So you workout how many fays per week 3/4? Complete work ouyt not too many sets but high in reps and you don't didvide it in press, pull legs like usually guys in gym do.--Yeah man I wrote it up... and I text myself everyday to keep track (but then I delete all my texts and emails nightly...) --something like this, sometimes quite different but several yrs ago I stopped doing Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulder, Arm days -- Although I did: with 5x5 and Lean gains and ice cream fitness and similar programs.
-3x8 or something when cutting but maintaining LBM and growing a bit... 5x5 to learn squats and also --- deadlifts and large compound lifts, first.
-I like chinups and dips most I guess. Back is strong, legs relatively strong but better endurance. Chest strength (and all) have gone up dramatically in 2016 and also this year (all were ... impossible last yr tho). I worked out 220x plust this yr and didn't eat till end of Feb. And was refeeding into April (from fast).
-I worked out literally 0-2 times in 2017.
-Near all workouts fasted unless I feel sick or really hungry or when I was too skinny or too tired (historically).
-And like: electrolytes before and whey spinach electrolytes (aminos, protein ; B1; Mg Na Cl K) after (with banana K and also Cacoai - for Mg and fibre).
-Now just TEI 3x a day but it will be 2x a day bc it's too hard to remember what time to take this all for me.
-Monday:
-1. 91 dips
-2. Triceps 2 sets 80 and 60% of max... 40 reps or so.
-3. Shoulder raises 15-25lb 2 sets.
-4. Finish a third set for 2 and 3.
-5. Back --- Iso lateral Pull downs 180-210lbs 2 sets but super sets... low then high weight, then medium.
-6. Shoulder Press - light 70-100lb 3 sets.
-7. Back - seated rows 80-140lb 2 sets.
-8. Finish a third set on anything I missed.
-9. Chest Press 85-140lbs -- only 2 sets light reps, chest is hard for me. My shoulders are too flexible.
-10. Leg Raises -- 37dips.
-leg press somewhere here.. 175lb to 320lbs 51 reps or so total in 3 sets.
-WITH inhalers --> 40-70secs in between sets. No inhalers (like now during TEI mostly) --> more like 60secs to 2mins and like less total reps 320 vs like 400
-no choline , less reps too.
-Wednesday:
-pretty similar but 3 shoulders, also leg press each time -- not when in pain or injured or need to rest. Less dips and less leg raises/ wheezing/ asthma coughing.
-11 exercises including standing single legged deadlifts and also lunges (whatever they're called... just full extension, long lunges - single leg).
Do you have aerobic exercises?
