@RebelWithACause Yeah even a lot of athletes like fighters play video/PC games etc.. It is so important to understand this concept of why some people are addicts and some not.. Most people don't get it and just blame the person that he is looser etc. not understanding at all the bigger picture.. But yeah gaming is great low self harm escape/cope.. Misfits today are much more lucky with all that technology in comparison with fucked up people when there was internet, games nothing. You had no choice but to drink, kill yourself basically..
100% in the past without these technologies to escape, i'd drink and smoke myself to death. My uncle did it pretty much. I understand now why people do it. I used to not especially as a kid it's just weird to see people do it you don't understand it. But later on you do lol. Thankfully videogames were a better choice

@RebelWithACause I was trying smoking and drinking. Just because everyone does it and it is cool right.. I think I started smoking because of movies like The last boy scout with Bruce Willis hehe.. Fortunately my body was so fucked up that I couldn't handle it so I stopped..

I smoked for one year but doctor told me if I kept going I'd probably die from it and then quit. it scared me at 17 or something. Thanks to that doctor lol. Drinking never liked it eventhough I did it for like 5 years or so. Made me purely tired. Nothing extra energy.

I think because my metabolism was slow I preferred high stimulation like competetive videogames, pornography, heavy lifting, caffeine, angry attitude, adrenaline spikes, acting crazy, etc. But I got to say smoking did help me. I think nicotine is a strong adrenaline increaser plus cadmium raise Na/K but these things always came with a crash obviously because body can't hold that up

My bag would be filled with thick sludge lol Btw at the end they show what him and his two friends had in the blood in terms of levels of toxic elements. They had very high chromium which I find interesting. I would assume that it is element hard to get for most people.. Btw 3000 dollars per treatment. Having money I would do it all the time..

?
Crazy how naive he is, the amount of red meat/iron this guy consumes everyday and he's concerned about pesticides when he eats all organically... His face looks aged af and unhealthy, it's not very masculine at all and this is what iron overload can do.

All the high carotenoid foods from papaya and stuff also not good for him, but that is hard to realise or know about unless you've read Grant/Garrets work.

If he did hg7 he'd start looking a lot better facially and he would be a lot more calmer

@Fazed22 Well he is on the sun all the time. That is a lot of damage to the skin as well and so far he doesn't have age spots. But I agree that he has no idea for the most part. Like basically majority of health/diet stuff people who make videos..
THe thing is even if the knew. Who would watch their videos talking just about vitamins, minerals, basically nutritional balancing. It is boring as fuck for most people.
HG7 is little more interesting. But basically nobody knows about it. At least nutritional balancing people should know about it and look into it.
THe problem is both camps ARl/TEl practitioners don't want to change much in their approach and Jacob with his HG7 is even more extreme.
I mean he did some good work, but to say from the start I will never ever add or change anything about his protocol that's crazy and that is not the mindset how you get better and improve things..
So it can be used by all kinds of people. Like not everyone is sedentary junk food eater and chain smoker..
If he starts to eat clean diet and do crazy exercise will that protocol work for him the same? Maybe, maybe not.. There are so many variables..

Btw do we know what is doing the kid who started doing HG7 as one of the first people? I read that thread from first page. It really looked like he did great, god unbalanced due to bad ratios, dosages and went crazy from high estrogen or whatever.. Wonder if he is back to normal and now is using it again without saying anyone so he doesn't look like idiot heh..

Sun exposure is not an issue if you eat the right things, but if you eat lots of red meat/iron everyday you're gonna be overloaded with iron and lacking zinc for sun protection. I know people who've been in the sun for way longer than he has and they don't age or get damaged like him. He's been on and off in costa rica for around 5 years and and he looks like that already....

He's also mainly cooking his beef on bbqs/grills and this produces a lot of AGES (Advanced glycation end products), AGES are really bad for aging/longevity.

If he was on a Garret Smith style diet he would look a lot better and he did look a lot healthier in pictures before he changed to this animal based high fructose diet.

@Fazed22 yeah I always knew that burned meat from grill is very problematic long term. It tastes much better from grill or air fryer, but I knew that if I want to eat meat multiple times per day it has to be at least cooked at low temp in water..

"Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are compounds formed when sugars non-enzymatically react with proteins, lipids, or nucleic acids, a process that occurs naturally but is accelerated by high sugar intake, certain cooking methods, and aging."

Just read this now on google so yeah he is gonna have a big issue with AGES

I use the non electric pressure cooker for everything it by far is the healthiest and least damaging way to cook food.

Chicken is not really bad to pan fry though compared to beef, beef creates a lot more AGES so you should boil or pressure cook it if you care about longevity.

@Yura What are you taking for the hg7?
I am taking 1 life extension pill with sodium ascorbate on empty stomach and with breakfast 40-60 minutes later everything else. Small dose B complex, extra benfotiamin, 200mg B5, 20-30mg B6 in active form, 20mg biotin, 30mg zinc, 400mcg molybdenum. I take aditional biotin with other meals as well. I had somewhat different results with the same dosing and timing. Once I felt something similar to copper dump with higher adrenaline, but nothing close to dumps that I had before. Just mild stuff. Main symptom I would get the most often is headache, pressure in the head.. ALso my metabolsim, digestion seems slower somewhat. No change in pooping. Still no bile flow.. I think what you ingest from diet has huge impact as well. SO far I am eating just meat rice or corn pasta with veggies, some fruit. So very little copper intake. I think my copper is really low. Maybe I should drop that zinc completely or take like 1/3 of 30mg capsule and see what that EGCG on its own will do. Wonder why Jacob recommends taking molybdenum with EGCG even without zinc? molybdenum is needed when you are dumping iron with EGCG?
I am writing down every day what I take and what it does. Yesterday I see I took 1/2 30mg zinc capsule. Looking at the symptoms list. Maybe that worse digestion and stuff is low zinc. So today I took 45mg zinc and 600mcg moly. If it feels worse I think I will drop zinc to like 10mg and moly to 200mcg.

Just imagine nutritional balancing guy would give me 55mg zinc without moly, just like 5mg of manganese. It would be miserable lol.. I don't think I would take manganese ever again. No way I am low in it even if my hair tests says low when I was eating oats, rice etc. all the time..

So far I think that because I was taking before zinc and molybdeum a lot and feeling much worse. I think what will be best for me now is to take mainly EGCG with vitamins and really low dose zinc and moly to lower iron first.. Will see how this higher dose zinc/moly feels. If it's good I will keep doing it if not I will lower them a lot..

Why are you taking sodium ascorbate, take ascrobic acid like he advises, I think when you start changing stuff like that it does affect the results. But I will say you will need to go lower on the C probably if you have bile issues. I found the hg7 can cause some alkalosis states so you need the acid part from ascorbic acid.

Also if you feel nothing then try the higher doses, then you will feel something.. I needed coffee to feel better after taking the full hg7 dose together as it was the coffee that moved the bile for me, otherwise there would just be a bunch of chelated metals floating around my system causing symptoms.

And why are you reducing copper intake when you're taking all these copper antagonists its a bad idea, especially when you're already low in bioavailable copper

I don't think you need to take the b complex with it can alter results, magnesium and selenium is what you need if you're getting headaches, headaches can either be from high iron or copper but for me its iron.

Also you can try going higher with the biotin, it shouldn't cause you any issues really

@Fazed22 I don't see the need to cook in pressure cooker stuff like chicken meat. It is cooked on a pan within like 10 minutes. When I cut the thighs and/or breasts into small cubes.. I was using pressure cooker when doing gelatin from pigs feet, But I feel cold when I eat gelatin made from that. I stopped taking beef hydrolyzed collagen as well as it is high in stuff like lead.. I just cook poultry meat, rice, some veggies.. No need for pressure cooker..
I don't take that B complex every day, but I take it like three times per week for that B12 and folate. When I don't take B complex with HG7 I take extra B2 and B1, because I don't have them in the diet. But I have plenty of B3 from meat.. I think those Bs like B1 and B2 are also depleted when you push it with the other Bs.. Like B1 is the first Bs that goes depleted when your body is in stress or you eat refined carbs which I do with rice and pasta..

I said chicken is fine to pan fry and don't really need to pressure cook

EGCG is interesting I used it from Helens simple detox protocol. I didn't like it that much. It lowers histamine so good if you have high histamine production. And it's a good anti oxidant. But I found other anti oxidants better for me back then

@RebelWithACause I am thinking about trying ALA. But ideally it should be taken every 3 hours due to half life and because it chelates mercury. So to prevent redistribution..
I was taking it that way for couple of days. It is pain in the ass to wake up in the middle of the night to take it.. I would take just small doses like 10-20mg, so maybe it could be ok to take it before sleep and when I wake up..
