ARL about stress.. I can see myself so much in this.. That description of stages of stress. I know exactly how my hair tests looked even without testing when I was in that first stage which is alarm and second resistance. I was in that stage for most of my life. That elevated sodium. Adrenals still able to keep pumping that aldosterone and keeping blood pressure up.. Now I am in that end stage. That end of the road where the body is telling me " I am done dude. Fuck this.."
Where are already those degenerative changes in the body like atherosclerosis/calcified stuff, probably cancers, sever damage to brain etc. which on it's own is chronic stress which you can't escape even if you are doing nothing but meditating in mountains and eating organic foods..
My story is story of majority of all people. Where they simply lived under chronic stress their whole life and they didn't have the tools to simply "go on holidays" and rebuild their body. To stop that cycle of stress, degeneration..
Like you don't have the money to do it or you don't have the knowledge of any of this in a first place which if that is the case money are useless..
I need to figure out how to escape the stressors that I can still escape now even when I don't have the money to do it..

Understanding Stress

Stress is more than just a word. It is a modern theory of health and disease. It is also the basis for nutritional balancing science. Stress is defined as a non-specific response of our bodies to any number of factors that are called 'stressors'. Non-specific means the response follows a similar pattern, no matter what the cause.
For example, loud noise, extreme cold, a bacterial infection, a toxic metal, or worry can all cause the same stress response. It doesn't matter if the stressor comes from within the body (bacteria) or outside the body (noise).
The response to stress is in three stages, according to Dr. Hans Selye, founder of the stress theory. Hair analysis can be used to identify these stages with mathematical accuracy.

Common Causes Of Stress

Internal causes of stress include nutritional deficiencies, bacterial or viral infections, subluxated vertebrae, hardened arteries, weak muscles, toxic metals in enzyme binding sites, poor circulation, fatigue, energy imbalances, fear-based emotional patterns, neuroses or rigid ideas.
External stressors include family problems, financial struggles, school difficulties, interpersonal problems, extreme heat or cold, polluted air and water, improper diet, low-quality food, toxic medications, drugs and other poisons and many other factors that appear 'external' to us. The internal and the external factors of stress combine to create stress responses.
Noise can be a potent stressor. This includes televisions, radios and even excessive talking. The presence of other people, especially for babies and children, can be stressful. Some people are affected by even more subtle factors such as electro-magnetic waves, colors, tone of voice and even a person's 'aura'. We have all heard the phrase, "there was so much anger in the room you could cut it with a knife".
There are even spiritual stressors. Just telling the truth, or speaking up to a friend, can cause much stress. For innocent children, hearing false statements by parents like "you are a bad child" can be a horrendous stress.

Who Is Under Stress?

Everyone copes with stress all the time. If we are healthy, it means we are in harmony with our internal and external environment. Excessive stress can occur at any age. This includes newborns, who are often traumatized by the birth process, or even by the thoughts and emotions of the mother who carried them.
All children at times experience fears, anger, confusion and perhaps feelings of inadequacy, failure and many others. This is added to any physical, biochemical, genetic or energetic imbalances that may be present.
An important principle is that a stressor for one person may not be a stressor for another. One person may love being around cats, while another has a violent allergic reaction to cat hair.
Salt can benefit one person by raising a low blood pressure. Yet for the person with high blood pressure, salt can be a severe stressor. Vitamins and minerals act likewise. If they balance the body, they are beneficial. If not, they can add to stress. Some stressors, such as nuclear radiation, extreme heat or cold and botulism toxin are stressful for everyone.

The Body's Stress Response

Dr. Hans Selye discovered there is a common stress response, no matter what the cause. He divided the response into three stages: alarm, resistance and exhaustion. All organisms go through these three stages of stress, which are followed by death. One can go through all three stages in minutes, or it can take 100 years. The progression of the stages of stress is mediated through the adrenal and thyroid glands.
Dr. Paul Eck's research on hair analysis was greatly assisted by incorporating the stress theory into the interpretation of the hair analysis. Knowing the stage of stress, one knows a lot about how a body is functioning. This allows one to move beyond symptoms and correct underlying body chemistry.
Dr. Eck discovered the alarm stage of stress roughly correlates with fast oxidation. The resistance stage of stress roughly corresponds to a mixed oxidation pattern. It may also correlate with a fast oxidation pattern with a low sodium/potassium ratio. The exhaustion stage of stress roughly corresponds to a very slow oxidation rate.
Mineral levels change in accord with the stage of stress. For instance, in the alarm stage, sodium rises. As the resistance stage begins, sodium begins to drop. It continues even lower in the exhaustion stage. One can determine the stage of stress with numerical accuracy from the tissue mineral levels and ratios.

Stress And Energy

Each of the stages of stress is a lower energy state. The goal of a nutritional balancing program is to move the body from a lower energy and less healthful stage of stress to a more healthful stage of stress.
Another principle of stress is that coping or adapting to stress uses up energy. When energy improves on a nutrition program, it is because there is less biochemical stress on the body and thus more adaptive energy is available. This is an important principle that helps explain 'healing reactions' and the success of nutritional balancing programs.

The Ideal Stress Response

The ideal stress response is no response. On a hair analysis it would be to maintain a balanced oxidation rate. To do this one must be able to absorb or digest every experience without reacting to it. This can only occur if one is not attached to any physical or emotional state or condition.
Only this way can one not feel threatened by an event or condition that appears hurtful to the physical, mental or emotional self. In philosophy, this is often called a state of 'emotional detachment', or living in the world, but not being of the world.
On a physical level, we can assist this process by balancing and strengthening body chemistry. This can help one to cope with everything from invading bacteria or viruses, to negative thoughts, fearful emotions and physical, social or financial hardship. The principle of nutritional therapy is that reducing the internal stress on the body, one can handle or digest more external stress.
Much more can be said about the subtleties of stress. We encourage everyone to study stress theory.

What I did in my time when I had a lot of stress was to support the body in high dosages what it loses during stress. Because even in the situation I was in (I lived alone, had enough money) I still had massive stress because I could not handle anything. Even little confrontations would send me into a crash. I started to support the stress levels I experienced so even in a bad situation I could still feel normal and heal. The more stress you have the more you need to take in higher dosages to maintain this structure.

It's the same what Helen said with heavy exercisers. Those people will also crash if they don't support their exercise regime. The more stress you experience the more you need to support it to move forward and heal.

What you do when you avoid stress is yes you put away those stressors so you stop losing those nutrients. Which is huge too. Of course it's the best. But if you cannot do this and your situation doesn't allow it. If reality doesn't allow it, then support your current reality. Try to support the body what it loses. Get enough calories, fats, carbohydrates, make sure you digest it and on top of that add stuff that you miss and lose during this stress. Which you can probably see with a hair test too. Make sure your metabolism keeps working properly.

I think this also happens to war veterans they lose nutrients and eat a bad diet and then they come back and never recover eventually other systems will be affected too. If you would eat 100% right during a war and stop the loss of what you are losing I imagine you will also not have PTSD.

I will give you example. You can get strong stress reaction to ringing phone because in your case the only time the phone was ringing it was someone who was abusing you or something. So your nervous system learns ringing phone = fear/worry/ issues =stress response aka adrenaline dump.
There is no other way to fix this but to had long period of having phone calls that are actually positive. Someone who wants to say just hi or wants to help you or something like that and over time you retrain your nervous system that ringing phone is no longer something to stress about and instead of adrenaline dump you will get dopamine or some other happy hormone dump..
In my case I have this trigger as well, but also triggers that can't be changed like people will not change and be nice to me or understand my issues(because they are fucked up and have their problems as well) and as many people in this field say
"You can't heal in environment that made you sick" I can't agree more. If I only knew and fully realized that like 15 years ago...
So the comparison with veteran I am actually in much worse place because veteran is no longer in war. He is no longer in that war zone environment that gave him that PSTD.
So he can actually start to heal and yeah with help of healthy life style and diet and supps, but the main thing he needs to retrain his nervous system.
That he no longer needs to scan people like life depends on it. That those laud noises are no longer dangerous explosions or gun shoots or whatever.
But I am still in that "war zone" that gave me that PTSD. Those same people behaving the same way or worse are still constantly triggering that stress in me.
No fucking pill will help me. I need to be gone.
Hard to do fucked up and broke..
Funny thing is my health went downhill much more when I fully stopped all cope and I am in that reality realizing my situation so clearly non stop. It is fucking suffocating heh..

Yea I understand I do think it would be good for you to change environment. But I want to explain when I was very sick, I could not talk well and had extremely low confidence couldn't look people in the eyes. Etc. There were people at work, two people who bullied me daily (big stressor on top of being sick) because in their eyes I probably acted strange. At first their bullying really got to me like I wanted to quit my job. They went really far. Extremely far.

But then I started because of this forum too I started to do things eat a better diet for my body chemistry, take supplements to help metabolism and boom my stress reaction to this bullying was much lower already to them. Not gone. Then after a few years now I still work with those people and they don't even dare to do anything. They can't hurt me anymore it's impossible. They have no influence on my stress anymore they are now powerless.

The stressor has been neutralized eventhough I am in the same environment with the same people. I did not "escape my situation". And this is only 1 of the 10 stressors I had during this time. My parents for example also really treated me badly for a while.

It's the same if you are surrounded by sick people assholes, etc. right now you can eventually once you are healthy enough their stuff doesn't get to you. The stress will not even be there or at least you are easily able to deal with it. They are powerless.

That being said if you are 100% broke and have no money then this yes takes priority sadly. Otherwise it will be hard to do anything. Just do 1 step at a time. BTW I agree with you it's best to get out of the shit environment for sure. Just giving my experience and to show it's not 100% needed always. You can still make progress even when you are in a shitty situation.

@RebelWithACause yeah, but you had stress free environment at home living by yourself. Now imagine ending in stressful job and now you get even bigger stress increase just thinking about going home to your toxic partner, parents, roommates for example.. There is no break for your body. No time to rebound from that stress from work.. That is big difference..
Athletes for example they can put their body to extreme stress during training/competition, but at home they need 100% calm/relaxed environment.
It takes just little issues at home and their performance goes to shit instantly..
It is this contrast that is so important for the body where you have stress during the day and activated sympathetic nervous system and activation of parasympathetic nervous system the other half of the day when your body knows it is safe and now it can fully relax, digest food and recover during the sleep..
Your parents were not good to you. But all you had to do is put your phone on air plane mode and you were "safe". I can't do that heh..

I think I can't deal with it anymore because I have more and more those internal stressors that ARL is talking about like bed circulation from fucked up cardiovascular system. Spine fucked up almost impossible to have good posture so the nervous system and organs can't even function properly just from mechanical stuff not biochemistry imbalances..
Who cares. I am 39. People die in that age all the time. I am nothing special. It just I know all this why that is the most fucked up part.
I want tobe that naive person who knows shit. Who gets drugged up by medical system and be out of it.. :(

I agree bro. It all adds up. But I still think and maybe I am wrong but I believe even in the worst situations you can still make the best choices and make progress in that moment. You look at the chessboard you have a best move to do. Do that. That's all you can do. Which means yes you might not be able to escape your current situation currently (as an example) but you can still make the best choices within this frame.

It might be slower or have other problems but it's possible. I understand your experience eventhough mine was not as bad but it was similar. I know more people like this. + you understand your situation. Most people don't even understand it they just live like that and that's it. So this is a positive thing. But it's also harder mentally because you are aware of these problems.

Don't give up dude. That's all I can say. 39 is fine bro at that age you can heal plenty. Ocguy was 50 and making progress. Yes he died from a heart attack because if you are older then imbalances can have more negative impact in the moment. I had heart stuff too I remember crazy heart pain and other problems but I was younger so you survive it easier at that point. Still he fought to try to get better. Just like him I'd rather die trying than just give up and I think you are the same otherwise you wouldn't be on these forums.

In your situation it's the best to follow TEI/ARL, Helen was right it's the best mentally because you get prescribed stuff take it and stop thinking as much you also follow their diet recommendations, etc. It's good. But if you have no money for it then you can't. So next best move would be to do the electrolyte protocol by Helen because this covers a wide range basis and you don't have to test per se. HG7 also a choice but it's more focussed so it's different and I don't have experience with it. Then if that is not possible for you now, you take low dosages of supplements that help you. Etc. There must be something that works for you.

Isn't there anything that helps you progress? You are always stuck at the same point or do you slowly improve?

@RebelWithACause It's the winter and lack of job that made things so much worse. Just so much nonstop stress with zero chance to take break from it. Now I can start to spend more time outside at least that will help. There will always be that internal physical source of stress in my body from all that degeneration that happened, but at least I need to stop that mental stress.

I think this is also an example of a guy in an extremely crappy living situation. It's weird once you are sick it's like some people change to sadistic and start belittling you and crap constantly trying to put you down even further. Not everyone there were also decent people during this time. But this experience never left me.

This guy his own father starts to do it. Quite crazy. At that point why even have children if you are going to be an asshole to your own child suffering lol. Insane

Anyways I can tell if you keep moving forward eventually this will get better and I now have none of these issues. But yea probably have to do 1 step at a time.

@manu I am not gypsy with 10 kids. I will not get any money in this country. Here it is not like in UK, Sweden etc..
You get some benefits MAYBE really MAYBE, if you are obviously fucked up like no legs, arms or can't move half of the body etc..
I will tell them what that I am in end stage of burnout, that I aged 60 years in last 10 and that I have energy of 80yo?
They would laugh at me and send me to mental institution.
The only thing they could see is atherosclerosis and fucked up heart from all that oxidative stress. They put me on some meds to keep my blood pressure up etc. and send me on my way. Forget about passive income bro..

Melford Spiro accidentaly develop in 40 or 50's XX century that women have biologicaly build urge to have a own ,,nest" (home). If You have problem with living with parents, which I understand, maybe You should tell about it especially to Your mother, as I mention women understand this issue better - it is just biology ? She will understand that issue, I think your father too. I think that in males that urge to have own ,,nest" grow from 30's. If You have sisters or female cousins, aunts You can tell them too, they may somehow help You or at least make Your living with parents more bearable.
Btw. I met few weeks ago guy from Czech Rep., he was so angry for the state and genarally for Europe that he just want to fly away to diffrent continent. We had a nice chat, but conclusions were not nice and politically correct

Maybe it helps. I think when you are really bad health people react badly to you no matter what. I noticed for example people started to ignore me completely. Including my parents who said they were done with my problems. I went from having a big social circle, parties, girls, to nothing within the time span of 2 months or so. The switch up of people even those who were close was disturbing tbh lol. I never understood human nature fully until I saw this.

I started to think this is a human survival mechanism; leave the weak/wounded behind so to speak.

A lot of people have little patience they want to live their life and focussed on that. It's the same like this rapper said "When you are depressed nobody is out there looking for you". And when you are up then all of a sudden everyone wants to be friends lol. The change up was so fast it was almost comical.

So I am not sure how Yura's parents are. Mine were un able to communicate with, very little understanding and not open to it either. I think it's useless anyways because they can't help you. Best they can do in a way is leave you alone. Causing you stress is way worse. So maybe I was also lucky people just dropped me fully and I had time and wasn't being bothered except for some assholes who thought it was funny to bully.

My father is fucked up. He always was. Everything went from bad to really bad when he got prostate removed and they gave him estrogens. SO you can imagine what that estrogen dominance/copper toxicity and stuff will do to man.. You turn into evil child basically. That emotional instability is insane..
All family members living close to me are fucked up in one way or another. Those who are not and are doing great are living great life, but I was never close with them. Hardly ever talked with them. SO for sure I will not came out now with my problems on them. They would be like WTF.. They don't understand any of this so it is pointless..
Basically those close to me are the one I have to cut off ASAP or they will kill me.

@ruprmurdoch sure warehouse/factory worker can just take care of old people without any qualifications. Everyone would really love to hire me LOL. Especially in Germany when I don't speak german at all. Not to mention it is probably the most stressful and depressing job to take care for sick/old people. I did it for my two grandmothers in my 20s and I still have PTSD from it. You have such great ideas it is insane.. I have you on ignore btw. I see I know why lol.. So just put me on ignore as well and it is all good thx bro..
