People would joke that Andreas Moritz died of Epsom salt poisoning. Now I wouldn’t say that’s crazy.

If zinc finger is the key to health. And I’m telling you…. Zinc finger is key to health. Magneksum and sulfur antagonize zinc.

Cysteine needs to come before sulfur. You just can’t end product that shit. It doesn’t work.

B6 activity comes first and b6 activity comes between zinc copper and b12 utilization (fad which needs fmn and nad) .

Yes magnesium is in that equation too. But again you can’t outweight zinc copper b12 with magnesium. As these 4 nutrients are really what make the methionine cycle run.

The methionine cycle is life itself. You can’t let NO take over that cycle cuz cysteine is truly what we need most.

b12 magnesium zinc copper balance is probably it. Calcium allows balance of this whether we need to feed it or turn on thyroid to allow calcium absorption.

Calcium lithium in my opinion allow body to absorb b12. Iron too I guess.

God. This is too much.
Seriously the cause of death is that ? Epson salts are for food use and external use but it is usually always specified. I don't know what the substantial differences are.

Where do you buy the product you mentioned and what benefits should it provide?
It’s on haiduts website or you can email them as it might not be on the website.

I can’t say benefits as body chemistry is complicated but I am using 11 keto dht to keep bh4 cycle up and going as it helps do so.

Bh4 cycle needed for tyrosine (for thyroid) and beta alanine for NMda receptor.

Andreas Moritz did look good imo healthy looking. Except his grey hair. But he was 58. So pretty impressive. One of the few health guru's who actually looked decently healthy lol.

He died of cancer or something though. Pretty nuts. Shows you you can look healthy and then die anyways of some disease.

You know what's crazy how one element going wrong in the body can cause a cascade of problems. For example some medications they lower B1. If you used it while young then you grow up with this deficiency, then get low on other B vitamins, other minerals, bad stomach acid, etc.

1/3 of adults in cda and america will get a cancer. sure most is from food and poison and theyll say it is genetics, when it is actually epigenetics, and lobbyists and protectionism of death industries (processed food, big pharma, vaccines, stupid health things that ppl sell many examples you know about).

even a super athlete and perfectly healthy person... can still get sick. all this shyt makes someone more readily resilient and enhances immunity, but doesn't make oneself bulletproof.
Same w fasting or carnivore etc, lifting a long time... sure i am fitter than 80% of ppl most the time... 95-98% even for yrs at a time maybe 1 yr 1.5-3 yrs at a time I guess that is pretty hard to mtn with a disability tbh and some great and some less amazing genes. So maybe i can only maintain excellent condition a year or so and really good 4-5yrs, but when I get sick or injured...

Then it takes like 6mo or a year or so to recover and get optimal again. I will prevent injuries and relearn how to move properly. I have some good info to share even from Youtube, but I haven't had a chance to take note of those things, on EDS and Hypermobility and ADHD and Autism and the like.

We all gotta be careful worldwide and not eat, think, see, act the way our bitchmade govts want us to. IMAID, tax, death, death taxes... then just doing what those beta cuck brony cocksuckers want us to do).

NWO WHO UN NATO can all suck my dick. fucking losers.
I mean the leaders obviously... not the ppl in member states, im pretty sure im part of a couple of those countries. canada and india but ya i mean the leaders that back terrible health intervention and suppress or chastize and demonize and reject and fully ostracize the helpful and beneficial things people can implement.

Do you have a source for the cancer statement? I know the family never publicly said the cause of death, also heard something related to mold toxicity and that the didn't want to do any treatment because it was 'his time' to go. He was a pretty spiritual guy.

I agree that the dude looked almost phenomenal for his age, amazing skin and youthful appearance, full head of hair. I think the grey is eventually inevitable. But even the grey hair looked good on him.

I'm still doing liver flushes till this day and see my amount of stones I pass becoming less over time. Hoping that they benefit me in the long run.

What procedure are you using?

Def not knocking moritz, liver flush was amazing for me time and time again over nearly a decade. But I have b6 activity issues. Extra magnesium in the body with b6 activity issues is really rough on b6.

I have sodium sulfate on hand. Gonna start foot baths with it. But I must say, sulfur is going up on oligoscan since I added vanadium. The same happened in September— sulfur went up on oligoscan after adding vanadium.

Vanadium and chromium basically raise the enzyme fmn that activates b6.

One thing I've noticed is that Im reacting bad to magnesium supplements nowadays, maybe all the epsom salt has improved my magnesium stores. If I take magnesium in the evening I sometimes sleep worse, maybe calcium deficiency. Also I have more cracking joints and sensitive teeth the next day.

Probably gonna skip magnesium supplements for a while and focus on getting more calcium.

had the same issue beacuse of magnesium overload. in this case(sleep problem) probably adrenaline is to high beacuse magnesium opposes sodium. so you can try nacl for few days or/and baking soda(hco3) or vitamin b2 for week or two(expect exacerbration of symptoms at first)

I also react very bad to stress too lately, is that related to adrenaline as well? Get high heartbeat and feeling of anxiety/flight fight response even with the smallest thoughs that cause stress/anxiety.

can't hurt I think. I never tried it, might try one soon. This summer I want to try some stuff incl this.

Not sure about the cancer, I used ChatGPT so could be it talked out of it's ass again lol. I should of verified it. I agree he looked good for his age. Some of the stuff he taught people was wrong though I think. Like the completely vegatarian thing. I've noticed people with good genetics they can do that stuff for a long time with not much problems. But people with methylation thyroid etc. issues they go downhill fast. That being said it could work for some but it's so rare now to see people who have strong genetics and strong health like that.

This is always the problem I found is that some people who teach others the teacher has good health and he tries to teach people with way worse health and they end up sicker. The teacher doesn't understand that. Very short sighted. That's why it's dangerous to listen to anyone for advice especially if they don't think about every possibility. This is the nice thing about ARL and TEI with the computer matrix stuff and kind of what Helen taught us here.

this is what really happened to me. Dana summers and grj in 2019 /2020 just throwing things in the body it didn’t need or want but made it feel better smh.

I think even gbold had some ideas that needed to be talked about with more precaution.

I think fasting can be very dangerous in some situations.

I’m just shocked I’m at my parents beach house for the night. I’ve been doing health things ever since 2018 when they got the house. I had saved my life the year prior. The house was gravy. Right by two golf courses I would get dual membership at.

I can’t believe this is me. After that recovery. How. Why. I just can’t accept that my life could be over with the severity of stuff I go through.

But coming here makes me think of spring / summer 2017. Then I think about spring / summer 2018.

I went from my sickest worst saddest most broken self of my entire life. To the healthiest happiest kid. I was so grateful. Me and my dog took over the world together. He led the way. But I was king.

Need things to work out here. To get well again.

I just think it’s May damn near be impossible now. But what happens if fluoride goes down and then boron dies with it.

We are gonna see things soon. A hormone is involved here heavily. 11 keto dht. It makes sense. Bh4 pathway needs help. This will help it. 3 days on then 1 or 2 days off.

I need it to handle iodine is what I’m finding. That’s thyroid bh4 iodine 1-2 mayweather.

For me metabolism is most imporant whether I raise it artificially (with hormones for example) or with minerals. When my metabolism is low I suffer the most for me at least. Especially mentally.

I get depressed and hopeless. Although this is rare occurence now. But I've had a crash a few months ago. A small one and I felt hopeless, slow, very slow metabolism felt like.

The rest of the specifics I personally ignore and I know this probably causes me to make mistakes but for me it helps to keep things very simple. Once you have a baseline protocol and diet to keep your metabolism up then you can add some specifics on top.

Plus I know you had mercury problems right. That shit can last a long time. At least it did for me. Mercury toxicity fucks with copper metabolism too, everything. I still have some for sure. And when it comes out I feel like absolute shite. Especially when I workout for example and push my body sometimes I notice more toxic metal elimination and I feel like dogshit very hopeless. Extreme negative thoughts, etc.

I can do one in the future probably. Definitely interesting. The one here seem to have consulting and stuff attached to it. It's quite expensive lol.

Yea tell em to F themselves with the consulting.

See if you can get test and nothing else and price it that way. Say “I’ll come do it every 3 months for $100 a pop”

Sodium sulfate foot bath was good but system turned off 2nd time I did it. Needed sea water foot bath bad.

Started dumping copper again similar symptoms to say 6 weeks ago when I got things working and the htma shows it.

The thing in that htma was that I just fuckin have wayyyyyy too much magnesium. And FMN is down cuz of it.

With that we see cadmium low in the htma undetectable . Why? Cuz magneksum in excess renders fmn down and b6 inactive so no cysteine to pull cadmium from the tissues.

As mag drops , I should be able to get boron fluoride and cadmium out of the tissues.

Question right now : will the magneksum in the sea salt foot baths cause issues?

Honestly don’t think it should. I have lowered mag in hair while getting plenty of salt water in me so we will se e.

Body needs tons of calcium and more lithium it seems .
