How do you know if you're feeling bad because you're improving or if you're just getting worse in general? Thats's also an issue for me.
How is your serum B12?
You're really taking 24mg Cu daily? That's an insane amount.
I said it before, I wouldn't touch DHEA. It goes to E2 in men and will mess up your HPTA just like you're using E2 directly, I know what I'm talking about. Or only in very low doses, like 15mg e3d.
Dhea is to fuel 7 keto dhea which is key to selenium usage. Needed for FMN which activates b6 and fad. Typically we do not want to give any hormones at all. I would much prefer to just take 7 keto dhea. And no dhea at all. But it may be needed to keep the pathway up to 7 keto dhea temporarily . Goal would be really to make dhea from pregnenolone with copper availability / metabolism .
Right now due to vitamin A toxicity and the nitric oxide it causes the body to produce, it’s better to not use much selenium . As dhea/ 7 keto dhea messed me up yesterday as the combination of superoxide (produced by thyroid) + nitric oxide (produced by vitamin A) = peroxynitrate the Brain shrinking chemical.
24 mg of copper is a lot. 2-6 mg used to mess me up. But I do need temporarily. My copper went down well below the range 5-6 weeks ago . My boron toxicity is killing copper metabolism causing the severe cu deficiency next to the A toxicity. You have to realize copper retains chromium too…. And I have zero chromium if you see my test. It’s that bad.
The main way I know if I’m progressing now is obviously feel after healing reactions, libido too helps. But realistically I use oligoscan now every 2 weeks to check as I own the device.
I am taking 3 weeks off without Oligo as I plan to do 4 liver flushes in that time period to mitigate vitamin A in my body. I can definitely say the last times I was truly progressing was when I did liver flushes and took dhea about a year ago. And earlier this fall.
I think there’s vitamin A true toxicity then vit A metabolism issues. I believe I currently have the true toxicity leading to the raising of anhydroretinol leading to nitric oxide.
I am under assumption that once boron down to normal, and A is down. I should be able to start metabolizing A a lot better. When A metabolism is better, it willl not be converting to anhydroretinol producing all the nitric oxide / peroxynitrate shrinking the hell out of my brain.
