Have you seen any regrowth? I've seen tons of guys on nofap forums saying they are growing their hairline BACK..lost it years ago and the hairs are filling back in...

I ironically had a lot of hairloss on my crown from anabolic steroids that I used in PFS to try to get out of it. That regrew over the course of a few months. Not sure if it is from NoFap. Dianabol made my hair shed like crazy.

I think not masturbating is helpful for every aspect of your life. Yes it is hard sometimes but it is a shame to throw away your energy. Use it for something good.

I think for me excessive masturbation and sex for sure kickstarted my hairloss. You lose a lot of zinc and other nutrients especially if you obsessively masturbate all the time.

So if you are shedding now you can regrow it for sure. I had a big thin spot on my head which is gone.

Before that I started finasteride early when my hairloss started so I have most my hair.

I think the hardest thing is changing lifestyle habits and aspects that you are used to do.

Still I am not sure if I still have my hair because of PFS. Could be. It could be my hair will just vanish when I am completely out of PFS. I am fine with that.

Cool. Yeah my hairloss started very sudden when I started trying the things I learned here. So It's not the "genetic" type of hairloss,..knowing that makes me a little hopeful

I don't see a lot of people regrow their hair but then I got regrowth after quitting the AAS. So it is possible. Although when I think about it I did not use any PCT. Which could of caused me to be in a low T (high estrogen?) state for a while. Which might have helped.

Would be cool if TEI can fix yours again.

I've always had lower testosterone and high estrogen before, you think its more likely I will lose my hair if the estrogen goes down and testosterone goes up with TEI?

No don't think so. Unless your testosterone (and DHT) go extremely high. I know some guys who had low T and they started TRT and they lost their hair. But they were probably taking too much TRT. I think you can also have low T and lose your hair if your DHT is high for example. It is kinda complicated. Plus then you have the thought that MPB is caused by virus(ses) and low glutathione. Or guys who get shedding from protein deficiency.

I don't know to be honest. Too much possibilities to be sure. I think that is why TEI is good so we at least fix some of the imbalances.

Here is my dutch result of my hormones.

Did the guys regrow their hair after they stopped TRT?

These two guys look healthy IMO. Except they do not lift it seems.

It is mostly the guys who have too much weight on them that don't look so great. I think that is a given...
The other guy though had that kind of puffy apperance as I do though, now sure if its just a little extra body fat that causes that, seems more of an hormonal issue to me. I could be wrong

Its Ironic because I had a perfect hairline, VERY thick hair, infact I hated that it was so thick I always told my barber to make it thinner, and when I found this website and started following the protocols from here I started losing my hair lol.

because you cant follow random protocols, especially in 4 lows.

you took magnesium and potassiumin 4 lows. and sped yourself up.

@RebelWithACause and yet I also know a lot of people who live like utter shit, smoking, drugs, alcohol, steroids and keep their perfect hairline, so it is confusing to say the least. It would be great if we could see some regrowth in the end but I doubt if we could get back our hairline. I have been in PFS for a long time and I think that is the reason my hair loss has been slow. When I started TEI my hairline is being destroyed, depressed to see and I can't do anything about it.

@esp90 I hope you realize that those guys at deep healing could not leave their house when they started the program. that Luis guy was completely screwed . He was accutane sufferer.

and the other guy who was on the program which you posted was sick since childhood and was totally fucked.

I think ARL give too much calcium thus the puffy look. but those guys goal was to get out and live normal life and not be in a crash.

PLus don't forget they are following Wilson, who gives them all kinds of stuff, like OMEGA 3 in tons which is not on the program. Omega 3 could cause huge hairloss. in some people.

Luis guy looks and acts much better than before though, it is night and day.

you just took the first cycle of TEI. My hair was going back and forth like crazy on TEI. program. Same as Goose's

but he is seeing dramatic regrowth now.

For me magnesium causes extreme hairloss. WHY?

since magnesium lowers ventilation, meaning you breath less on magnesium.

this causes PH to change to the more acidic side. and potassium comes out from the cell into the blood.

and when potassium comes out from the cell into blood, Insulin goes up to push it right back in

and with insulin goes sugar , creating NADPH and your DHT testosterone goes up.

but since many people had low DHT and low test, they have crazy receptors, and when test and DHT go up, you lose hair like crazy.

Gonna start the 3th cycle soon and I really want to believe you Helen but I really hope to see anything positive hair-wise on my 3th or 4th cycle. Its just hard on some days to watch. Fucking mental game.

I remember when TEI gave me magnesium in their program, my hair thinned out so much it was not even funny.

like I lost half of the hair within a month. I then swam in the ocean and it all came back .

Look at those who restored from PFS. like CDnuts, and all other guys, on propecia help,. they all got bald mostly.

Goose had fluctuating hair also I think on TEI and now is regrowing on copper.

No matter what I tried, what ever thinned my hair. big times, it always gets better from the ocean, in my case.

I guess, sodium lowers DHT. and magnesium increases DHT.

it makes sense, since sodium makes you hyperventilate, and magnesium hypoventilate.

when you breathe slower, you have more potassium in blood and your insulin goes up, this increases your DHT.

To be fair I've taking more than 200 different supplements and lots of different minerals during these 15 sick years and never experienced hairloss, but I had never tried potassium before, that was when I started losing it, I also did a waterfast after that where I drank only sodium and potassium saltwater for like 10 days, 4500 mg potassium and 2000 mg sodium a day...

That prob sped me up big time (and im already in 4 lows lol) and could cause Hair loss i guess. Hoping TEI can reverse the mess I made. then.

I had the same thing on magnesium. Hair got very thin and started falling out while showering. Also made me very groggy in the morning.

Anybody got vids or pics of people who have been on NB for a long time?

I found a youtube channel called Deep Healing Space and one of the guys who I guess is a practitioner isnt looking very healthy at all to me, infact he looked more healthy from his older vidoes.

Like in this vid

He's looking really puffy, losing his hairline ect.. I believe they are following ARL though, not TEI. He's been on the program for many years now :/ Do you know any others who have been on the program who is looking healthier and where you can see someones progress?
Specifically hes on dr Wilson's program

Interesting. I had the magnesium/chromium supp in my TEI cycle and since dropping it my hair feels thicker and almost no hair fall.
