I'm really intrigued by this

I follow Victor Pride, bold and determined podcast.

Dude spits so much truth and the way he's describing carnivore diet vs. not doing it reflect my limited experience with it so thinking about trying it

opinions?

I had a big salad and got crazy brainfog/laziness

but with a pure meat meal I did not lose much momentum

I think the carnivore diet is good for mid or short term use but it's not a cure. Everyone s symptoms come back as soon as they go off the diet. The only thing that will cure you is detox, tei, dating, ect...

Now I do think the carnivore diet could help with things like high cholesterol and insulin sensitivity but by it's self it's not a cure.

I tried it and did not like it. Did you know Danny Roddy also did zero carb before Ray Peat? Started losing his hair after being on it for a long time.

I am more interested in a fasting lifestyle. For example OMAD (one meal a day), 48 day hour fasts, etc. I think you can get away with more this way too (more carbohydrates, shittier foods even).

I think fasting is biggest thing that humans did. No human ate 5lbs of meat everyday. They would kill an animal, eat it completely and fast the rest of the time.

Carnivore diet = eating a shitload of meat everyday

I do eat a good amount of meat, but also eat greens (spinach) and dairy products. I eat what TEI recommends me and it is working well.

Basically what I did for 10 months+. Sometimes changed, like eliminating Kale as per my TEI recommendations and adding more carbs, less fat.

--Couldn't someone take combinations of anything, like if someone does Carnivore diet but also Intermittent Fasting, they could still eat only meat but not that much, because it's once a day? I agree, there's less nutrition as per the absence of vegetables.

What is up with these idiotic diets? Wouldn’t eating just meat lead to iron and copper overload?

Love it Rwac. So true. I like a fasting type diet too.

2 fasting days a week. One day go 18-24 hours. The other do 24-36. Push for the 36 at least once a week or every other week

Make the fasting days your cardio days. Lifting days eat more.

Hate all these diets. Incl. the videos made about them. But yea meat one of the safest foods to eat for me. A lot of manjaws (masculine women) seem attracted to the carnivore diet.

Yeah paleo always seemed to work better for me with being active... low carb being a slow oxidizer but still night backloading and post workout it was good. Paleo one meal a day can be done....
Keto kind of made me sick at times or I couldn't stick to it. Carnivore may be better for me than that, but paleo/okinawan may be even better. I think it depends on activity level and what foods are available, and what a person's goals are. Thanks guys.

SEEMS pretty fking good I agree w that.

Might be interesting, about HTMA. Lead in blood = anti social behavior and lower iq. For sure. Fasting keeps you awesome for sure... blood brain barrier evolved to regulate minerals in the brain.

It isn't if you do it right. High protein intake is what induces metabolic acidosis, so if you eat enough fats, you're good. Bigger issue is high iron intake which might not be an issue at first, but will probably bite you in the ass sooner or later.
I hope your theory/opinion works out for you.

No point in being passively agressive.
ALL cooked food is acidic.
The least acidic properly cooked food are the green vegetables.

Animal sourced food (meat, eggs, cheese and other food made out of milk) is acidic even if raw except raw never heated/cooled milk which is neutral/slightly alkaline.

Food stuck in the GI tract (stomach, small intestine, large intestine), which ferments and forces the body to send 'bacteria'/'fungus'/''mold' create massive amounts of toxic acidic compounds.

All pharmaceuticals are acidic. 90+% of them are based on heavy metals, which are extremely acidic.

Acids drain the body's mineral reserves. These minerals are needed to support the body's PH and antioxidant systems(glutathione, metallothienine, catalase, SOD etc.).

Health is about PH balance.

Toxins in the air, food, water, and pretty much everything you use, spray/rub on your skin, colognes/perfumes/scented stuff/fragrances plus technology all acidify the body, thus, again, draining its mineral reserves.

Alkalosis is a myth. Alkalosis is actually SUPER ACIDOSIS, it is when the body is breaking down proteins as a last effort to PH balance itself, it is trying to get the negatively charged carboxyl groups to neutralize acids/toxins. Proteins are made up of amino acids, which contain positively charged amino groups and negatively charged carboxyl groups. The charged regions of these molecules can bind hydrogen and hydroxyl ions, and thus function as buffers.

'Cancer' and any other physical and mental issue is a PH balance issue. The body is overloaded with acids, aka protons.

The perfect ratio is 35% protons(Acids) and 65% electrons(alkaline). The only acids the body needs is the acids generated via movement/exercise and from the sun. THAT'S IT. The human body was not designed to eat, inhale, drink, wear etc. and be bombarded with technology which overly acidifies the body. Thus creating all kinds of symptoms.

This is the perfect situation for the pharmaceutical industry/mafia. Name each detoxification/acidosis symptom as a 'disease', 'condition', 'sickness' and keep them mysterious and treat them with even more acids. Perfect business model which brings multi TRILLION dollar per YEAR profits for forever.

Helen tried to explain these thing on this forum but hit acidic people can;t understand extremely simple basic things. I speak from experience. When I was extremely acidic, I had to read one page of biochemistry/holistic nutrition/herbalism book 10 times to barely understand it. The less acidic I became, the faster and better I understood what I was reading.

All of these diets are patches. Does not go to the root cause of problems.

If you are in your teens or 20s, any diet will apparently 'work' for a while.

At atomic level health, aka ph balance is all about electron donor atoms versus electron stealing atoms.

Raw vegetables and fruits and their juices, raw sprouted nuts/seeds, raw unheated honey(difficult to find), raw milk, raw herbs/spices/green grasses, electrolyte rich 7- 8 PH water, raw sprouted grains smashed made thin flat bread and dehydrated all provide electrons.

Eating 96 times per day will cause fermentation, aka acidosis,

99% of supplements are laced with heavy metals which again causes acidosis.

Tests are a waste of time, money and energy. If you was born here and you follow a 'normal' life, then you are by default overloaded with acidic toxins since conception(thanks to your mother's toxemia[toxic overload] which was dumped into you again since conception). If you have ANY health symptoms, you are acidic by default. There is your 'test'.
