@RebelWithACause How did you restore your bone density? Did you monitor it with a DEXA scan?
Not really, not sure if my bone density is normal but i reversed all complaints (teeth pain) etc. to the point when i went to the teeth doctor he said my teeth are very healthy with good anemel. Last time I was there before that he was complaining I had problems with my teeth, etc. Must of did something@RebelWithACause How did you restore your bone density? Essentially, since February 2024, I haven’t been able to demonstrate acetylcholinesterase inhibition because my test results now show a false positive with a normal value. The toxicologist told me that this is normal and that the inhibition, though partial, is still present. I am experiencing partial metabolic acidosis with respiratory alkalosis. He healed it systematically alongside ev else bro.
I know your situation is quite severe. @highserotonin90
any progress lately? u can post on your log or dm me or whatever...
but i won't be that useful for scans and stuff u were trying to get....
like i mean coming to cda or america, prolly i could make that faster... but in europe i doubt it.
even here, like they don't want a relative getting meds or scans, or even cough syrup this n that (medicated) . but it can be done at times.
Are you talking about me? I tried Enterosgel a few months ago without any particular benefits, other than worsening my transit time. I’ve never used any specific binding agents, but given the severity of my symptoms, I suspect it’s something highly lipophilic that has bound to this enzyme, even though the mechanism of inhibition is different from that of organophosphates. Now I’ve received the inactive B complex with TTFD, and I have to say that at least now the thiamine isn’t being excreted in my urine... it also contains R-alpha-lipoic acid. You saw that tampons contain heavy metals?

Stabilised for years, just no regrowth for me. I hope to get there one day. Scalp feels decent but maybe minor calcification still on the place where I have the hairloss (crown area). I think as long as there is calcification there is no ability for growth. And calficiation can happen from a lot of things not just "calcium". Or Copper. It can also be lead for example I think which also affects calcium metabolism. But can also be other stuff like mercury, any type of toxic metal/toxicities. As long as your nitric oxide is down you pretty much don't get regrowth I imagine. Or when it is used up. I think it is also used for virusses and stuff so if you have a lot of virusses you also get hairloss. Stuff like that. Then again virus state is a state of the body and not because you got some random virusses. It could be from different sides which cause the hairloss. What Helen said I think is correct. But to fix all these systems it is hard but definitely possible.Anyone having some succes stabilizing hair loss? Having some bad luck lately.
Yeah I somewhat agree, but fixing all these systems seems hard indeed. I never had any success with TEI in the past, no heavy metals really on the test. Might give ARL a try in the future. Also did some chelations with ALA, NAC, sodium alginate/pectaclear etc. Never really got better by them.Stabilised for years, just no regrowth for me. I hope to get there one day. ALA is pretty good for mercury according to Andy Cutler but has to be timed right. NAC is not good in general more like supportive (providing cysteine). NAC makes me feel better sometimes. I guess I have pressure on cysteine. And lack of cysteine I think can cause problems with zinc finger and can cause hypothyroidism. I think mercury can cause low cysteine but I think all metals can. All toxic metals and maybe even excess minerals.Yeah I somewhat agree, but fixing all these systems seems hard indeed. Now just doing some natural things, scalp massages and LLLT helmet and some oils. Also started to do liver flushes and coffee enemas again.
What is the protocol. Not eating and doing a lot of cardio feels good because you run on cortisol/adrenalne. I will push detox for sure, but long term it breaks you down..BTW Chi's recovery from PFS was without any crazy supplements or hormones and he was doing pretty bad. He focussed on increasing metabolism as a slow oxidizer. For example he ran a lot and ate low fat, low carb. You could say he was "starving" but he clearly got better.
Maybe if you are a fast oxidizer it's different. But this shows you if you do the right protocol for your body you will recover. I was worse than Chi but even then his protocol worked. It was the first thing that made a difference for me. I just did not have patience. But doing his protocol was the first thing that actively changed me into the right direction. Before that I was completely stuck, zero change for months.
He had a whole list and it was simple nothing advanced and only works for very slow oxidizer I guess. But it was similar to what Helen promoted. I don't think it's good long term eventually I couldn't handle it anymore. But it kind of started my metabolism I think so I went from severely depressed, anxious, etc. to more normal. Still very sick but better. What is the protocol. Not eating and doing a lot of cardio feels good because you run on cortisol/adrenalne. I will push detox for sure, but long term it breaks you down..

Usually 500-1000mg 1-2 times a day. PectaClear is very expensive, I just buy straight sodium alginate powder.ALA is pretty good for mercury according to Andy Cutler but has to be timed right. I also tried oral EDTA a few weeks ago. I react well to EDTA personally. Not much problems. I tried it because I saw Helen and Fazed22 talk about it. Just out of curiosity what it does.
You could try it but I find it quite strong. Not sure if everyone should use it. I am guessing I have some type of lead/aluminum and also mercury problem. Maybe cadmium too. I think I just have problems with a lot of metals in general. So maybe this is why I feel good from EDTA. I also read people who feel very bad on EDTA. They must be even more toxic.
The problem if you only do chelation and already have imbalances and lack of nutrients it will just make it worse or at least not help that particular problem. But if you build up to decent health EDTA I think can speed things up or at least make things easier. But not for everyone it's good I am guessing. It can mess you up too if you over do it
Sodium alginate/pectaclear are more like good binders I think so they bind metals in the gut. I want to try those too. Sodium Alginate especially. I wonder if you can also use Psyllium Husk. It's easier to get for me. I read it's not as good though.
I might buy Sodium Alginate next month when I have more money again. To test it out. How much did you use per time?
I think there are also people with high cysteine. Maybe you don't have pressure on cysteine like I do. I do well on cysteine, even back then I think when we trialed l-cysteine. Could be you have different problems too.Usually 500-1000mg 1-2 times a day. PectaClear is very expensive, I just buy straight sodium alginate powder.
I had moments where NAC boosted my libido, calmness etc. But got crazy (glutamate?) rebound. Even lower dosages like 100mg or so give me side effects after a while, mainly when it wears off. Also some anhedonia. It is a shame because it fixed some issues of PFS.
For back then it was advanced especially from a guy with no knowledge of minerals, vitamins, etc. he just trialed what worked. He was a good influence in my opinion. People didn't like him there I remember because yea he was quite motivated and didn't let people bring him down. Was he 100% right about all of it nope. But the fact he recovered without any medications or testing is commendable.Yeah yeah many members saved all chi's stuff. when first crashed/ read that on propecia help after and b4 reading, the horrors.
I think Fefi, concerned.. many ppl someone has all that info.
And also like many ppl from 18-23' on here.
seemed advanced to me bro, just making a chart is a nitemare. easy when done all work etc.
but ya i hate all that shyt, graphing, orgnzing data. but he had amazing info.
you're rite in that it is holistic approach we all have experience with. It was organized so nicely though.
