What's the reason for the retatrutide? Just wondering. Any health benefits? Or just for losing weight?

Fatty liver. 4 years of elevated liver enzymes. I’m 70 lbs overweight. It all happened pretty quick in 2020 the fat gain. I stayed in the 215 to 230 lb range which is bad but not terrible for a few years. But the last 2 years i ballooned to 255 waking up this morning.

The fatty liver is biggest thing with it .

Ss-31 looks really promising.

I feel I should’ve gotten into peptides a long time ago. I did… in late fucking 2012. Have barely looked into since. Probably cost me my life. Just so angry.

yo i tried bpc157 and tcb500... need more of bpc. shoulder etc dislocated more...
but changing the balance once I'm liquid.

ANd ya doing... 2-4 week cycles rather than 58 injns mega dosed in like 4days.

2 weeks later i could do chinups agn. stronger leaner since then but that is from lifting and diet... mostly.

but ya i can see how it could help....

the peptides you want... maybe muscle wasting.. but retatrutide may be better than like semalglutide... and the other ones.
the hollywood ones. you know all those gaunt actresses.

i was 250 at 16 and 180 at 18. i started overweight for a few yrs.
PFS crash 200lbs
effexor crash or whatever at 21... 208lbs belly fat insulin resistance.

rad140 is dangerous. changing to anavar or DHT soon, in addn to test cream (mostly for HSD/hEDS, and vanity... but also better bloods. sarms will rape bloodwork. LDL and HDL and AST etc. kidney and liver fine. even good... but like i get away w that. LDL / HDL not as much). Cutting/recomping. Near there.

test and var or test and dht, prolly clean enuff bloodwork for me.

I'm sorry you're dealing w/ so much hells right now @bruschi11.

May visit Boston and some other places, after some work and after it is easier to travel/fly. Like HSD wise.

My bigtime corp law uncle like his head office is now in Boston. SO ya i'll visit soon but I have a lot of trips im sup to make.
Ppl just don't get it... hard w/ mobility issues. Kind of deal w my family after hardcore good new but that uncle loves me, he's like an older brother. So soon as I can and I'll make time to stop by your house or wherever.

@bruschi11 have you tried the basic stuff for the liver like really strict diet no fructose, saturated fats, seed oils or any kind of toxic garbage + TUDCA, NAC, TMG, lecithin?
I am fucked up so much, but I think what is really saving my ass is that I can really follow 100% crazy clean diet. Basically I have no issues following what pro bodybuilders are doing before the show all year round no exceptions. So even while crazy hypothyroid, toxic and stuff I am like 10% body fat with veiny six pack..
Can't imagine having all those issues + be overweight.. It just makes everything worse.
If you follow electrolyte protocol diet/fitness clean diet + you are fasting every day at least 12 hours at night and taking support like TUDCA, lecithin etc. and you are managing stress and your routine is good so going to bed with sunset and waking up with sunrise and you are at least somewhat active like at least walks in first half of the day etc..I think it is next to impossible to not start losing body fat..
Also I really believe in what Gbold said that you simply can't expect that your body will be able to balance itself if you constantly doing and taking unnatural stuff especially injecting hormones etc..
Like for sure it is better to put less stuff into the body than more and actually just trusting him for once...

Or maybe you are actually stuck in parasympathetic mode all the time and you need to increase some adrenaline/cortisol to kick start the body?
Your body needs activated sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system as well.
The body needs that contrast of some stress(physical not mental) so it can later switch strongly into rest and digest and start to recover.
It is like 1 step back 2 steps forward...
People who are stuck in sympathetic or parasympathetic nervous system all the time are all fucked up and just degenerate.
That's why exercise, cold exposure etc.. is helpful for this.
You just have to dose it properly so you don't do 20 steps back. It would be hard to bounce back from it.. Which I did for years because I do always everything all in lol.

So I don't know how looks your day. If you are constantly thinking about what you are writing here in your log. If that is the case you are stuck in sympathetic nervous system due to mental stress for sure and so there is not "rest and digest" happening at all..
In that case you can test and take whatever you want, but you just degenerate.
What person needs to do in that case is to go out of their head. No more chronic thinking and start to work with the physical body. Stuff like meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, stretching cold exposure, activities you can do cleaning, gardening, playing with the dog etc.
Simply be present and use the physical body. If you just sit with bad posture and think about biochemistry in your head it is impossible your body is stuck and it will go nowhere..

Reta is a lot. Too much fat oxidation really destroying the brain.

I get it tho. Fat oxidation huge part of Freddds protocol. I have libido now and I had raging libido on carnitine over winter for a few days. It’s clear fat oxidation is taking down fluoride.

In order….

Meb12 + atp=

Ado b12 which raises succinate (biotin helps)

Succinate makes gtp for bh4/t4

Succinate needs fad for fumarate. This is the big one. We neeeed fad here and fumarate is fat metabolism.

But if we push cu (h20) we convert fumarate to malate too quickly and leave us short in fumarate/ fad. Demanding more fad and fumarate for fat metabolism.

Reta is pushing us to fumarate/ malic before succinate. Succinate dies and we get no GTP and then we stop producing fumarate and hello body fat.

My oats in 2024 shows this. I was on carnitine and testo without b12 . No succinate

I think it goes in order…

Meb12
Adob12
Carnitine (not sure which one yet maybe not fumarate maybe acetyl)
Choline
Methylfolate
Lithium
Iodine

As those the most direct ways to pushing Krebs cycle.

I really have high hopes for ss31 and mots c. But I honestly don’t think I’m gonna feel much of anything for another 3-4 days until the retatrutide comes out of system .

I took ss31 and meb12 this morning and honestly barely feel them. The fat oxidation from Reta is just insane.

Reta is gonna be known as a savior for many. A killer for others.

I think it blows out choline inositol as it dumps copper and iron. And no co2 no glycine for copper using so no nmda receptor.

It’s a bad drug for those with chronic illness and electrolyte issues.

I might need a week or two or 3 to get over this

the choline cycle is what we want for glycine. But we also gotta think inositol for co2 for beta alanine.

It’s really Ray peat Gbold. Co2+ atp for beta alanine + nad/choline for glycine = nmda

This is the pathway to life I see it as….

Attached is the image.

We gotta get down these pathways to make BA.

It all really starts with co2 and ATP. But cps1 which is sirt5 regulated opens these up down to orotate. But fmn is needed there too to bring orotate westward.

Fmn we know is b2 thyroid but I’ll just say it’s b5 really the way I see things bh4 is really b2 assuming thyroid active which needs a lot

i really don’t know if tirz whatever it’s called is right for me but it might. Insulin has to drop.

When insulin drops, chromium is retained in bone. Same with glycogen rising I THINK. Pretty sure chromium goes to liver and is pissed out in low glycogen high insulin conditions.

I may not be accurate there fully. My brain shrinkage right now is beyond belief. Reta was horrible for me no other way to put it.

Basically cps1 needs glucagon for inositol.

Which starts with carnitine. But needs ERb (nad e2 and others) to use carnitine to make glucagon .

Iodine seems to come post carn

Bile over last 3 days since starting carnitine keeps getting more and more perfect.

Very bad neurologically. I think I took too much iodine the other day. But the tirzepatide I think is not right for what I’m doing. I think it’s acting like b1 in a system that badly needs meb12 .

Lithium is droppping and selenium these are my two high nutrients I know I need to use.

Sulfur phos both going up these two are the first things to raise when I improve.

Cobalt isn’t raising nor is cr. Boron isn’t dropping yet.

Why do you think reta was bad for you? Maybe you lack nutrients (specific) and reta just suppresses appetite (need for those) more? Or do you think it's the direct effect of reta which is bad for you

Reta just Turns on fat oxidation too hard along with the GLP1 sides.

I’m on the tirzepatide now and I just think it uses up glucagon too much when that is already the issue low glucagon.

Like these drugs are for normal people. Not guys with severe cfs for years.

They’re trying to use glucagon with the drugs while I’m trying to make it then use it.

I think carnitine b12 TRT get me making it, iodine using it. Obviously a lot more than just these things but the big pieces right now.
