So how exactly we hold more electrolyte balance in order to grow muscle mass ?
How much supplemental form of electrolytes in what form should be consumed and hw (with meals or between meals, or mixe din water and drank between meals?)
Please give some examples ?
Can supplementing optimal/proper amounts of electrolytes be as effective as taking steroids ?
Can somebody please contact Helen and ask him this question ?
I doubt it. Unless you are a genetic freak and have had a strong system from birth. I know a few people like this in real life they are freaks and outliers. They still don't look like steroid users but they have a lot of mass always even without doing crazy weight training. I guess their steroids and electrolyte balance is good from a young age. Their body grew for 25 years (until end of puberty) into full muscles and a strong body. They already looked muscular as little children.
I doubt if some guy takes electrolytes he will get this result lol. Those guys had constant growth from birth to 25 from constant good hormones, growth hormones, undiffused bones, etc. And if they don't mess themselves up can have that until older age.
For high natural steroids you need precursors, oxidation, antioxidation, electrolytes, etc. If one of those system does not work you won't have good working steroids pretty much. So this is why it is rare to see now. I wouldn't chase that to be honest. I would chase feeling good daily having a fast mind, being agile, good condition, etc. I doubt you can reach a point of those genetic freaks who were strong from birth. But maybe someone can prove me wrong. If you get there it would take massive amounts of work long term.
Good example of difference is I did weight training from 18-32 hardcore. Including eating a lot of protein, all the stereotypical "muscle building" stuff. Precursors to steroids. My friend trained for 2 years and looked way better than me didn't follow a diet, lifted lighter, etc. It's ridiculous really. That made me realize life is just not fair no matter how you spin it. There is people who live in different plains of existence from the start of their life. And the shitty thing is people judge you by it. He has an easy time just for being born strong. I remember even a friend being surprised I lifted. I think this is also what pushes some people with worse genetics to go into steroid usage.
The ironic thing is that those guys because of their worse genetics they will also have more problems with taking those steroids.
So yea optimizing your own is best but I took all precursors and I never got close to my friend. Nor did I transform like you do on steroids.
