My point was that even the healthiest health guru's I've seen are like 50% of what some of the genetically healthy people I have seen in real life are. Maybe not even 50%. They would be obliterated against someone with good genes, good dietary habits from birth and healthy mother.
The reason why health guru's are the way they are is because they had/have bad health to begin with. So they have to do a lot of things just to be "normal". I respect it don't get me wrong. It's great there is a way out and to improve and bless them for trying to help themselves and others. But a lot of them cope a lot and lie to themselves and others thinking they know the truth. And ignore reality.
But for me this is also a harsh acceptance of life. That most of us will never reach "the pinnacle of health" before we end up dead. I won't give up but it could be a wasted life. Maybe I will reach a really good point in my life. But sometimes this thought brings me down.
Of course life has always been that way. There are people who die as a baby, child, etc. There are worse things in life. I guess I am spoiled in that sense. Because to be fair I operate very well in my current way of living and I don't have PFS anymore at all.
If you would say I would do this good when I was in PFS or even before it I would be excited. You just get used to your new baselines quick and you start to see it can always be better. That's human nature.
The healthiest health gurus have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to health. That’s the problem.
Like nobody has anyyyyy clue. The htma people are closest but they’re soooo lost too.
There’s a reason people come out of bed for 7-10 years. I know people who have done that. Why does that happen?
I think what matters more is healing the severely ill. And getting them to liveable conditions. It’s doable. And this happens as I said the 7-10 year thing.
Getting these people to superhuman elite health? Might not be possible. I get it. If I’m decent again I’m happy.
But say a guy is at 8/10. Getting him to 10/10 which it seems you want. I do think is possible. But that person has to be treated like the severely ill.
Like every single nutrient, gut bacteria, ENZYME, hormone, and so on has to be taken into account.
My life quality is 2/10. Probably 1 to be honest but I get it some can’t walk. So I’ll say 2. To get to 6/10 which is liveable. I need to know EVERY piece of information relevant for the situation .
The guy with 8/10 health. Isn’t going to do the work I’m doing. They’re not going to spend 10s of thousands of dollars yearly to figure themselves all out.
And the ones that do? They’re not looking at biochemistry and have no idea how to balance a person.
I am saying if we balance enzymes with every piece of knowledge on hand. We can really move forward.
