Took .25mg of tirz instead of Reta yesterday . I felt the GLP1/ GIP it pushes far beyond Reta. And then I died overnight into this morning . And couldn’t breathe smh couldn’t eat . Just a bad bad morning.

I took .25mg of Reta to match it. It’s helping.

You can’t have glp1- gip without glucagon agonism. Not me. No way.

I won’t take tirz again. It just destroys b12 I feel it

Yea I’m really losing weight. I’m down to 229/230. Started at 241.5 to start the cycle. But it’s been about 10-11 lbs the last 3 weeks. Week1 was a mess. We are nearing end of week 4.

The daily morning wood is just such a good sign. But the neurological effects of the constant fat oxidation without much food intake as I’m getting in less than 1k calories a day for most part. Has been rough.

I think I’ve made a final decision to end this cycle at 5 weeks not this Sunday but the next one. Another 10 days. If I get another 3.5 lbs off that’s a 15 lb 5 week weight loss cycle. Plan is 4 weeks off the peps after this.

What’s interesting in oligoscan is seeing fluoride drop consistently a bit. That’s a sign of fat oxidation. Hydrogen opposes fluoride.

If you got that fat you probably have some diabetes and stuff. I also noticed the same when I got fat I lost my libido and MW.

Yea this is my main point now treating my high insulin. Which has gone from 35 at its highest to 18 about a month ago.

The insulin raises from copper elevating without thyroid essentially is one of my biggest theories. Cu2 raises which raises insulin. Cu1 stays low without thyroid. B6 dies without cu1. Cu1 allows insulin to drop by using zinc and b12 really allowing b6 activation.

This is the methionine cycle at its core. Sah to homocysteine via cu1 nad —> homocysteine to methionine via zinc b12 maybe tmg where I’m lacking and need focus I’m told —->> methionine to SAME via magnesium and atp—-> SaME to sah is not what we like . Im
Not sure what does that.

But it’s sah elevation. And not homocysteine. Which is the biggest problem in neuro health issues I believe .

And it’s cu1 and nad regulated there. Which does allow insulin to drop.

The cu2 /cu1 thing happens on GLP1s to people. Cuz we dump copper through fat oxidation and not thyroid. So cu remains at cu2. And we lose b6. Insulin raises in these situations. Which is why my insulin stayed higher on the GLP1s and dropped when I got off

Reality is. I have to run thyroid through iodine as my #1 while on the GLP1s. As thyroid needs pushing bad. So we want to push t4.

But when off. We don’t have to push thyroid too hard. And we can focus more on t3 with b12.

Honestly nobody is talking what I’m talking on the entire internet. Are they ?

Most people don't care about how it works they just want to get better. I think it's much better to have a protocol/lifestyle which gets you from point A to point B vs. trying to put theory behind all of it. Because 1. theory is just theory, who knows what happens on cellular level and digestion level. 2. people want to live their lives. If I was never sick I would of been happy to never read about any of this crap and I think most people would.

Still of course it's good to have people make theories and deeper understanding but majority of people will not be interested in it. Gbolduev was already doing decent when he was talking about this stuff. At that point it's a luxury and he posted a lot of hypothesis. Very good information but I can assume if you do bad a lot of it goes over your head or simply is not as important as it seems. It is a luxury to go in depth into it if you are out of survival mode trying to get better.

If you are in the trenches keeping yourself together barely to me personally I rather focus on what works and just push that hard and see what happens. Then re-assess the situation and move from there. Keep it simple and stupid.
For you maybe you do better on theorizing and going in depth into it.

What I’m doing is beyond theory. I’m doing things showing data and explaining what is happening.

Not just for myself. But others.

Like my dad and cousin who both ran GLPs long time. Dead b6. Low iodine and potassium. When all of these were perfectly fine prior.

My dad had mercury toxicity originally but now it’s extremely severe because thyroid dying from low iodine allows mercury to rise.

My cousin is lucky where he has no mercury issues and never has. So the GLP1 is just causing energy metabolism issues not really toxicity.

i gotta recover. Or recover- ish. I know what’s happening in GLP1 world and the health world overall. People need someone like me who can explain wtf is going on. Cuz I really can.

I got so sick cuz 1 an antibiotic 2 ) Dana summers says she’s a Yasko practitioner when she put me on a completely non Yasko protocol. The combo gave me a form of diabetes resulting in obesity and severe neuro heart type illness with it. Just isn’t right.

You post good stuff bro, I read all of it. Just wish you'd do good on personal level as well you know. That's what this forum was started for. To get better with the help of information and help yourself get to that point of being able to at least live. I always kept that in mind that the first goal is to fix yourself, then maybe if you have the luxury you can help others. Otherwise it is like a guy shouting from a glass canon.

I know but when something happens like a guys insulin goes from 35 to below 10. Mine was 18 recently and was 35 prior. But I assure you it will be below 10 soon.

I have reason for why.

Even if quality of life sucks still. I’m just saying. This insulin copper cu1 cu2 thing I’m talking about and seeing it through methylation Oligoscans etc is very real.

I feel the insulin raise when it happens. I scan myself with Oligo daily and show the b6 inactivation when cu1 dies etc.

My whole take is the Greg Russell jones “thyroid converts b2 to fmn” is really “cu1 which needs thyroid converts b2 to fmn” essentially.

This is week 5 now of this cycle I guess. I’m ending it with an injection tomorrow and likely Thursday too of both the the Elora and Reta.

My plan is to eat. Stop fasting as much. Get food in me. I did that today. I show muscle being gained and bf dropping on hume scale with some heavy meals going in today.

I think I have to stop chasing #s in terms of the weight on scale. And just realize this toggling life style is gonna take some time. 10-14 lbs per cycle and off cycle is the goal. These should last 9 weeks. 5 weeks on 4 weeks off.

But co2 is the real goal . And I’m saying my body weight is the reason I don’t make co2 well. And fat oxidation/ fat loss make co2 production worse in short term. Better in long run. So it’s a real battle.
