I don't believe in mental stress, mental stress is more like an imbalance stimulating your neurotransmitters and you worry with anxiety and stuff. Most people who have that have low cortisol so it's not even stress. They might have low tolerance for stress though.

Or something like PTSD which is often also low cortisol from potassium depletion. THey have massive mental "stress" which is not even stress. It's anxiety caused by an imbalance.

Bro I know how massive adrenaline dump from mental stress feels like. Within seconds you get armpits soaked with sweat, your hands are ice cold, you get fast heart beat, you get high blood pressure.
Like are you kidding me with this idea that you don't believe in mental stress? I really wish you could be in my skin during the times when I was betting on sports with all my money. So you can tell me if mental stress is not real I mean LOL... Watch people who play competitive PC games with heart rate monitor. They sit on their ass and their HR is like they are doing zone 2 aerobic training with spikes during very intense moments..
Not to mention with copper toxicity you will get even more adrenaline production very easily..
There are stages of adrenal "burnout" aka depletion of essential micronutrients. At first you have good cortisol/adrenaline/aldosterone/ceruloplasmin etc. production.. That is the stage of fake fast oxidizer where you still can handle stress. You retain sodium, potassium is still working, bioavailable copper is working great etc.. But if this goes for years, decades without stopping pushing the body so the body can start to retain all those B vitamins, zinc, magnesium(which is a problem since you already accumulated a lot of copper and depleted calming minerals so most people simply can't stop living in that stress mode..) over time everything crashes. cortisol, adrenaline, aldosterone, ceruloplasmin.. So you are no longer able to cope with stress. You just crash every time which means you can't no longer function. Low blood pressure, low thyroid, low stress hormones. low bioavailable copper.. That is what nutrition balancing people say or people like Ancel Keys describe and that is exactly my experience.
YOu denying all this is just insanity to me bro lol..

Or maybe you could explain it better.. Simply you don't believe that your body can increase cortisol/adrenaline just by mental stress? That the body can increase stress hormones only by physical stress?(so lets say you will see how lion is killing your family member you will have zero stress hormone increase until the lion start eating you) If that is what you really think than it is like talking with someone who believes in flat earth to be honest LOL.. If that was the case we wouldn't survive till now. You have to have adrenaline pumping before something is killing you so you can escape/fight whatever..
The unfortunate thing is that the body can interpret and react the same with stress hormones to all kinds of things. Even stupid stuff and simply if you pump up stress hormones all the time you will damage your physical body. Simply mental stress manifests as physical stress. It doesn't matter if you have high adrenaline from running away from lion or from arguing with a partner.. THat is advantage if you really fight for survival, but big disadvantage in this modern world where everyone is under chronic stress and therefore the physical body suffers from it..
Anyways I can't believe I have to argue HERE on hackstasis about fundamental stuff like this..

I never had to stop mental stress to get better that was my beginning argument. Maybe I ragebaited with saying mental stress doesn't exist. But this idea you have to avoid all mental stress to get better is bollocks. I now never have mental stress that feeling. Maybe sometimes a little bit like depression but never crazy "stress feeling". Even when I see something extreme happen. I just had inability to deal with stress at all. That was the real issue.

Mental stress doesn't even get on my radar now. Physical stress does. So this made me realise that mental stress only affects people when they are really sick. They have a really low threshold. You will see once you get better most mental stress doesn't even register. Which to me shows that mental stress is a very small part of overall stress load of a person. It's just that when you are sick you blow it up because it does affect you negatively.

I never avoided mental stress either. Still got better.

"Which to me shows that mental stress is a very small part of overall stress load of a person."
Do you realize that majority of people in western world have health issues from chronic mental stress not physical..
Anyways I just explained why when people handle stress = increase in cortisol/adrenaline and have no ill effect and when it starts to effect their physical health over time when that activation of stress hormones is chronic and yes it is about if your body interprets something as stressful situation so it pumps up bunch of adrenaline/cortisol and also there is a thing with sensitivity. So obviously I give you example - if you are bouncer and you fight 3 times every night for a decade. You will have hardly any stress response when you will go somewhere outside and somebody will want to fight with you. You will just fight and your body will hardly increase any stress hormones. But if you saw fighting/violence only in TV and somebody will try to fight you you will have insane adrenaline dump..
So all those factors are important. But to say "I don't think mental stress exist" is just bananas lol..
THe goal is to be in position where your body is reacting rationally so dumping stress hormones only when it is really needed. Not in situations that are not dangerous in any way to the body. Just the persons mind made it to be.. Like you said hard to do when you are copper toxic, depleted of key micronutrients with all kinds of traumas etc..
You obviously didn't have severe trauma or copper toxicity for example bad enough to trigger stress. Good for you. But that doesn't mean that mental stress is not real. It makes no sense whatsoever..

I had severe ptsd symptoms. I had insane symptoms and problems. Way worse than majority of this forum if I read their stories even people who are considered bad cases here. Your story comes closest to what I experienced. And I didn't even use steroids back then etc. just used finasteride.

I was ready to die. I just read a lot and put my head down and pushed hard. If I didn't do that I would still be in big problems. At that point probably would of killed myself. And this pushing hard took like 4 years of doing the same shit everyday. Maybe longer I mean I started really doing stuff in 2018 and still to this day do a lot of stuff.

But now I am doing better I can rationally look back at the time I was severely ill and see that some of it was exacerbated in the mind. Mental stress is big problem when you are neurotic. But it's a small factor in the bigger picture. Just my opinion. I don't think it's such a big factor. If your diet is good and supps and supports your oxidation you can handle all that easily.

It's the same when Helen said when people get CFS they avoid everything and just stay the same. Nothing changes. Not saying you should do rigurous exercise. But to avoid mental stress is impossible when you are sick. I had negative thoughts 24/7, anxiety, etc. even without external mental stress. If I put my life next to some entrepeneur my mental stress was insanely low back then yet I couldn't handle it.

Shows you that it's just the brain being fucked up from toxic metals and problems with hormones/neurotransmitters.

Your belief system is that mental stress is a huge factor which I don't agree with sorry bro. I had insane mental issues like suicidal ideation 24/7, extreme anxiety (not some basic bitch anxiety disorder), extreme negative self talk 24/7, insomnia, couldn't digest anything. Spider veins. Teeth problems/Gum issues. Zero libido. Face completely sunken in. Bone loss. Extreme skin problems Extreme liver problems. Eyesight was like 40%. Extreme anger too back then.

Not trying to be a dick BTW. Just giving some thoughts. At the end of the day if what you believe in works, then it works.

What would you do if you had an irreversibly semi-inhibited acetylcholinesterase enzyme?

Hard to say bro I am not a genius like Helen or some people here. If it is inhibited try to inhibit it more temporarily and then stop inhibition to see if it works better. That's pretty much what Helen said if a receptor is overactive you push it hard and then it will be lower and vice versa.

Otherwise I'd just do a protocol focussed on the whole body's system. Or do a water fast if you tolerate it.

I don't believe one second that big reason for your health issues was unhealthy/toxic relationship with someone who lived with you and you were still able to recover while living with those people/person..
It is not possible if that person is still the same. Acting and doing the same stuff that led to your crash in a first place or at least was huge part of it..

THat is my scenario and unfortunately I realized that just recently when I stopped all coping and I was able to replay my whole life like a movie and I was finally able to see from third person perspective what the fuck was going on my whole life.
I wasn't thinking mental stress is a big factor. That's why I never addressed it obviously.

"I was ready to die. I just read a lot and put my head down and pushed hard. If I didn't do that I would still be in big problems. At that point probably would of killed myself. And this pushing hard
took like 4 years of doing the same shit everyday. Maybe longer I mean I started really doing stuff in 2018 and still to this day do a lot of stuff."

Ttat is exactly what I was doing. Doesn't matter. Doesn't work. What worked in lest than 2 days(when I moved to different country) was not able to achieve after decade of doing insane stupid stuff from building saunas, doing enemas, flushes etc. to spending all my money on supplements.

Now I know all of this. I just have to get stable enough so I can move permanently. So fixing the main root cause. Which is fucking chronic stress lol
You have to experience that. Find some crazy estrogen/copper toxic girl on the internet and let her move in with you. Tell me 10 years down the road how chronic mental stress doesn't exist bro..
Or go to talk to hospital to nurses who take care of dying young kids for 20 years how mental stress doesn't exist. THey are all fucked physically when they are done with that job.

Anyways enough with this topic. I really don't want to argue. It is stressing me out like crazy lol. :D

So this is what the Luke that practitioner from USA said to me
"It doesn't matter how long the hair is, all that matters is that it's enough total volume of hair. I would go ahead and send it in now. "
I was also talking about the last test I did 8 years ago etc. So he also said
" I am not quite sure what you are saying. Our new programs/reports/supplements are much better than they were 8 years ago. "
But I have no money for his program. I think he is great dude and wants really help people, but I don't think he would tell me something new what we don't know her already..

Anyways so I will send the hair on Monday... Will cut some more and safe 1 batch of hair in case it gets lost and so I can send it again and don't have to wait 3 months to grow new hair..

I bought the cheapest shower gel/shampoo with the least ingrediences and chatGPT still talks shit that it is not ideal to use before cutting hair for HTMA due to salt it contains sodium chloride and maris salt(sea salt).. The shower gel I used before was worse because it had zinc.. Should I use that cheap shampo or just filtered water(my tap water is very hard so high in calcium) with litle bit of citric acid to wash off any calcium buildup that could be on the hair from my hard tap water?

Anyways smart ass chatGPT thinks that it is better to use just hor filtered water with 1/2tsp of citric acid in 500ml water. SO I will use that..

Maybe it doesn't matter. For me I got like 2 bad hair tests back which put me back. I don't like the whole process of hair tests even though it's more precise but after that I decided to just listen very carefully to my body and this worked for me. But others maybe not.

I made very fast progress and had to because I was so bad I had to like do a sprint to even be considered on the lowest level of health. I had complete dysfunction. Some of these other dudes like Lewis Rowlands and Luke they were doing bad for sure but when I heard their story it was way way way milder than my symptoms. They had big problems but still when they told the symptoms it was so mild like a different world.

That being said TEI put me on the right track so still always handy to do it. If I had a lot of money and could get results really fast like within 3 days I'd do it more. Instead here I had to wait like 2 weeks-a month. It's just so slow process. In that month I could already improve a lot by myself.

Anyways I'd just follow his advice if you go by his methods.

Omg it says on his website HTMA report, supplements report.. So I assumed it is ARL report not his. He should clarify that shit.
Hopefully he will send me the new order to fill or he will send me money back.

Or should I follow his recommended stuff? It can't be much worse? Or we can figure out here what should I take at least from the hair test alone?

I think you can figure it out dude. But people who follow ARL probably won't agree.

I think it;s fine to have his recommendations. But if you want to be strict ARL then yea get your money back and do ARL. Otherwise it doesn't matter too much. Hopefully the hair test will be correct and give good insight

The paper he send me says
"IF YOUR HOME HAS A WATER SOFTENER. Before sampling hair you must shampoo it twice with unsoftened tap water or reverse osmosis water from the supermarket."
So I shouldn't use filtered water to wash my hair? Because that water filter does soften the water. I removes excess of calcium.. hehe..
