Anyone here has the answers as to why I now pretty much instantly get migraines from zinc? I usually could supplement tons and have no side effects. I’ve tested this for a few months now, and every time it results in migraine, which could last for days if I took a lot of zinc (50-100mg).

b6 activity pressures threonine (nadph) and a couple biotin aminos. Need nadph and biotin working to handle zinc .

Active b6 makes cysteine. We want cysteine to be our friend but it can become enemy quick.

Maybe you are onto something as NAC gives menthe same kind of headaches.

I am already trying to increase NAD. Would adding b6 help maybe offset the headaches if supplementing zinc?

Wouldn’t say I’m onto something it’s just biochem. Zinc b2 without cysteine metabolism and that year the last fuckin year of Gbold essentially. Gbold caught it for me “you need chromium from your zinc fucking up insulin”.

It was more than just zinc. It was moly. Too much mag. Too much b2. The whole fucking approach ruined my life .

I think we do have some similar issues you and I. I think at this point we need to treat as straight metabolic syndrome similar to freddd. We’ve been sick so long. I really wanna see your oligoscan

I am just trying to make my body tolerate zinc better, as it’s also giving me benefits.

What should I add/focus on in order for that to work?

What’s your physique like? I know you said you can’t fast.

I think succinate based approach. Meb12 ado b12 + biotin and lithium iodine . Might be what you want. Carnitine.

With a decent b complex not too heavy . Iodine dose may only need to be 25-50mcg.

Gh peptides mots c might help this body chem.

If T is low it might be needed to support all the oxidation happening.

I wish I was healthy. Or healthier. I’d come to the Netherlands and scan you with my oligo then go to the red light district for days if not weeks. One day

About 1.87, skinny build, lots of belly fat due to low hormones, no muscles as I am unable to pack any.

I am already on a b-complex, magnesium, C, niacinamide and R5P.

I could tolerate plenty of zinc on HG7 or before that. Ever since it’s giving me headaches. I might jump back on a light version of hg7.

But yeah, I would like that as well haha. I just don’t have money right now. Even the supplements I need are a hassle. Trying to save for a DUTCH test as it provides the needed information for Dr Powers. Not to mention the monthly fee he’ll ask of his patients, but we’ll figure something out.

and later yrs less. lately maybe 3-4k a yr on health but im missing most things i need
kinesiotape 2-3k a year vs ordering from california or ontario (canada, not ontario, california).. is like 640 canadian a year.

i mean idk. makes most ppl sick.
me too. nauseated or migraines, dizzy. like before pfs, and after.

sure maybe some aromatase inhibition while on test, and zn/cu ratio is at play for mood (like disorders, but more AuDHD or some fking name.. autism and ADHD (more severe way more, tho both r a bitch)).

Made me like have vertigo even at 27 and i fell and broke some small wooden statue at my bro's condo, i was smoking black spades or ace of spades cigs, from Vegas or Miami or smthing. I was in toronto, it was connective tissue disorder related, and also visual snow.

fin made vertigo, orthostatic tachycardia worse when crashing in 2017, a few yrs later, and ya then i couldn't walk, digest food, see properly and like idk 45 of prop help's symptoms and what i realize .. 20-30 other ones (EDS). it was fucked.

anyways long story short, i rem zn rxns across yrs.

nowadays its ok randomly, but perhaps just carbs (clean ones ideally.... but i need calories also) may help sxl fn more than zn ever did.

maybe it helps erection quality at times but ya i mean i can't stick to it.
Nicotine is better for a mild AI, possibly DIM as well. Also keeps me focused and hate people less.

Good for business and study. and dealing with the disgusting animals (society).

although... keep in mind im kinda sickly. so even when ripped and young looking 17/last 20 yrs or 18of those (and severe depresn or near dead 2-4 of em). i mean... ya i get sick a lot. so surely bad food. carbs. this n that doesn't fk ppl up usually. bread for instance or guar or xanthan or carageenan, let alone zinc.

Been reading your old log again @Admiral I think that hydrogen water just completely pushed you in the wrong direction. At that point ARL and TEI are dangerous... I had a similar experience. Finasteride put me in fast oxidation (artificial) I think it never got metabolized out for me. So I had high potassium and sodium on hair test they also gave me copper cycles and it took me years to be normal again. TEI/ARL are only useful if you are 100% certain it's correct. And even then the tests apparently can change between where they are tested too. Remember that study they did on hair testing. So in a way it's almost useless. Almost apart from it being a good system that Eck and those other guys created.

It is like saying blood test is useless because it just shows what is in that moment in the blood. Not what is in the blood later or let alone what is in tissues/cells. No it is not useless. But you have to know the context. Same with hair testing. You simply have to know all the variables and do testing multiple times while on doing the correct things and so you see the direction where it is going. Simply you can't just do some stupid study without any context and say it is BS.. Yeah it is not finished product. It is not complete. Because as you said you can take some stuff and alter your biochemistry, but the system that gives you protocol just based on hair test doesn't know that you altered your biochemistry with some stuff. It should be much more complete where it asks you like 1000 questions. Really learns your current state and after that will give you protocol. Or at least it should say stop using everything couple months before test etc.. For now you have to know all this yourself and be aware of it. I don't follow practitioners that work with people today so I am not sure how detailed their detective work is before they give stuff people, but I assume it is not good..
Having said all that it doesn't mean that hair testing itself is useless BS. In general if you don't take anything and you are aware about the variables it is still one of the best tools to show if what you are doing is working and in what stage of stress you currently are or if you are balanced(very rare right..) But I would be careful to just blindly take megadoses of stuff that's for sure. Like my sodium was very low and that dumb kid recommended 55mg of zinc and basically no stuff that rises sodium/balances all that zinc. Even gave me 5000 iu of D3 with very low potassium which that D3 will lower even more. Crazy stuff. but again it doesn't mean hair testing is BS..

Yes if the test is correct then it is good. If its not it will set you back a lot. That in my opinion is the danger. I read posts you could tell some drugs influence hair test very long after not just hydrogen water. Finasteride can too. I didnt use it for 2 to 3 years and because of it I got wrong tests. And I have seen others too like that. This is dangerous. If your hairtest is correct it is good.

It put me back months probably. Maybe years. Who knows. I don't blame anyone it's just the delecacy of using powerful drugs such as finasteride. Or I had something with cysteine which can also cause artificial fast oxidation (which it is not, you are like catabolic slow oxidizer).

Helen was right that you need to do zero crazy shit before doing the test. Zero. Only food. Otherwise it's useless. I had such huge brainfog back then wouldn't be surprised if I did some shit before the test.

So not trying to tear it down. I was a bit negative about it. Didn't mean to tear it down. It's one of the things that actually put me on the right path so I should be thankful. I just looked back at my tests and saw the supplements and I was like no wonder I got worse for a long time. And I also saw it with some other guys. Maybe this is part of what makes finasteride hard to deal with it seems to get stuck in the body like fuck up your whole oxidation rate and change it.

And of course TEI can only see ratios what is in your hair. But if finasteride affects this. Then you must probably do TEI for years until it is metabolized out of the body and your true oxidation rate comes out. If you are severely hypothyroid you have a shitload of drugs and compounds to detoxify first.
