Systemically. Not sure hard water is the bioavailable calcium Lol gaining weight might be more about eating too much though but I get what you mean. They both have kids now so probs a bit of stress eating from that. Dr Wilson been on it way longer than them but he wasn't overweight, and a lot...

My ARL htma July 2025: https://ibb.co/CsSntfNL Interesting stuff. Sounds like I'm on the wrong supplement protocol currently as im just slowing down further! I'm going to drop it to 250mg calcium, 200mg magnesium and 200iu k2 just once a day at night. I would stop it entirely but starting it...

It should be fine, that guy is Luke Pryor, people have used him before here afaik. He's on youtube too. Hard water will affect your minerals, if it's that full of calcium you need to balance. Filtered or spring water i imagine would help

"For now I am not doing anything stupid" > "Oh I did self bleeding like 350ml of blood like a month ago" mate, sounds a bit sketch. also, don't they give you digestive aids on the program anyway? you should be OK i think this guy does global, with ARL: HTMA Profile Two Full Analysis this...

@Yura safest bet / longest stood-the-test-of-time / most successes on hackstasis have been: do a hair test + jump on a ARL or TEI protocol, follow the protocol on the hair test that the algorithm spits out (not some custom practitioner BS) + follow the diet recs as much as possible do that for...

no i followed the advice of grant genereux, the founder of the idea Ideas, Concepts, and Observations how do you know you're copper toxic? i thought copper was supposed to push you into a calcium shell, wouldn't have thought it was possible to be copper toxic and 4 lows.

Bro literally I was the same. Did a few rounds of TEI (i did 5 htmas but only2 or 3 i followed the supps properly), got a lot more balanced, got health benefits, stopped doing it, started getting knee pain a few years later, now I've been into the low vit A stuff (did the diet for about a year)...

thanks and nice! you could chat with chatGPT to help you pick a hobby perhaps. i think something at the intersection of a lot of things that you like is ideal. for example, tennis for me hits a lot of things, its a perfect intersection: i like being outside, i like exercise, i like competing...

hmm how come you think i have too much Ca in tissue? as far as i know the Oligoscan is a tissue measurement, and the HTMA is a cell measurement. the previous HTMA tests i've done have shown Ca on the lower side, and the Oligoscan shows it on the lower side too not sure if i'm a "true" fast...

i get it, and i agree with what you say. i just think from a life philosophy point of view, we maximize our enjoyment of life by focusing on whats in our control (what can i do to improve). and we maximise our misery by focusing on what isn't in our control (thoughts like "its unfair Brad Pitt...

How to kill infections without the use of 5ari?

typically we've focused on improving longer term health using HTMA and following the supplement protocol. it can help with infections too. but are yours acute and serious or are they long term issues? if acute and serious maybe medical care is better in the short run. either way in the long...

What did you do @esp90 to get those improvements? I saw your log here, was it TEI balancing that fixed you? How many cycles did you do? https://hackstas.is/threads/esp90-log.1623/

Alright checking in about a week of doing the supplements (wtf it's only been a week?!). Don't want to jinx things yet but I think I'm feeling improvements. I used feel pain in my knees sleeping and that seems to have improved. It feels like when I do the physio exercises, or go for a walk...

I'm planning on doing htma the way Gbold said: follow the algorithm when it spits out the supplement recs, don't listen/talk to a practitioner, and keep my diet high in nutrients.

Like Brad Pitt natural hair genetics vs people taking finasteride and then getting PFS I think though that everyone suffers, suffering is relative, but also objective. There was a tennis player whining at wimbledon yesterday and his brother said "no matter how bad he's feeling he's not a...

I've started taking lunch: 500mg Ca, 2000 ui d3, 200mcg k2mk7 Dinner: 350mg Mg, 5mg boron If i just take k2 and I get calcium cravings I'll be out of luck, I can't tolerate dairy. The only calcium rich foods I can have are sardines and nuts which don't get me to RDA. I suspect my gut bacteria...
