@RebelWithACause I am thinking about trying ALA. But ideally it should be taken every 3 hours due to half life and because it chelates mercury. So to prevent redistribution..
I was taking it that way for couple of days. It is pain in the ass to wake up in the middle of the night to take it.. I would take just small doses like 10-20mg, so maybe it could be ok to take it before sleep and when I wake up..

Yea I used ALA as well and tried the Andy Cutler protocol for a short period. I think mercury is big reason why people lose so much zinc. Helen talked about it too. But if you don't have mercury than maybe useless. My mom takes it now she had mercury problems. Weirdly she has very little reaction to it. Like no negative nor positive. NAC helps her more.

@RebelWithACause I had issues or maybe still have issues with mercury from amalgams for sure. I think it is one of the biggest factors why I got fucked with no puberty etc. It completely sucked all minerals from me that I had in me.. It is also the reason why I had them removed as I saw that mercury on first hair test..
Hopefully now it is not that big problem for me so I don't have to take it every 3 hours...

I had the same not sure if it's mercury. Just low puberty. Small adams apple too. But my dick is above average I know more people like this. Maybe DHT saved my ass. Then if you put me next to my friend it's like a different species. He has a huge adams apple, big ass browridge, etc. But he does age faster. So people high natural steroids also I think can definitely age faster. Could definitely be from mercury because that pretty much alone causes hypothyroidism and build up of toxic metals. So you can even be born with high mercury and always have lower metabolism.

My friend probably would do better from fasting. Keeping his steroids lower so he balances himself into something more like a bit less androgenic but enough to feel good.

Interesting comment under Dr.Osborne video about ALA.
"Dr O. did not discuss much about the heavy metal detox capabilities. ALA moved inorganic mercury INTO the brains of mice in the Gregus study. Andy Cutler, PhD Chemistry warns people to avoid ALA in the months after amalgam dental filling removal. A very dear friend made that mistake and it cost her greatly. In the months after amalgam removal she was initially only tolerating roughly 40mg of the mild chelator, DMPS, daily. She accidentally took 100mg ALA for 10 days and became a mental and emotional mess, her muscles stiffened, struggled to sleep, had more fatigue, neuropathy that she never experienced prior, but the worst symptom was "burning brain." She said she thought she was going to die. 7 years later she was dead from brain cancer even though she ate an organic diet, no alcohol, got some exercise. I've seen lots of reports in detox support groups from people who could not tolerate more than tiny doses of ALA. I'm fairly sensitive to it myself and had a history of lead and cadmium toxicity that has been greatly improved for a decade after a couple years of HM detox (Cutler)."

I think I will not mess with ALA for now lol..

Anyway this HG7 doesn't "dump bile" at all. My bile flow is still basically zero. Poop not even close to dark/brown color.
So it makes no sense to push detox phase 1,2 hard when 3 is not working at all. All I am doing is just poisoning myself more and more..
Really don't know what to do for the bile anymore. Low soluble fiber so no legumes, oats etc.. at least makes me less constipated. But can't push fat intake. It just crashes my metabolism completely..
TUDCA did nothing. But maybe now with no soluble fiber it can work better and maybe trying again high dose sunflower lecithin with it..

You ever just tried that Dr Wilson diet? It worked for me for a while when metabolism was very low. I didn't do good on his diet at all after a while. But at start it was the only thing that kinda helped. I kind of followed Chi's advice from PropeciaHelp which is similar to Dr. Wilsons' diet...

If nothing works I would just do electrolyte protocol take everything.

Or try something like resveratrol look at HerrFisch.

Otherwise do that HG7 protocol and give it time.

Plenty of things to try...

@RebelWithACause I eat lean meat, veggies, some rice/corn pasta for carbs and 10-15g added olive oil and salt. Maybe little turmeric powder for flavor.
Wilson diet is what? Basically lean meat, no added fat and 3 cups of veggies per meal(I eat 1) and like no carbs?
I would end up eating like 1000kcal? Really don't want to damage my metabolism like those practitioners who were crazy thin on the program and after that blow up like crazy.
I know how calorie intake/metabolism works. That's why I am still lean and somewhat muscular. Crash diets are simply stupid.

try resveratrol to raise ceruloplasmin and dont eat liver and too much copper then take something to bind copper. it worked for HerrFisch
What did Herrfisch use to bind copper alongside resveratrol?

How‘s your thyroid doing these days?

I personally take T4 to get my TSH down to 1 or a tad lower. Was hovering between 3-4 before. I need roughly 50mcg.

I also take B vitamins, CoQ10, MSM & liquid sodium molybdate to help my bile flow.

@youngsinatra low thyroid is just a symptom that my body is in survival mode for at least last 20 years.. No pill will make any difference.. It is just unfortunate that my stupid brain was able to put everything together so late. Now when my body is truly fucked up. Like not chronic fatigue, hair loss or whatever I am talking bad cardivaoscular disease, probably early stage cancers etc..
2026 I have to do the thing I was avoiding for decades and that is move out and be on my own without that chronic stress, PTSD inducing adrenaline dumping.. Without that I can't start to get better. That's for sure. I knew that somewhere deep inside, but was avoiding it. Because that is the hardest thing for me to do.. This is what happens when you are genetic waste with Kallmann, some type of autism whatever and on top of that you have parents that completely inhibit any type of your development as human being.. 39yo and you just look at the world as scared small kid that is lost..

Lots of people like this bro but yea some people have it way worse than others. Your story sounds like a bad case like I was. Definitely relate. But I see it all around me just different levels of dysfunction

What is really confusing to me in nutritional balancing using hair testing is that when you are slow oxidizer and you are in stage of stress where your adrenals can keep up. You will have normal or even higher Na/K ratio. Ideal is 2.5 and in that case they don't give you copper. Makes sense right. You are slow oxidizer you don't give more copper. YOu give everything else like some magnesium, B vitamins, vit C, zinc, chromium, selenium etc.. To basically support adrenals so it can handle stress and detoxing excess of copper and other heavy metals etc..
But in later stages of adrenal burnout you will see on a hair test lower Na/K ratio than is ideal and in that case they will give you copper to rise that sodium.
That doesn't make any sense to me because you can be in that burnout stage due to bad copper toxicity. So if you force sodium increase by stressing the system even more with copper to rise sodium levels how that can work long term? Poisoning the body even more to just have better hair test results..
In that case what makes more sense to me is what Helen said. Forcing stress and therefore increasing sodium, but by exercise not by taking the thing that is the problem in a first place..
Would love to hear answer to what I just said from Paul Eck. Wilson I know he liked more manganese to rise sodium. They give shit loads of manganese when they push zinc in. Like for me they recomended something like 80mg zinc and 25mg manganese.. But copper as well on second test where my sodium dropped. They recomended 2.2mg copper...

To me it makes to no sense.. Helen approach makes sense. Supporting adrenals with everything else so it is able to rise sodium naturally by adrenaline from exercise so the body can increase ceruloplasmin and use that copper..
Nutritional balancing people recommend doing nothing. They say relax as much as possible and the body will start dumping copper. But I think it will never happen. The funny part is that they recommend shit loads of sauna and coffee enemas as well and they are stressful detox methods..
Sauna is relaxing only at the start when your body gets warm. That is crazy powerful relaxant. BUT once you start overheat and your heartbeat goes up and you start sweating that is clear sign of increase in stress hormone production..
Same thing loading the system with caffeine. It has nothing to do with relaxing. It is stress to the body it pushes the liver work hard..
So they recommend relaxing, meditation etc.. but the core of detox are stress methods..

They say sweating from sauna is better than from exercise because you are more relaxed and you detox more toxins, but there was plenty of papers showing that when you move your body = you move not just blood, but also lymph fluid around the body you detox much more toxins than sitting on your ass in a sauna..

Anyways since I stopped riding bike and more relaxing my health is going downhill faster than when I was stressing my body like crazy with manual labor job, exercise etc..
Only during that time I made a mistake that I completely forgot about nutritional balancing and I was not supporting the system with everything it needs..

Basically what I think what we should do in burnout due to copper(and other toxin overload) is doing basically bodybuidling diet similar to diet from Helen in electrolyte protocol. Rice, veggies, lean meats, some fruits. Supps to support adrenals like I said. and for detox ideally exercise to stimulate flow of all fluids, and intestine for pooping as well and copper intake I would say the more you exercise/detox the more copper you can handle and vise versa if you do nothing and sit on your ass(which is bad idea because your metabolism just goes lower and lower I experienced it again and again and I will never ever do that again) your copper intake should be maybe what is in white rice and veggies.. At the same time you need to lower B vitamins, vit C, zinc everything as well.. Otherwise you are just redistributing toxins and killing yourself..

What really sucks is that it took me 10 years to really realize this. I am simply that dumb dude who has to be punched 10 times in the face instead of once to realize that it really is not good idea to gt punched in the face hehe..

Winter is hard. You are cold, metabolism crashes, you can't be outside exercising and sweating in the heat. I am barely surviving this winter.. I know for fucking sure that if I am in this health state the next winter and I am in Czech Rep. I am done..
So this year till winter I have some serious work to do if I want any chance to live. At least somewhat average life...
