today is day 5 off and i have not seen much improvements cuz i have been plagued with prolactin sides. i am now barely attempting to get that shit in control lol so taking long to adress prolactin may have just ruined my whole 2nd ru cycle to be honest, but its still early. today my mood was better after taking some metergoline.

You try caber yet? Supposedly it is stronger than metergoline. How is your adrenaline though? Do you feel on edge a lot of faster heart rate?
Is there any chance the adrenaline feeling could be low estrogen? Low estrogen can do a lot of similar things, like the racing heart and anxiety and feeling on edge.

Nah, I highly doubt it, especially if my prolactin is high would mean my estrogen is high or normal/high.

The adrenaline aspect I guarantee is related to the cortisol blocking mechanism some how. My best guess is that when this drug totally clears out of my system, that part should bounce back. I know what low E feels like (cracking joints etc.), this is like a totally different feeling it seems.

It could be related to MAO like gbol said too, which interacts with adrenaline and I know my MAO was messed up due to histamine tolerance and MCS, but I'm not trying to cherry pick things, just want to stay focused and the rest should bounce back.

Yeah good idea. Just out of interest, is the adrenaline too much for you to handle? I have all the same MAO stuff as you, and I have it pretty severely - would it still be something I can get through?

adrenaline feels fine. heart rate doesnt seem to elevate randomly. you still feeling adrenaline?

Just for the info, Inosital can cause dhiarrea

yup LOL just learned that an hour ago. exploded out of my butt like a rocket. im all better now.

Well actually that's not true, my friend. Gboldev has stated "ru will work based on. Progesterone levels both agonizing or antagonizing the receptor depending on the presence of progesterone. In the presence of progesterone it antagonizes the receptor. With low prog the receptors are agonized with ru"
Sorry you are completely incorrect. You will not make your progesterone sensitive after coming off RU if you add in progesterone. I know how RU works based on progesterone levels. Adding progesterone ruins what you are trying to do.

Get gbold to confirm if you don't believe me.

i dont get how that would be the case lol i see where you are coming from, but if high prog means ru will anatagonizes the receptors (make them sensative) then adding it to the ru cycle would mean that once you drop prog and take another day or two of ru you will 100% have more sensative receptors.
adding ru means prog will have no choice but to get antagonized. my first cycle i took 5adhp and i had faster and better benefits from that one than this one. still too soon to say but so far my first cycle better and who knows maybe the fact that i took a progestin with it actually helped me.

It could be the case. Since we don't know exactly how RU acts.. If RU acts just like progestin. then it could be the case

the only thing is ella is similar to RU in structure. and that guy who took it was improving after getting off of it. For weeks. SO that is what we saw with you Ihatefin. But of course you were taking all kind of stuff with it

It is not good to mix stuff, since many people are looking to try things and then we dont know what worked and what did not.

I liked how Ru acted when you got off of it first time. And we made conclusions based on that. but you are right, you were taking many things with it.

and I mentioned if Ru acts as a progestin then it will not help, may be that is why you guys felt good while on it.

We need clean trials to see

So you think there's a chance RU can act as a progestin? Which obviously is not what we want.

yeah this is why im thinking taking it with progesterone would ensure it only acts as an antiprogesterone. or keeping cycles super short would keep this from happening too since it would lower prog as an anti prog and then be out of our bodies before it gets a chance to act as a progestin after all our prog is clreared.

I'm a little hesitant to draw any conclusions from the Ella trial on the PSSD forum. The guy had been taking quite a few other supplements around the same time. Tubzy tried Ella for a bit before he purchased RU and it didn't really do anything for him.

I'd say it's definitely worth experimenting with though.

Tubzy, how did your try Ella?

I tried one pill (30mg) all at once. I noticed a slight mood increase, but other than that not much. This was before I did anything else like RU, fasting etc. However, I didn't notice a thing from my first two doses of RU either so it would be kind of interesting to try ella again now or in the future.

I like that idea of doing a short 3 day cycle. That is probably the best solution and lowering the dose might be what we need. Anyone about to start their ru cycle soon? Ihatefin do you feel like the ru 486 alone gave you the great results on your 1st cycle?

Ok thank you. I've bought 2 pills. I'm thinking in try 7,5mg for 6 to 8 days or 15mg for 4 days, don't know yet. Let's see how this works. I'll try a clean protocol.

It's hard to say since I took all cofactors with it and metergoline and 5adhp so I can't say for; HOWEVER, I had taken all those items before and never felt so amazing from them until 3 days of ru so ru was what made the difference.

when you started feeling good on day 3 of coming off RU did all or most of these gains stick with you until all the way up to your next RU cycle?

They did, yes. Only thing is I took an adaptogen which screwed my mood back to before and libido n such. That happened days before my 2nd ru cycle. Moral of the story stay away from ashwagonda lol had I not taken this I could have done another short 2 to 3 day cycle 25mg and gotten one step closer

Interesting. I wonder what it was about the ashwagonda that ruined your improvements . I have read somewhere that ashwagonda has fatty acids and plant sterols in it that are similar to the fatty acids and plant sterols in Saw P. So maybe the ashwagonda agonized your receptors and down regulated them to back to where they were before they got up regulated from the RU

or maybe the ashwagonda altered your cortisol levels in way that negatively effected things.

yeah it was probably a little bit to do with cortisol n maybe something to do with the fatty acids like in saw p. also i knwo ashwagonda messes with prolactin too. it usually lowers it, but sometimes adaptogens can be unpredictable.

Guys, what is the effect of cortisol ? I mean, how do you understand if your cortisol is too high or too low?
I guess I have always had high cortisol since I had that extra energy, despite feeling tired, and the feeling of keep moving and never want to rest...
Now I guess my cortisol has shutted down since I always feel tired and without energy.
Am I wrong?

Permanently high cortisol is bad. It's catabolic hormone. It will make your body think that you meet Lion on savanna. So, permanently high cortisol = diminshed libido, ED, poor sleep or no sleep, fast heartbeat, you are excited but your strenght is very low, hair nails and skin become poor condition, your glucose will be low thats mean that you will have blackouts furing day, and therefore you will be mean for other people, you will be volatile, not happy, unable to smile/have fun, low glucose will make you all time hungry for sugar. I think it may be helpful. the best way is to do bloodtest.

Ok guys, I just received my mineral test back, it is really interesting how they describe everything and my situation giving me advises or telling me to call them to have a cure.
I will soon translate it all in english and post on a new log.
I hardly suggest you to get a mineral analysis before to jump on any protocol cause I am astonished how they are describing such many things as @gbolduev did.

Wuf, what exactly did they tell you? That sounds interesting. What surprised you? Can you please post the results in English soon?
