Basically estrogen = ALA which protects tyrosine.

Tyrosine the key to iodine utilization for thyroid for b2 to fmn. Which is the key to life itself essentially. (Fmn= active b6)

It might be too late for me. I just don’t know.

Went on a crazy carb surge for my bday. Like bunch of donuts over 3 days birthday cake chocolate . While doing cofffee enemas 2 a day and taking test suspension 5mg but today 10mg.

My body needs T. It’s very clear. I’ve had low T for 5 years. 5.5 at least.

I think in 2023 I got bh4 cycle working with b5 ALA but I really needed to do that with T/e2. As I couldn’t get myself to e1 without k2.

Without e1, I would lose chromium retainment in pancreas. = no iron availability for histidine. So sulfur would get taken out as that shows in the July 2023 htma.

Biotin is really the only b vitamin that gets my urine yellow. It seems it really runs the Bs for me. And gets iodine working assuming T in me.

Need to run through these and get carbs down so body can start retaining chromium again. Carb excess clearly takes out BOTH chromium and cobalt on Oligoscans .

Cobalt seems to protect chromium.

Thanks dude. I hope the best you can is a solid life. I think back of my solid times. I was able to enjoy this planet. It sucked not being an athlete, able to party. But I was able to enjoy my dog. Gf/ women/ sexuality. Could work and eat / enjoy food, music. I could hang out with people but didn’t love it going out and stuff. That’s fineee to me. Social life comes last let’s be real.

The way I am now. It’s very scary how neurologically deranged I am. Other than my dog and sports gambling I enjoy literally nothing.
Yeah healthy people have no idea what it feels like to have no energy. To wake up and wish it's dark again, because you know it will be crazy effort to do literally anything..
Btw you do sports betting? Oh boy that ruined me lol. So much stress hehe. I have literally PTSD if I watch some sport like soccer that I was betting on a lot..
No wonder it is one of the worst addictions and so many people kill themselves because of that. If you can have it under control and you are betting with money that you can lose ok, but most people can't do it. If they win good money just once they will chase that. Maybe the worst I felt when you realize you can't control yourself anymore. It is so scary. I am so happy that I was able to cut it off.. Great lesson.. That showed me I really can't play with any serious addictions. It would ruin my crazy fast..

@RebelWithACause the thing is I don't think I want to live normal life even if I fix my health.. I simply don't want to live for dealing with stupid stuff. Just think about it. Outside of raising kids or working to get food and shelter everything is just cope, chasing dopamine, pleasure, that adrenaline rush or whatever.. I really start to get this whole idea that everything what you need is within.
So I think living "normal life" is the last thing I want to do.. I can't even relate to "normal" people anymore and I am afraid that if I fixed all my health issues I become that stupid monkey that is just chasing that dopamine, pleasure as well.. Like do I really want high libido? SO I start to do all those stupid things that most guys do to get girls? I don't know man.. Having no libido seems to me like superpower. Unless you really have someone in your life that you love, want family with that person etc.. Otherwise I am simply not interested in that stuff anymore.
I see normal like a balanced life where your needs are met good enough. That's all you can do in this world now. But yea I agree a normal life like most people live it is not it either. I do enjoy life more now I guess. It's just weird like you are free flowing state where what most people see as normal you can't see that anymore it's gone. So it's hard to motivate yourself because it's like what way will I go, most things that are seen as "goals in life" completely seem useless to me now. I now focus more on creative stuff. Like making music again and creating in general. Creating something is the best for me to get me out of focussing on how bullshit life is lol

The sports betting keeps me sane. I can be an idiot at times. But I do pretty decent

Severely and I mean severely need test.

I was taking T suspension 5mg 2x a week last year. And that was too much . Now I need 5mg every day if not 10mg.

Considering TRT but gonna give suspension a chance here. It’s been about 10 days on it now.

I only get worse when I stop it. I gotta just stay on it.

Yea I’m dumping copper on it. It’s tough on brain. Choline b12 zinc calcium all badly needed. Iodine in higher doses. 300mcg when 25mcg used to drive me nuts

As Shawn bean said… k2 and biotin allow me to take the test where before I couldn’t believe because these were needed

Highest I’ve ever seen copper on oligoscan. Same with potassium.

Whatever’s happening I believe it’s progesterone coming up which is allowing me to retain potassium and that’s making me dump copper

Unfortunately the copper is lowering cobalt/ iron and causing issues. And for first time today iodine jumped a lot (poor usage).

Is this because as the test suspension wears off, tyrosine goes down and can’t use iodine to raise superoxide and lower copper ? The scan was about 20 hours after last injection.

Or is it just that, hormones are turning on, and I have wayyyyy too much copper in liver. And just gotta dump it for a bit

I know in both cases. Copper is coming out of liver . That’s what I’m sure of. And it’s helping me in ways. Where im working again and have the drive to do so.

But going through crazy shit here . Crazy life .

I think system shuts off when testosterone is all used up and converts to e2 eventually. And that’s when copper goes wild. As there’s no tyrosine for iodine utilization for thyroid to produce superoxide.

And then you see the fluoride go stupid high without thyroid. As this morning was silliest stupid high fluoride I ever seen.

I think there’s a reason TRT injectable with an ester is the most common approach.

It’s like when T drops… things can get bad quick.

Test works gets co2 made . Cypionate 10mg I gave this morning.

But just because it works doesn’t mean I can heal. It’s same thing as suspension but I won’t crash from low T cuz it stays in system.

I’m really feeling like if I got this together in early 2024 when I first wanted to take T. With biotin k2 added to a mineral plan. I could’ve would’ve should’ve healed then.

But we are 18 months fast forwarded into a neurodegenerative disease that was gettting bad…. 18 months ago. And now it’s disastrous.

I’m gonna use Oligo , indigo, and try to mess around with diet changes. Get bloodwork. Etc etc keep trying.

But I think I’m dying . I just fucked up so many times when I neeeded to break through.

Shouldn’t say I’m dying.

Good things happened in Oligo after 24 hours on T cyp.

I think the biggest things here are b12 choline biotin k2 calcium zinc . Methylation just has to be working as test goes in. Test is a key component to methylation is what I’m saying.

Iodine is lowest I’ve ever seen it. Body is using it hard clearly . That’s tyrosine via test.

I think I’m gonna need to feed iodine at relevant dosages. Like 300mcg daily something like that we will see here .

The last time I tried test cyp TRT with nutrients I had zero plan . Like none. Literally took b12 b2 zinc with it nothing else.

There’s a plan here.

The worst thing I can do… and I’ve done it over and over again for weeks now. Too much biotin.

Biotin is gonna be a huge key here to getting methylation working . But man. I just jumped in with 10mg today. I mean this is why I ended up in psyche ward in 2023. I killed myself with biotin.

It’s just a cofactor. You can’t fuckin slam it. And that’s what the hg7 protocol does. They slam biotin . And use moly to help sulfur raise to control the NO and copper. But in long run moly burns GTP. So have fun with that. Biotin raises NO high when slammed .

I think biotin is big for NAD . I think when thyroid raising superoxide moves cu1 to cu2. You gotta have NAD for cu2 to cu1.

And people love biotin for that reason. As ultimately cu1 runs methylation. Let’s be honest it does. Cu1 = sahh to homocysteine.

When I crashed in 2023 what went high? Sahh.

So we can’t go short on biotin. We can’t let b5 tyrosine out compete biotin.

Biotin raises beta alanine step 1 to nmda receptor . Nmda receptor IS methylation lets be clear here. Cuz nmda receptors job is chloride in the cell for potassium retainment . And there’s your atp for A Metabolism- iron copper.

That said. Lithium b12 is a big pathway to nad as well. Yes biotin retains lithium. But I think here. We want to run nad through b12 lithium. But definitely give biotin as arginine needs to be raised for insulin sensitivity as well. Again arginine histidine is insulin control.

I went high dose biotin cuz of the testo today. I just threw it. Well let’s go back to 1mg. Go high as 2 or 3mg max. Stop the 5-10mg.

Vitamin A metabolism is the key to iron copper. Not much else. But we know A metabolism is fucking intense as to how much is involved there. That said we can’t just say “biotin is the key to heme” lol.

What’s good is with test in me. Even tho biotin was too much. It didn’t devastate me. Like biotin in excess would cause 3-4 day crashes.

I think the T just keeps tyrosine going.

Nad and cysteine are needed for cu2 to cu1.

Superoxide (thyroid) is needed for cu1 to cu2,

I feel this point is gigantic. Thyroid needs nad/ ALA (cysteine.)

ALA comes up with estrogen. And we see my boron continuing to drop as the cysteine that ALA produces is grabbing boron in tissues.

Iodine continues to drop too tho and that’s the Test lifting bh4/tyrosine.

Seems I’ll really need to keep giving iodine.

Currently seeing lowest iodine and boron I’ve ever seen.

^^^ so I guess it’s thyroid ALA NAD that run quite a bit here.

Thyroid NAD use up electrolytes.

Maybe ALA is the key to electrolyte retention? With my ideas, women have plenty ALA due to their estrogen. They usually have pretty good electrolyte retention.

This is pro Gbold ant peat.

Heck Gbold said he took e2 when progesteone messed him up one time.

As I crashed to begin 2023. When my life truly changed for good. I took e2 and it helped .

Need rest here. Worked way too much the last 3 days.

With all this iodine going in that T is requiring. Have to consider preg, dhea.

I think progesterone is waning. These would help it stay up.

I believe lith+b12 is doing good job raising nad and lithium coming in yesterday changed things a bit. Cobalt raised in oligoscan and it was dying. And I’ve mentioned recently I believe cobalt protects chromium.

Ok more interesting…

March 2025 htma was good. It was really showing some impressive stuff happening. It was through a copper chromium calcium iodine zinc approach. No B Vits besides maybe b2.

BUT. Boron was not dropping. At all really. Only when I took dhea sometimes.

Now. Boron is dropping. And basically the approach feels similar to march 2025. I think I needed the actual estrogen. Not copper. To propel me.

By taking copper I was lowering ALA. by raising e2, ALA inflates first and raising ALA allows copper to become available.

But in the meantime ALA is center of PDH and this is where co2 is made. And co2 is what grabs boron from tissues. Carbon antagonizes boron.

We need hif1 working. We need VHL (thyroid) to break it down. Estrogen = hif1.Or hypoxia which is why I liked the air plane simulator. And air planes.

Well the only way to create and break dowk hif1 correctly is with ALA.

Without ALA, there is an error in hif1 signaling and it can’t be created and broken down correctly.

ALA is a big piece of the VHL/ hif1 system . It allows both to work.

So the key to raising hif1. Is making sure ALA is made. So hif1 made with e2. Needs ALA production. Which I believe is reliant on thyroid Vit E choline vit C copper a whole lot of stuff.

That said. My boron dropping is telling me I’m making ALA.

Chromium been dropping.

Is hif1 breaking it down as chromium key to VHL?

Is chloride key to retaining chromium? When nad is working and glycine is made for chloride in the cell?

I’ve shown salt water fix my chromium but raise my boron in Oligoscans.

This is going to be interesting as I begin sea water foot baths today.

^^^ and get k2 back in and stop coffee enemas.

The other thing I really gotta add and see how it works here is hcg. I wanna go on hcg with the test. It could help raise preg from cholesterol.

vdr huge for zinc finger and VDR produces hcg…. Two big Gbold talking points

E2 =ala
E1 =hif1

Need e2 in order to tolerate hif.

Aka need ALA (carbon ) in order to tolerate hydrogen.

I know someone with Parkinson’s who has clearly high hif1 . People with high hif1 have low fluoride in Oligoscans.

So need to be careful with hif1.

While on TRT, k2 is clearly the road to hif1. Moving e2 to e1. I feel the hydrogen it’s a lot.
