Fighting….

What makes me so mad is just knowing insulin being high so long and never truly getting to the bottom of why until the last few weeks to really now.

It’s horrible. I’m mad. Fasting + fluoride did this.

The corrosion of cobalt and chromium occurred because of what I’m saying. It’s not fuckin fair. Fasting wasn’t fun. Then it ruined my damn life.

Realistically is I developed methylation issues from antibiotic damage Lyme etc. And one fast or two was fine.

Let’s call 8+ days a significant fast. I did like 10-11 of them . With a 3 at 21-25days.

Most were juice fasts sometimes low dose tho like 16oz. But more often 40 oz of juices daily some up to 80-100oz.

I think the carbs were good while fasting back then. I think the water fasting just caused isssues.

I’m upset with Gbold about this. I fasted initially cuz of cdsnuts. But gbold really became my guy. I just thought all the fasting was very safe knowing he did it so much.

Need nadph oxidase to be in place before nadph. Selenium needs to be used by meb12.

This really is in my head right now a lot. My recoveries show elevation of selenium in hair several times . Or normality of it from being low prior. T3 is a real thing here.

@bruschi11 With fasting I think we should listen to our body. It tells you if you should skip meals or if you should eat. I have hard time not pushing meals in because I was doing hardcore bodybuilding for 10+ years so I am used to force food heh.
Gbold felt great on fasting. So it was probably good for him. I felt like dying. Metabolism dropped so low that I was just waiting when my heart stops beating.
But when I feel the body is fighting something and I know I shouldn't eat. My urine gets crazy dark. The body is flushing garbage out.. But it is like 1 day fast max and once the body tells me eat something I eat. I will never do 3 or more day fasts again..

Yea I’m moving to wake up and eat. Eat before bed. Two more meals at least throughout the day.

We want to raise ph here.

Gbold didn’t have a disease like this at all. Gbold was an athlete that had electrolyte and toxicity tissues. Similar to me when I was young when fasting worked.

If Gbold is sick again. And it appears he is from Reddit posts. He may have developed same type of illness like i have . Who knows smh. Cobalt /chromium corrosion illness essentially.

I think when you have very low glutathione you also get low adrenaline so you cant even fast properly because it gets even lower. You just run on cortisol maybe just feel like shit lol. Same reason why some people never lose fat or hard time to lose it. This might also be part of the methylation block.

As I got better I also noticed I got virus feeling sometimes. Still get that sometimes when I eliminate hard I feel like a virus is dying but while it dies the symptoms get worse . Or whatever it is. Of course not based on any science but this is what I assume it is. Nitric oxide works for a while and then the virus (or one of the viruses) is killed. When you are born with low glutathione you probably get a lot of virusses over time which ironically put even more pressure on glutathione. It's like a spiral... Kinda weird I find it the body has no other way to fight it or something. If glutathione is weak then you get so many problems it's ridiculous...

Very very bad day. Cobalt drops as I get worse. It’s happening all week long cobalt getting worse. Even as I increase the dose of b12. It’s something I’m putting in with it killing me.

I’m starting to think I’m hurting lithium with iodine and cobalt even tho lithium isn’t really dropping in Oligo much.

I started a pro eat diet. 5 small meals spread out through the day. As I really feel Kathleen Stewart knew the reality here. In deadly situation. Body needs food beyond anything

We do know it’s adeno b12 that really uses lithium and iodine. And I’m putting major emphasis on taking and making ado.

Chromium coming up a little so raising nadh may pressure that ado lithium equation? And I’m just giving ado / mb12 and no lith? Is that the problem.

Right now I’m barely reacting to lith if at all. I gave very low mcg dose originally. Now 5mg and it’s not doing anything which is unusual as lith is usually so potent.

This is Fred’s protocol. Lith was hugeeeeee for him. When you hear about a guy taking 20+mg daily for a long time you get that it was a huge mineral for him.

Chromium dumping iron raises glutamate/ histidine.

That puts all the pressure on NAD. Cr is nadh here. Nadh to nad needs lith/ado b12

I think meb12+ testo / e2 is how iron is being dumped and acting as cr/nadh.

Complete agony. But glutamate (drive) is happening. I wanted to be out in my car today working driving.

Really is t4 raises nadh which consists of chromium iodine bh4.

Then you gotta convert that shit to nad with b12 lithium.

I don’t know it’s been about a year since I’ve seen it.

He said something like “pfs is least of my problems. I got more severe issues where I can’t even care about my pfs”

It’s crazy cuz he talked about his psycho high dht / testo naturally years ago. Wtf happened. But i think stuff started around the pandemic. He stopped posting here shortly after that. The forum was alive but mostly dead in 2021 before it shut down for a longtime.

If Amy Yasko is right the most important minerals are cobalt and lithium. Fasting seems to be cobalt destroyer. Probably ruined my life.

I remember how much fasting fucked you too @Admiral . You hated it right? Maybe you’re like me with bad cobalt? Remember I’ve been saying b12 is key to thyroid yours dead…..

Anyone in my body other than me would be completely freaked out right now. But I’m calm. Even as my system turns on and there’s great discomfort all around. It’s not severe neurological torture the b12 def was giving me.

Lithium seems like it unlocked something there. Where I don’t want more lithium now but I’m sure I will within a couple days. But I just made b12 act.

Pretty sure Helen is healthy. I think the guy on reddit was a different guy some other Russian. Although he sounds almost exactly the same so it could be him.

Or he is still dealing with lead poisoning which you could also describe as worse than PFS.

I doubt he is sick. But I do know he stepped away a bit from fasting at the end on the forum because often people who are very sick they already lack glutathione which fasting depletes even more so he came up with different solutions. I also noticed this. If you are very very sick fasting is often not the answer. But it can help a lot I think if your body works normally but have some problems.

I never done good in fasting except the first time I did it for 11 days. After that felt nothing no adrenaline, etc. Just felt like shit and not in a good way. Then after did 5 day dry fasts. I mean it helps a bit but it wasn't something that really pushed my health forward. I doubt I can hit 30 days. Not just mentally I felt like my whole body just turend off. Nothing happened. Some people tell me they feel good on fasting even 20 days like they have energy and adrenaline and stuff.

Maybe if you have severe slow oxidiation it could be helpful too. Of course he never recommended fast oxidizers to fast either.

I do like the idea of chelation + fasting vs. taking a shitload of supplements 24/7. Maybe in the future I will change my mind after having a different experience.
