    Snowball’s log - PFS (Fin+Saw Palmetto)

I think adding the gut protocol is a great idea, especially if you have digestion issues.

    Snowball’s log - PFS (Fin+Saw Palmetto)

Pine pollen, goji berries, Royal jelly, and shilajit can be considered more of a food or vitamin like than a medicinal herb. They are complete and there for safe to take on a daily basis. Medicinal herbs and extracts are not a chance complete food and should be cycled. At least that's how I...

    How many here have varicocele?

I don't think I have or had varicocele. I had persistent testicle pain after I crashed but it's gone now. Never noticed any abnormal lumps. Had a physical a year ago and the doctor didn't notice anything.

St John's Wort and/or Inositol Log

Labido and erections are not a 100 percent yet. My labido currently fluctuates from almost normal to low, but baseline is slowly getting higher and higher labido is becoming the norm. Very similar to how CD describes improvements on his protocol (a rollercoaster). It's great because I had...

St John's Wort and/or Inositol Log

I felt exactly the same as you after ru. I kept thinking if I just had labido and erections I would be cured. At the time I didn't realize how much farther I had to go and how I was ignoring other issues. I ran three more ru cycles after my first and didn't get the same improvements as my first...

please post your DHT , testosterone free testosterone and SHBG levels and PROGESTERONE

Your shbg is crazy high! My shbg is in the upper range and so is my dht. What are your dht levels? I think some of our issues is that dht in blood is high but low in the brain and also 5alph is low in the brain and high in the rest of the body. Helen has mentioned this before. I wonder if we...

    Snowball’s log - PFS (Fin+Saw Palmetto)

I don't remember in particular if it helped much with digestion but I am sure it helped me towards an improved digestion. I noticed a huge relief in anxiety but I was still far from cured. I started all of the t boosters except cordyceps and two others I can't remember if the top of my head...

    Snowball’s log - PFS (Fin+Saw Palmetto)

The biggest improvement from my first cycle was reduced anxiety. My second cycle I didn't notice much but I think that's normal also. A lot can be changing in your body that can go unnoticed. Are you planning on just running CD's protocol?

please post your DHT , testosterone free testosterone and SHBG levels and PROGESTERONE

Here is an interesting study claiming that dht lowers shbg and that boys with 5 alpha reductase deficiency have high shbg because testosterone doesn't convert to dht. The study was done with prepubertal boys but I think it still rings true. Dihydrotestosterone regulates plasma...

    RU / "Mifepristone Challenge" Log

I never tested bloods before ru but I had the exact same experience with ru that you did. It didn't fix pfs for me but it helped a lot and it makes the path to recovery better. It helped a lot with digestion and anxiety.

RWAC's PFS log (on the TEI train)

I noticed the same thing on tei. I don't have time for stupid people and there childish problems. I am nice about it but I don't care anymore. I think tei makes you think a lot more clearly. I can see all of the things I need to fix in my life and what truly makes me happy. I also see what...

    FATTY LIVER

Sex Hormones and Their Receptors Regulate Liver Energy Homeostasis Interesting article about hormones and liver. Makes me wonder if dht helps regenerate the liver? There is a lot of info on e2 but only a small section on dht.

Are we losing steam in finding cures?

Tei has helped me so much also. I have never tried arl but tei seems stronger and faster than arl. Also tei focus on supps and diet were arl want you to also focus on detoxing ( coffee enamas, saunas, ect..). Iny opinion this is to much and messes with your hair test. When you were on...

    Oxidation and meal frequency

I am a slow oxidizer. I do great on the tei suggested diet, smaller meals more frequently. I usually have a protien shake or a couple pieces of deer jerky at 7:30 am, a serving size of blue corn chips at 10:00, jerky, beans, and apple sauce for lunch at 12:00, cook a meal around 5 30 pm, and...
