I think I really gotta just go with it. Give Elora EOD and that’s my vanaidum support. The other two peptides here:: cjc/ipa been giving 2-3x the last two days and I just feel I need that sugar support that the gh brings as vanadium/ elora turn methylation on I guess.

But sugar and methylation drain iron/ copper. And I think I was using biotin iodine to try to fix that void in some way or form. But I just brought back in SLU-PP-332. And thinking maybe it can play that role.

SLUPP332 plays role as chromium.
Gh peps play b5/ gtp maybe next to TRT
Elora plays role as vanaidum lithium.

Feel like it’s ERb which SLU hits most I believe. And it really turns on personality and niceness feelings. I think it’s pfs at its core man.

@RebelWithACause all I am saying is that when you create chronic stress for yourself with your behavior, thinking process. Your body simply can't heal. It is basic human physiology.
I never said avoid all stress. I said you have to avid chronic stress and mainly mental stress. We are made for physical stress not mental stress. You process all those stress hormones when you move your bodym uch better than if you stress while sitting on your as in front of PC.. Athletes or probably the best example of good sympathetic/parasympathetic mode balance. They push the body hard and they run on a lot of stress hormones. Strong sympathetic response. After that they are able to completely shut down and rest deeply. Strong parasympathetic response. If you know any high level athlete you would know how they can sleep easily almost everywhere, how chill they are once training is done.. Without this balance it is not sustainable and that athlete will never improve and get better.. He will just get sick or get injured and that's that. I don't know for sure if it is the case for bruschi11. If his body is under chronic mental stress. I would have to observe him how is he functioning day by day, but like I said I can't imagine testing nonstop and having all that biochemistry stuff in the head thinking 24/7 NONSTOP what to take etc... Like how you can switch to parasympathetic mode so your body can actually regenerate. I really don't know..
So in my eyes all this biochemistry mumbo jumbo is waste of energy and time if your body is not in rest. At least half of the day. The second half of the day specifically when it is time to really let go, relax and leave the body alone...

I agree if you're really messed up it's better to live on your own for a while. I don't disagree with your tips. More like I try to see if your life is not optimal can you still make progress even in a bad environment. I would say yes. But it might be slower! Who knows. But it is possible in my eyes.

Ok

The SLU clearly pushed a need and I wasn’t sure what it was a couple days but it makes sense.

Histamine went high. Cu2 raises sah which inhibits an enzyme that breaks down histamine .

Need that iodine really now. Today it went good.

This happened when I was healing in late 2022. I probably needed iodine all along with that recovery that didn’t last at all.

This is why August was successful:

Elora and Reta allowed iodine to happen.

Now we’re doing Elora and slu.

So copper can also cause high histamine? I notice a lot of very sick people often have histamine problems. Although when I was at my sickest I had no histamine! Which I actually prefer sometimes. You are much calmer with lower histamine. I now sometimes notice I have higher histamine and this is worse in my opinion. Feeling-wise.

Yes. If it’s not converting to cu1.

The mineral balancing people have so much blood on their hands “dump copper dump copper”

They don’t know how many people got tucked up by that practice.

Thyroid has to work as copper is dumped or copper stays at cu2 and isn’t being recycled to cu1 essentially

When cu2 is stuck you also have copper irreversibly raising insulin.

I think older people also have lower histamine. Or like me when I was severely hypothyroid. High histamine is crap. I hate it personally. It is also a sign of hypothyroidism I think but you are not as bad as someone who has barely any histamine production. I think people with IBS and stuff they have more histamine too.
