Might be able to find a cheaper option, but I like their modular design (can start with one and build up, or remove one and travel with it) and the FDA approval (cause you know that’s important....).

I have had great results with mine so far. I have the Joovv Max, I think it was right under 3k. They start around $300 and go up from there.
What have been the key benefits? Have you noticed increase in Testosterone?

Mainly so far on TEI I don’t get a blah or run down type feeling.

I do feel increased T - better pumps in gym and muscle recovery is much better. Not as much soreness the day after. Skin is much better - looks very good all of the time now. Sleep is better too. I swear it starts my day off great - never had more clear headed mornings.

I have been solid in all of these areas anyway for awhile, but I’ve noticed an increase in all of them. Not sure how much one would notice who was still suffering from a post drug disorder for the money though - always worth a try though. There’s lot of science behind red light therapy.

Thanks! The key reason for trying this is the muscle pain and stiffness I have especially upper back.

I’m researching Joovv and other alternatives. Joovv GO looks a relatively low priced option.

I’m considering buying a Go for travel as well. Much easier to pack lol. With the Go, you can set it up on your bed and lay next to it and get benefits as you watch TV or something.

Five week update. The fatigue and blah feeling was short lived. On vacation and swimming in the sea and eating a lot of seafood this week. Lots of sun exposure too, and have my Joovv with me.

So far, I’ve felt great on this cycle. No real issues. Totally different than the first one. I’m interested to see how I’ll feel after I finish this one - given that I’m feeling good while running this time. Anxiety is probably at an all time low, and general well-being and being “in the moment” is possibly best it’s ever been in my adult life.

I can definitely live with running TEI for awhile if this is how it feels on. I was worried it would be bad the whole time, but seems since I’m not treating PFS or something more stout, it’s not as bad.

Does your joovv Max has both red light and near infra red spectrum?

Yep, it has the option to do either/or and both. I usually run mine with both.

Quick question for you fellas who’ve been doing this NB/ARL/TEI stuff much longer than I have.... are you losing a lot of weight? I’m continuously losing weight lol. I’m almost weighing what I did in high school, still muscular, no muscle loss for the most part with working out regularly too. I look very bloated from the supplements, but I’m shocked. I’m 6’7”, and I’m down to 215 with only underwear on.

Basically, just wanted to make sure there’s nothing else I should be concerned about - my calorie intake is about the same just the foods I’m eating are more tailored to my recommendations.

I have been losing weight also. I think it's because tei is speeding up our metabolism and making our bodies more efficient. I have also noticed my hunger is way down at times and I have better control on what I eat. Before I had huge cravings for carbs.

I also haven't lost any muscles if anything I am gaining muscle.

Good to hear. I have noticed the same in the hunger department. Was beginning to think something was way wrong as I’ve normally been always hungry 24/7 my whole life. And I too have lower cravings for carbs. I struggled to eat some roasted potatoes the other night which normally I would eat wayyyy too many.

I was the same way before tei. I could eat all day long and still be hungry. I have way more control over my hunger now.

This cycle I haven't lost weight but I feel kinda bloated this cycle, but I'm a fast oxidizer so it's slowing me down (I'm taking tons of copper). But that is normal, I wouldn't worry too much especially with no muscle loss

Same. I just struggled through dinner lol.

I’m on a decent bit of copper too. I’m a slow 1, but taking copper plus twice a day. The bloating blows.....I’m like, shit the scale looks great but the mirror doesn’t!

Lol you could also be chelating toxic metals temporarily as well which can cause bloating too. Just stick through it hopefully it passes by quickly. Try the sauna for bloating it usually helps me lol

Opposite for me.
Never was hungry or had joy eating.
Actually had to watch my food intake daily to gain weight. Or even to keep my weight.

Now I experience more hunger. Still dont really like eating too much though.
At least I dont have to remember myself to eat all the time but still keep my weight.

Six week update. Same as before - feeling really good for the most part. Still using Red Light Therapy/NIR light on the Joovv. Hunger is still down, only side effect I have on this cycle from last is bad digestion while on supps. Thinking about ending this one next week, potentially and retesting. @Boris has luck with doing 1.5 month cycles - and I’m getting impatient lol.

Cycle #2 ends tomorrow. Will retest in a few weeks at my haircut appointment.

Nothing much to report that hasn't been said already. Feeling great/normal on supplements besides now minor bloating.

Edit: Also, been following this diet lately - supposedly good for slow oxidizers. Slow Oxidizer Diet — R^3

It conflicts with TEI on a few things, such as sardines and almond butter being suggested, but besides that it's been pretty good for me and aligned with their diet a good bit.

In my never ending quest to get hurt and or injured - I had to receive a cortisone shot today in my shoulder to be able to still let it function. Lot of built up issues there over my lifetime. I’m two weeks off of TEI as of yesterday.

@Helen, @Goose12, @Boris, @RebelWithACause - any issue with this affecting hair test bad? Or issues with it? I was planning on taking scalp sample next week. I know the shot is not as bad as the oral tablet and stays more locally but this all is so sensitive with testing I didn’t know. Any input is fantastic, thanks fellas.
