    Crypto currencies

Unless you have a solid background in finance, I'd avoid investing in cryptos. The price volatility on these investments are just insane. Like jax said, it really is like flipping a coin. But if you do invest I guess it won't hurt if you just put a bit into Ethereum or something of that...

Has anyone tried getting back on FIN for PFS?

I'm in, might as well give it a shot. So I'll have to order some HCL and some Potassium, I already have some magnesium here, but it is Magnesium citrate if that matters. Think I should get Mag chloride?

Has anyone tried getting back on FIN for PFS?

Interesting, I never read that response. But somewhere else I think someone suggested the idea. I haven't messed around with getting back on fin, I almost wish I did right when I crashed. But now I just feel like I have more to lose. I just want to feel some libido again :(

    Stupidfreak PFS Log

Try a water fast to help reset your receptors/cellular cleansing, perhaps start with a 3day one but you can do more or less depending on what you think you can handle; but do a bit of research first before jumping into it. It honestly helped me recover from virtually all of my brain fog/ and...

    Fasting Log

wow that's impressive, reaching 12 days on just water is quite the feat. Just be careful ofc. I'm, sure you're aware of the risks, but Water-fasting for that many days is potentially dangerous:)

Brain Fog, Concentration, Sexual Side Effects... Help!

I'm a fellow pfs sufferer myself, and I once had problems with brain fog/ sleep apnea/ etc. And what really helped clear practically all of my mental sides was doing a water fast. I did a three day water-fast consuming just water and a bit of salt to keep electrolytes up. After the first water...

Has anyone tried getting back on FIN for PFS?

The title is self-explanatory, but I was just wondering if anyone has actually tried getting back on FIN for some time like 2-4 weeks? Then slowly tapering off of it in hopes that the brain will adjust accordingly as you quit. Background: Like many suffers of PFS, Initially when I got on FIN...
