Any ideas what is causing it and what to do to get it down?

    TubZy Log (cured)

Yes definitely a big part of my pfs has gone away. Feels like there might be two parts. I also have (or had, havent tested in a little while) high blood pressure. This could be related to the high cortisol?

Again apologies if this is the wrong place to be asking, but any ideas on what I should do now? Cortisol too high stands out on my blood tests. Will have calcium and magnesium blood results in 48 hours.

Any idea what I should do? Potassium improved me greatly but there is something stopping me from recovering still. It's like there were two issues. Potassium fixed one. One is remaining.

Ah right. I have sodium normal in blood, normal hair test but cortisol high in blood test. Trying to work out what I need to do. Potassium has improved me greatly. But it's like it fixed one issue and there is one issue remaining that I need to fix. Just don't know what it is.

What is the sodium like in your blood and hair? How do your results compare to mine? https://hackstasis.com/threads/troy-log-test-results.1283/

    Troy log - test results

A few months but I started off very slowly at an incredibly small dosage. Even that gave me side effects - paralysis of my arms and legs, breathing issues etc. Gradually I could withstand smaller dosages so I transitioned my way up slowly. At the larger doses, after a few days, the side...

Not sure to be honest. I did take a supplement with zinc in it for a couple of years with my pfs. Maybe that has caused my zinc levels to go too high

What did you do out of interest to fix your adrenaline issues from ventolin? I won't do anything now but just curious as to how you fix.

How come? Wait to see how much more improvement I get following potassium? It's been about 10 weeks off now I think, maybe more.

I was surprised at my calcium, magensium, sodium and potassium. They are relatively good. Overall it was a better result than I was expecting. I was expecting to be way out there. Should I just take copper now with some potassium and magnesium to get my copper levels up?

    Troy log - test results

I feel relatively decent. Much improved than prior to potassium. But still feel lowish on estrogen due to the low copper. What can I do to get my copper up and my zinc down? I was thinking magnesium plus b2?

Yeah I'm naturally an oily skin person. Have been my whole life. I was taking potassium so that may have caused the high boron on my test. Don't plan on doing the program yet. Getting blood's back next week. Was hoping there might be a quicker way to fix than ARL or TEI. Interesting to hear...
