be toxic. Back in the day I was ordering organic.
Also dealing with that liver daily will be pain in the ass. I think I will buy some liver pills. I really don't want to take vit A or copper in synthetic form..

I see you have chosen to eat copper from good food sources. You don’t believe in copper build up and no bioavailable copper?
