Today is the first day since I crashed that I have been able to workout at high intensity. Huge milestone.

Bones:

What do we think about supplementing calcium for bone health?

Hello, i am able to form memories again, I can remember my life before this crash which is great. Still pretty shitty though.

Still on the grind.

I had really bad gut problems at the end of December, I threw in TUDCA and taurine and they helped my motility greatly and overall mood and energy.

They then stopped working and it was like my gut stopped moving, so I threw in Candex and Pau de arco and gradually I started feeling spaced out like crazy and the next day I started getting reactions to 5aris in foods.

It is the day after now, I’ve noticed that my gut symptoms aren’t as bad and motility is a little better, better tolerance to sulfur foods and l red spots appeared on my skin (EBV) . I also spent a lot of the night coughing. I’m refeeding with eggs and rice and will add some other foods in slowly, also using electrolytes and vitamin C .

My stool is now orange, I have no clue what’s happening, thinking about doing liver flushes, I’m not sure.

A few months have passed and I can say I’ve tried a lot but nothing has really changed. I am still housebound unfortunately. The b vitamins, electrolyte protocol etc has done a lot but has only really led to marginal improvements. Perhaps I should be grateful that I made it this far, I don’t get panic attacks anymore, my height has come back at least. But I still stand at around 10% most days, maybe 20% once in a blue moon.

The question is what I should do now, do I do hormones, TEI? I’m not sure. Anyone got advice on what to do from here?

Check doctor Will Powers at Reddit. He’s pretty much solved pfs, but has yet to find a cure. He does advices Calcium-D-Glucarate as a possible helper. But keep lurking Reddit and stay up to date.

It's interesting how there's always a doctor stepping up gaining following traction from PFS sufferers claiming they have the cure. I remember even Tony Huge (not a real doctor but whatever) claiming he had the cure while having very little experience. To me it sometimes looks like a sort of grift like they think they can use PFS sufferers for their own cause...

I hope this guy is genuine.

I said it before there have been so many recoveries yet most people ignore it. Probably because yes a lot of recoveries are different. But still odd. Some people still parrot on X/Twitter that PFS is uncurable. It's like people in PFS they can't or don't want to see the road out eventhough there are plenty.

Now of course you have people that have very bad health they have other problems (in my opinion).

For me I was very sick but after hCG, Proviron and some other stuff I was back to having normal androgen function. My health was still shit though and in some ways I felt worse than in PFS! Way lower energy. But I did feel calmer and the old way of who I was. Which is funny. Shows you it's not just PFS you deal with if you are sick.

First few years in PFS fatigue was worse for sure but after like 3 years in PFS my energy was decent enough then once I did those cycles I felt better androgens but fatigue was higher again.
