I think I really gotta just go with it. Give Elora EOD and that’s my vanaidum support. The other two peptides here:: cjc/ipa been giving 2-3x the last two days and I just feel I need that sugar support that the gh brings as vanadium/ elora turn methylation on I guess.

But sugar and methylation drain iron/ copper. And I think I was using biotin iodine to try to fix that void in some way or form. But I just brought back in SLU-PP-332. And thinking maybe it can play that role.

SLUPP332 plays role as chromium.
Gh peps play b5/ gtp maybe next to TRT
Elora plays role as vanaidum lithium.

Feel like it’s ERb which SLU hits most I believe. And it really turns on personality and niceness feelings. I think it’s pfs at its core man.

@RebelWithACause all I am saying is that when you create chronic stress for yourself with your behavior, thinking process. Your body simply can't heal. It is basic human physiology.
I never said avoid all stress. I said you have to avid chronic stress and mainly mental stress. We are made for physical stress not mental stress. You process all those stress hormones when you move your bodym uch better than if you stress while sitting on your as in front of PC.. Athletes or probably the best example of good sympathetic/parasympathetic mode balance. They push the body hard and they run on a lot of stress hormones. Strong sympathetic response. After that they are able to completely shut down and rest deeply. Strong parasympathetic response. If you know any high level athlete you would know how they can sleep easily almost everywhere, how chill they are once training is done.. Without this balance it is not sustainable and that athlete will never improve and get better.. He will just get sick or get injured and that's that. I don't know for sure if it is the case for bruschi11. If his body is under chronic mental stress. I would have to observe him how is he functioning day by day, but like I said I can't imagine testing nonstop and having all that biochemistry stuff in the head thinking 24/7 NONSTOP what to take etc... Like how you can switch to parasympathetic mode so your body can actually regenerate. I really don't know..
So in my eyes all this biochemistry mumbo jumbo is waste of energy and time if your body is not in rest. At least half of the day. The second half of the day specifically when it is time to really let go, relax and leave the body alone...

I agree if you're really messed up it's better to live on your own for a while. I don't disagree with your tips. More like I try to see if your life is not optimal can you still make progress even in a bad environment. I would say yes. But it might be slower! Who knows. But it is possible in my eyes.

Ok

The SLU clearly pushed a need and I wasn’t sure what it was a couple days but it makes sense.

Histamine went high. Cu2 raises sah which inhibits an enzyme that breaks down histamine .

Need that iodine really now. Today it went good.

This happened when I was healing in late 2022. I probably needed iodine all along with that recovery that didn’t last at all.

This is why August was successful:

Elora and Reta allowed iodine to happen.

Now we’re doing Elora and slu.

So copper can also cause high histamine? I notice a lot of very sick people often have histamine problems. Although when I was at my sickest I had no histamine! Which I actually prefer sometimes. You are much calmer with lower histamine. I now sometimes notice I have higher histamine and this is worse in my opinion. Feeling-wise.

Yes. If it’s not converting to cu1.

The mineral balancing people have so much blood on their hands “dump copper dump copper”

They don’t know how many people got tucked up by that practice.

Thyroid has to work as copper is dumped or copper stays at cu2 and isn’t being recycled to cu1 essentially

When cu2 is stuck you also have copper irreversibly raising insulin.

I think older people also have lower histamine. Or like me when I was severely hypothyroid. High histamine is crap. I hate it personally. It is also a sign of hypothyroidism I think but you are not as bad as someone who has barely any histamine production. I think people with IBS and stuff they have more histamine too.

I dumped iron and it made me go retarded the last few days. That’s what the SLU really did end of day smh. I need those iron dumps. On paper . And in real life.

But I can’t be fasting, in the middle of a road trip essentially as something like that happens. I haven’t taken any supplements for 3 days besides b12 really. Iodine relieved histamine issues then I just stopped taking supps focused on moving back to where I live. As I’ve been between here and parents vaca house 2 hours away.

I honestly think it’s basically ado+ lithium kinda run shit in terms of activating estrogen receptors beta and alpha.

Ado I think is basically mineral b12.

ERb dumps iron. ERa uses iron to make co2 essentially. Uses iron to make co2 and atp. Energy at its core. The co2 is so needed for nmda function where beta alanine uridine that whole Pathway orotate. That stuff needs to happen.

I really didn’t like how I reacted to elora today. It’s been 4 days without it. The only thing I liked today was lith. And b12 is fine but it’s just aiding that iron dump.

Coppper was dumped but the SLU too. But it seems iodine controlled copper enough. I think the iron made me go insane . I just couldn’t not break it down

Need Aldo:: iron lithium copper b12. To get zinc from tissues into blood and brain I think is a big piece for me.

Will bring back iodine biotin at lower doses in next couple of days. Really tough spot still. Scared.

What people. Eck tried programs targeting copper specifically as he saw that most slow oxidizers/sick/hypothyroid people get toxic in copper(and many other metals and stuff) but he soon realized that it doesn't work like you are saying. He realized that you can't force it. That you have to support the body with all essential stuff at first. Lower the stress by changing life style, mindset etc.. and over time whne the body gets stronger and more balanced and slowly saturated with needed key elements and vitamins, amino acids etc.. The adrenals, thyroid everything gets slowly better and so the body starts to dump what it needs to dump..
Yeah some people don't understand this and focus just on copper or just mercury or whatever. I did that mistake as well for sure. In very bad health state started taking ALA a lot of iodine etc. IT was fucking disaster. All I needed was probably changing environment. So my body can calm down and rest.
It will be interesting to see what will happen with the HG7 guy and others who are chelating copper like crazy for years and years. Honestly I don't understand how that Jacob guy is not dead by now lol hehe.

Did he say that stuff? Eck? Also wasn't he still developing the program when he died. This is what I sometimes think. Maybe he would have changed a lot by now. Or found a better way to do things.

@RebelWithACause It is on ARL website. He was doing hair testing for 22 years and saw hundreds of thousands different tests. So it is not like he just started developing it when he died lol. But obviously that progress was slower than if he would be still around now with AI and stuff. Unfortunately for now not many smart and passionate and capable people are interested in pushing nutrition balancing forward. For now it is just basically bunch of people who copy everything and if they add something it is mostly garbage because they are simply not that smart/knowledgeable..
But still for me the core principles and ideas that are there simply make sense to me. It is just matter what is the best way to go about it..
Ultimate goal is to have machine that can look at you and see what is going on in specific tissues, cells and just spits out protocol. Diet, supps, life style whatever. Basically what @bruschi11 and others with other methods and machines are trying to do is the very beginning of that. But for now it simply doesn't work well. We can look or influence some parts here and there, but the system is so complex with all the factors/variables constantly changing that we are simply not capable to have it under control yet...
But I think it would be reality in the future sooner or later for sure.. For severe cases you will simply stay in some chamber to control all variables outside of biochemistry and it will slowly rebalance your physiology.

Maybe yea. Gbolduev claimed with light it even can be done. I don't know about all that. I agree would be nice to have an exact protocol and you can just update it weekly as well. Versus months. Have your own machine and boom get weekly your optimal diet + supps or even daily. But then we get to cyberpunk levels. Close to augmentation, fake food, etc. Heh Plus you still work with your body could be it doesn't absorb it all, etc.

i agree with most of what @Yura says. I just do believe oligoscan is kinda that missing thing / machine people are looking for. That looks at minerals with light . Can literally be done on a daily basis. But hair should be done with it every few months.

I think oligoscan really just proves the importance of hormones. Co2. Lithium. Fluoride. The persistent boron toxicities we see in men. Copper and even zinc toxicities we see in women. Importance of tissue cobalt. Ability to see activity and usage of certain major vitamins .

I think ARL people are lost in the fact there are two different copper toxicities . One women show in their tissues Oligoscans. While men really only get toxic in copper in liver . Adult men and women are not the same and they need different treatments. And oligoscan I believe shows that.

I think oligoscan shows people have selenium utilization issues when t3 is low. And t4 production issues when it is low.

You just gotta realize… I got really sick to begin 2023. After struggling a lot since mid 2020. 2023 becomes 2024 and I’m screaming with Parkinson’s type shit to begin that year when I did my first couple Oligoscans that I started taking seriously.

Learning this stuff and putting this stuff together that I know now has taken time. Time I can’t get back. I’m nearly 3 years into this Parkinson’s type hell. Too late is a reality in this stuff

. I might not be capable of being the guy that proves oligoscan right. And it sure as hell isn’t Josh on the born free protocol. Or the oligoscan guy in USA who is just a healthy person and knows nothing.

It’s literally a completely unfounded science. That I know is right in front of our eyes to learn.

Basically oligoscan is proving Ray peat (right and wrong lol), Gbold too (right and wrong). Oligoscan to me is proving freddd and Yasko being far more trustworthy with their ideas and approaches. That traditional htma just could not do.

And maybe I’m not too late. I look buff tonight after eating a lot and my hume scale has shown really solid body comp improvements ever since lithium started going in again two days ago.

Honestly that hg7 protocol . The iron dumping egcg part they say pressures biotin. But I’m saying lithium is actually what you want.

Cuz as you turn on hydrogen (ERb via Egcg) you dump iron raise iron and nadh pressuring succinate for co2 . I say succinate starts with lithium ado then biotin

@bruschi11 really interesting. Yeah we are simply born in good times, but not the best. We still have to figure out the most basic physiology/biochemistry stuff because the system doesn't care about really fixing root causes.. It will take smart guy and AI and I think it will be done basically overnight couple years down the road. Maybe we could still benefit from it if we are still around, but like you said the best years of our lives are gone forever.. But then again it is pointless to be sad or cry about it. You can be healthy and get fucked up the next day by some stupid driver or whatever. It just life is not perfect and shit happens all the time to everyone.. Or if nothing bad happens to a person that person lives basically in ignorance. Because you really can't understand shit deeply if you never faced any hard times. If you never had to overcome some bad stuff..
