no you were 4 highs. and you had all symptoms of 4 highs. they slowed your cortisol down,

4 highs rebalances very fast, I rebalanced 4 highs in 1 month

4 highs is just super high cortisol in slow oxidation which should never happen since it cause potassium losses, and this causes PTSD thing

you see now they put you back into slow oxidation and lowered your cortisol.

now they will start rebuilding adrenal gland and metabolism

mostly fat oxidation. and adrenaline system

as of now your adrenaline system is not working.

in 2 more cycles you would be more balanced

4 highs they usually rec to do very short cycle, for the first cycle,

read WIlson's site

since 4 highs is slow oxidizers On STILTS

meaning CDnuts protocol caused extra super stress and the body managed to raise cortisol in slow oxidation, which it should never do

this fixes sugar problems and energy but causes huge anxiety, since potassium is zero.

Very interesting. I see my last hair test (high mag, sodium, potassium, average calcium, and hidden copper toxicity) similar to this.

I was wasting cortisol and burning out from any sorts of stressors at all. Is it thyroid (excess sodium) being too fast causing body to use up potassium ?

It felt like the opposite of a post fast body chemistry to me.

I had a bad panic attack day during liver flush.

@Walker love how you’re giving this a real shot. So many people beat a disease and then only have one viewpoint in health. And think they own world and are so stuck up in their ways. Open minded people win in this world.

Honestly man, I was pretty much there - but if I can get rid of something that's plagued me for over a decade now, I'm gonna give it a shot. I agree - an open mind is a true asset in today's society.

I am taking the same supplements, and I am a slow 1 also. How is do you feel PTSD wise?

As of yesterday, surprisingly a little better. I actually enjoyed my early morning routine yesterday with no depression to start the day. I seem to be able to bond a little better with my wife, and really enjoy just normal downtime like a date night, and not have my mind going 1000x in different directions about things in public. May just be placebo since I've only been doing this for a few months, but it's encouraging nonetheless. I have a feeling this will be a long-term kinda road though.

Started round #2 three days ago. So far, much better than last time. Little to no fatigue, no blah feeling. Just sort of normal. Hopefully this is a good sign.

Exact same supplements I was recommended On Round 1. I'm curious to see how it changes, tho it's been a couple months (and some other stuff was used, but not recently).

Also, I had really high Zn:Cu ratios, common in a couple issues that were dx'd for me. I'll get on that soon. I think this can help you or I quickly. ---Ideally my results won't be all skewed in the next round. Good Luck man!

Thanks man, good luck to you as well! I hope it's quick for the both of us.

For me also got Vitamin E Plus and Copper Plus too + other stuff for fast oxidizer. Also had ZMC before this. Good luck with this cycle.

Interesting. Yeah, I'm a slow 1. I think slow 1 and fast 1 are most optimal to be in, correct?

I get the same thing but not as bad on this cycle. I have narrowed it down to the either the adrenal complex, para pack, or vitamin e because those are the only things I have taken every cycle and I get it every time. If I had to bet on which one i am pretty sure its from the vitamin e.

It's so odd.....like all my pants still fit fine, just feels like I have a layer of balloon under my skin lol.

Nothing much to report, two weeks on - had an outpatient procedure on my ankle end of last week, so been recovering from that. Anesthesia was fun - still feel a little out of it from that and recovering from the surgery itself. Kept taking TEI supplements with my meals though, all the way through.

Feeling generally blah and out of it today - but so many factors at play I can't possibly attribute it to this cycle lol.

Three weeks in. Feeling some blah at times, but for the most part feeling pretty damn good. This is almost halfway through cycle two. I’ve been doing Red Light Therapy the last couple of weeks but not shining on scalp/hair or anything. Figured it could only help with the detox and feeling better. I don’t anticipate it throwing off the hair test or supplement program or anything, as we’re exposed to light on a daily basis for the most part.

Four week update - the feeling has finally arrived. Which, if I read correctly is a good thing. The general blah....fatigue. Digestion no longer as good.

Was beginning to get worried this was doing nothing for me and I was wasting my time, lol. (Preface, this was totally a joke - I have faith.)

Hey, could you post the link of your red light device? How much was it?

www.joovv.com

Might be able to find a cheaper option, but I like their modular design (can start with one and build up, or remove one and travel with it) and the FDA approval (cause you know that’s important....).

I have had great results with mine so far. I have the Joovv Max, I think it was right under 3k. They start around $300 and go up from there.
