    B1, B2, Chronic fatigue syndrome

It is used up as we are over methylating. How do we get methylation down. That is the key question.

Any ideas on what we can do to take care of what uses up b2?

Can pfs have low b2 as well? As this is just me now. And I did take 5 htp. So could I be cured of pfs but have pssd to sort out?

I’ve just started b2. Did you notice a detox reaction with it initially?

    I think I got it

Very dangerous to say you aren’t a medical professional and then say so confidently you are fucked if you fall into case one. A lot of guys here can be in pretty bad mental places with this. Reading that is dangerous for some people. And you came up with these theories? How?

I screwed up guys big time

All relating to low copper or low estrogen. Bad histamine reactions to food and the weather and allergens, no sex drive, stool colour not brown, anxiety, erection quality not there and libido not there etc etc Also multiple chemical sensitivities too

That’s the only thing I didn’t get tested. I’m assuming it’s high. I have lots of dht sensAtions. Just no estrogen due to no copper.

I also had stool tests done that showed low levels of gut bacteria. There is also a link between gut bacteria and b2. Could it be as simple as b2 is the missing part for me in all of this?

I screwed up guys big time

Hmm I wouldnt say that much. It got my hormones firing more than anything and got my body feeling okay. But the low copper availability is the bulk of my problems and it only slightly improved that.

Well I look balanced on my tests but I am not. Still got all the symptoms of low copper i.e. low estrogen. Im hoping b2 fixes this. But im nervous to start it.

I screwed up guys big time

I’m about to try b2 to fix my pfs. Hopefully it fixes pfs and hairloss in one hit. Would there be a small maintenance dose of b2 that we could take to prevent hairloss without throwing anything out of balance? Or eventually it will throw something out of balance? Also will it lower copper much...

Nice. I’ll probably go a bit slower than you. My copper is lower than yours so just need to be careful in case this lowers it in the short term. And I’ll start with just b2 as my b1 is at the high end of the range. Did you say b2 takes a while to replenish once it is depleted?

    Troy log - test results

I’ll give b2 a go. I’ll start off small and slow. Based on my tests, taking copper and zinc would be pointless as both are dead middle of the range. The only things that showed from my tests were low copper in hair, high cortisol, high b1 and low b2. Here’s hoping all the issues are due to...

You are looking good. Your body doesn’t look like a pfs body at all. You look normal. And did you use fin for hairloss lol? I don’t see any hairloss haha

My bloods for copper and zinc were dead in the middle of the range. My b1 was high and b2 low. Could taking potassium have affected either b1 or b2?
