I think fat oxidation needs lithium b12 . Cuz nadh needs lithium b12 to make nad. Fat oxidation = nadh.

I’m back on reta. Iodine messed me up so bad I knew it raised insulin. I did what I did . I’m on reta with the idea I like it over tirz right now.

As I want to run on sugars right now not fasting. I feel Reta is about eating carbs for fuel. Tirz is about controlling insulin by not eating.

Reta basically releases glycogen to glucose. Lithium stores glycogen. So calms that process down.

Bro think about Texas and Florida zona lol these places are hot in summer.

It’s fine here.

I fucking suck I injected Retatrutide 3x the dose unknowingly yesterday. Meant to give ss31.

I went from functioning (with a brain damaged shrunken head) to not.

I think about it all. I lost my head in late 2023 for good. I just don’t know if I can get it back.

It was electric convulsive therapy first. Then I had a copper dump 2-3 months later with dhea that was so bad I can’t believe it.

It really has been over 2 years now since a day of feeing anywhere near normal.

I get myself to tolerable places so I can drive a car eat maybe get some libido. But it’s really the shape of my head that got destroyed.

I think it’s generally sod going down long term. Body loses control of oxygen . I’m saying liver pancreas needs to fix sod right now liver the access to copper pancreas iron.

How did you feel on the chelation stuff back then? I saw you did some cycles or some periods with it.

It was like when I was in decent spot in terms of iron copper metabolism. Like my mitochondrial disease was in somewhat control. Like late 2024… chelation was helpful. But more of a short term solution to something bigger going on in the body.

There was a period there in mid to late 2024 where I got to that more stable place but it was with a shrunken brain.

I think Reta really steals carnitine. And I gotta just feed that now heavily due to the high Reta dose yesterday.

ya well
Girls nice although many.. many ppl in Florida rite lots of dealers and gangsters and hoodrats too. Nice places too.

Isn’t Florida dry I guess not
By the water rite.

Ppl are mean in boston but i mean i only really hung out, near czn's old old aptmt and Harvard. So ya i mean surely lots of dbags there.
And also, the blue collar parts of boston... but im sure there are nice ppl there.

Vegas isn’t nearly as bad as Boston’s, Toronto, Asia, ny in summer.
Floridas Prettt bad true. Texas I have not been but it’s a desert isn’t it?

Geography was a long time ago
And I did a lot of substances since then and ya I mean I don’t sleep enuff so I don’t remember.
Mostly it's ADHD, and ya i mean grade school = long ago. Texas is a desert isn't it?? Part of it is, at lst.

Desert... like alberta...kind of (praire). plus 30 here is nowhere near as bad, tho pretty bad... vs plus 30 in toronto for instance, just
due to humidity and hyperhidrosis a bit (tho better, with cleaner diet... and i mean androgens raise my temp. prolly coffee does too.
ADHD medicine does too).

I want to go to the desert someday. So bad. And play golf. And hookup with country desert women. I’ve been to Vegas. But I wanna go to Arizona. I wanna go to the Grand Canyon up to Lake Tahoe area.

I was seeing the world with my health issues and enjoying it best I could until 2023 when I lost all control and my life could be about nothing but healing.

I’ve seen most of USA I guess all the major areas not the desert tho beyond Vegas which isn’t the desert. I’ve seen bits of Texas Dallas Fort Worth for a week but never in summer. That’s when I wanna go.

Honestly if I just woke up good one day. I’d maybe just take it off.

I will probably never visit USA. So at least I watch videos like from this guy for example. Peter Santenello
He shows USA in totally different way. Interesting places, people. Some of those videos. I just watch and envy them so much.. All that space, nature, community. Like completely different world. Not the US we see in news like crime/homeless issues in big cities etc.. You are so lucky people from US. YOu can just travel and live in so many different environments. So much nature and space. There is none of that in Europe. That life style "off the grid" just somewhere in nature/with nature. I also envy those cheap houses. Like every broke red neck has some house, backyard. Where you can chill, do some hobbies, have bikes there, dog. Whatever. Here in CZ? You are lucky if you have apartment in apartment building and that's about it. House with backyard is just a dream for majority of people.. SO you just sit in your stupid small apartment and watch TV. You can't just chill outside, grill, have garage where you can do whatever.
Like I would love to have bike. But that means renting garage as well... Stuff like that people in US have no idea how lucky they are.. I even envy some broke people who have just some old trailer heh. Still better than living in 12 floor of apartment building.. heh

2 of the worst days of my life now after tripling Reta dose accidentally. I was really bad prior smh.

I just took iodine . Maybe that is what we are shooting for herew with Reta “how to get my body using iodine without hurting me.”

And that’s where I kinda got in late 2024 when I had improvements in Oligo for awhile. And bloods.

But it was iodine that destroyed me in the end in spring 2025.

The thing is… iodine raises ERa raising insulin.

Insulin elevating destroys me. As I already have high insulin.

If Reta and/or Tirz can keep insulin down I could get thyroid running at just a little decent here.

But in order carnitine b12 lithium all come before iodine possibly sea water. Tmg choline folate.

We are gonna see. Bad bad bad day.

I mean there are two main ways to nad from nadh in terms of the main enzymes.

B2 as thyroid . And b12 lithium.

So that’s it really.

We get fat metabolism working for nadh.

Then it’s thyroid and b12 lithium. Iodine has to happen when nadh turns on .
