Weird how he says B vitamins increase sodium. Maybe b1
Sounds like Helen. But who knows maybe we see ghosts of Helen everywhere lol. I like his information though, very good. An actual guy who understands more and doesn't rely on magical thinking.
I agree calcium is needed. I did without calcium for 2 years or so and you'll run in calcium problems even as a slow oxidizer. But at first I didn't need calcium and would make me feel depressed quickly. Although TEI said I was a fast oxidizer but probably from finasteride. Because later tests became slow.
I do agree also that zinc can make you passive. I notice eventhough I have become healthier when I was unhealthier I was way more living life and not taking bullshit from people lol. Now I just ignore it. In a way this is more beta when you lean too much towards this passive state. On the other hand you could say when you ignore it, it's better because you'll be fighting everyone on a daily if you don't agree lol. That being said taking zinc zinc zinc, it will passify you if the intake is out of balance. Unless you naturally have a very high Sodium-Potassium ratio. This was always said here too.
Probably why TEI gives manganese
as far as i remeber you need folic acid. you may try as well folinic acid-t is active form. but you can use folic acid and normal b vitamins which will convert folic acid to folinic. of course I may be wrong, but i think this was the conclusion of conversation on this forum (of course if you mean horseshoe pattern-when you loose hairs from ,,top" of your head and from tempels)I wonder if he has any ideas regarding androgenic alopecia and how to reverse or halt hair loss in men. Too bad you need to pay to post on that forum.
White rice is more for energy. Not all foods have to be nutrient dense to have a place in a diet. Just like sugar and honey is eaten for fast energy production. Starch for me works very well always has. Others maybe not. For me fruit sugars is not as good. It feels stronger and quicker but I don't like it as much. Brown rice not sure. I do fine on it as well.I would love to eat eggs fro choline and stuff, but because of stress - low thyroid/adrenals. It seems that the body is not using that cholesterol. So it just builds up in the blood.
What you think about creatine monohydrate and TMG to spare choline. So the body doesn't need that much from the diet? Btw also manganese lowers chromium and so they should be taken together?
Don't know if I should take manganese if my bile flow is bad. Probably not? On hair test chromium and manganese were super low. But maybe the manganese is just hiding.. Who knows after my first hair test I started taking chromium and manganese and in another test they were little higher, but still low. After that I stopped with balancing, a lot of stress again etc. and another test exactly the same as the first one. Yeah it seems like all I need is to be stress free and saturate the body with essential elements and the body will do the rest.. Sounds simple, but life doesn't give a fuck about what I want or need...
What you think about this website. The only source I saw talking about chromium and copper as associated trace elements.. Chromium & Copper: Benefits, Side Effects & RDA
Btw what you think about arsenic in rice. Because I can't nightshades, gluten, don't want to eat high oxalate stuff or high in beta carotene(was detoxing vit A fro almost decade, because I was at least decade eating stupid amounts + was on accutane and sups with vit A etc... Just stupid ingesting so much vit A when you are hypothyroid etc.. Now retinol in the blood is on lower side. SO I don't feel like it's a big issue for me anymore, but still don't want to eat liver, carrots etc..) Anyways white rice is like eating nothing. It just gives insulin spike and nothing else.. I like brown rice. I buy organic, but still probably not ideal because of arsenic? I soak, rinse, boil in excess of water and rinse again. Like the flavor, lower insulin spike.. Or what carbs you suggest. I like buckwheat as well, but it is loaded with copper..
