My take is hif1 fuels glucose to Krebs. While VHL/ thyroid via minerals cr zn cu mg move glucose to inositol. To fuel thyroid.

But I guess in this I want to use thyroid first approach to kill boron and heavy metals causing the overactive hif1 issues which steals sugar from thyroid (inositol) and steals electrolytes from g6pd.

I think this is saying humic acid basically retains chromium….

Edit: I’m seeing more and it may be that Humic moves chromium to non toxic usable form?

I’m definitely noticing some good things from humic/fulvic cell cores Carboxy product. Really focusing on the high boron in oligoscan as I believe getting this down is the key to normalizing my system and raising my testosterone.

Ok as body over uses boron , nrf2 inflates too hard and too much hydrogen is produced.

The hydrogen takes out sulfate. Hydrogen sulfate is produced.

My June 2023 htma shows like zero sulfur as boron and selenium are dumped (being used hard).

It’s happening to me right now. Strongly using boron and selenium.

The boron and selenium are used together in one area of the nrf2 system. They go hand in hand. Pressuring chromium which is in another area of nrf2 system.

No wonder why healing can just be horrrible at times lol .This is intense . Talk about merry Xmas

Inflating chromium intake heavily. Next to higher dose coppper 30mg or so. Taking legit 10000mcg chromium daily with 50-60 zn 5-10 lith.

I think as I clear the cadmium / mercury, body can accept the chromium and needs it in the worst of ways. My oligoscan shows -91% chromium. It’s that bad.

Gluth recycling pathway interesting.

I think selenium utilization moves E to coq10. And maybe it’s t4 or iodine usage , chromium, inositol that moves coq10 to ALA.

My coq10 was depleted after inositol usage this past spring early summer.

This makes sense. And a really big piece.

A Facebook post caught my eye on this really perfect timing as I’m inflating chromium—> inositol—> iodine—> t4 currently.

Yea I think selenium utilization comes first for E to coq10. Coq10 needs to be up and going.

I was like dying in July bad. And my coq10 was gone in the oats. Why? Cuz I was pushing inositol hard which was stealing whatever little coq10 I had left for ALA.

Selenium utilization was helpful after.

Pushing lots of chromium this week was interesting but coq10 needs to come before chromium. And that’s through the body’s usage of selenium for E metabolism to coq10.

Now is 7 keto dhea the ticket to this? To a degree yess. But I’m thinking dhea may have to be given with 7 keto dhea to keep that pathway up based on my experiences. Lithium clearly needed too.

Zeolite incredible overnight really. It’s getting something that needs to be grabbed.

Using humic/fulvic daily once in afternoon. But now I think I’m gonna use zeolite every 3rd/4th night.

While continuing with my schedule of : liver flush—->chelate 2-3 days (w/ OSR/edta/zeolite/ humic fulvic every 8 hours) ——> 10 full days off. Then repeat.

2 decaf coffee enemas daily. 2 30 min saunas daily. Going to be religious with coq10 PQQ now daily. Vitamin E now too now that I’m getting selenium utilization working through 7 keto dhea and dhea. In order for the dhea to work it’s clear I need to feel sulfate. Probably to move dhea to dhea-s. Doing Epsom salt baths for sulfate now every 3rd or 4th day.

I have to hope my ticket is removing the boron toxicity. As this occurs hormones can go back online.

Definitely a tough little problem I gotta get around here.

It seems as I get thyroid and active b6 functioning a bit, I dump cadmium likely From liver and into the tissues.

It’s increasing in every oligoscan I get thyroid working.

One theory: boron absorption inflation nrf2 and hydrogen in the body is taking down carbon needed to control cadmium.

Now is the key to really use up boron? As I chelate keep thyroid working. And just keep using binders. Zeolite OSR edta maybe some dmps Atlantic Dulse definitely some humic fulvic for boron.

I know boron is big activator and really the reason behind my hif1 (hydrogen/ vitamin a metabolism/ sulfite metabolism) issues. It’s behind my low shbg issues and my low T.

While I’m saying the heavy metal needs to come out . I’m also saying it’s likely boron tox behind the severity of the cadmium tox.

We will see here but this theory makes some sense and promising. The problem is how long it may take to normalize these two metals- boron/ cadmium.

Interesting tid bit

Vitamin A elevation = high anhydroretinol = nitric oxide elevation. Which takes out cysteine/ carbon needed to control cadmium.

When I lowered my vitamin A through a series of liver flushes a year ago, my cadmium was lowest I’ve seen it. And I was smoking weed at the time (no going back to that just saying).

Yes getting my system working through through functional thyroid active b6 seems to be the kicker for the cadmium dumping and elevation in tissues. But what if I just go and do it now. Take my vitamin A and move it down towards 60 even 50 via liver flushes.

It’s 78 now. It goes down quick with frequent liver flushes. Like very quick. 3 flushes it should be below 65 we will see here this makes sense and was part of the plan. But now it’s a huge part.

@Fazed22 this might be your thing too.

Overall approach I’m taking.

Cu 24mg zinc 66 chromium like 9000 lithium 5-10mg iodine 2-400mcg

But chelation with it . It has to happen or I die. Coffee enemas and thyroid dump cadmium on me. No more coffee enemas besides maybe 1 weekly at max. Chelation gonna be like 48 to 56 hours post liver flush with stronger chelators OSR edta zeolite. Followed by 3-5 off days with weaker chelators like sodium alginate mcp humic fulvic shilajit

7 keto dhea and dhea every 3 days or so. More when on non chelation days.

Pantithine b2 coq10 pqq choline maybe a little inositol . Epsom baths with sea salt 2x weekly.

Sauna 30-60mins daily.

WEEKLY liver flushes to bring down vitamin A coming up next. 10-14 days not ok. WEEKLY.

It sounds to me gbolduev was already healthier than most people here but got into big trouble after using finasteride and SSRI pretty sure. And the lead water of course which started it.

If I did chelation back then I would of died probably lol. And not just because of toxicity but because it makes you even more deficient in for example calcium. I got severely calcium deficient within a few months and it took me 2 months or so to have calcium normal again.

Nutrition very important when you are sick because the right nutrition will raise your metabolism and help eliminate stuff. But it has to be done constantly because your metabolic rate will keep dropping if it's bad. Like mine sometimes dropped after 3 hours. Now it drops after 24 hours or so. So now I do OMAD temporarily. But before I needed to eat every few hours with good nutrition fitting my body chemistry.

I don’t think he was healthy. I saw photos of him on Facebook in his pre health days. Just looks another late 30s guy falling into the aging trap. Had extra weight on him. Wasn’t him.

I saw my boron drop in hair in late 2021 when I was on mcp and sodium alginate. I also saw gbold write something like “on my off chelation days , i take alginate/ mcp so there’s no redistribution”.

It makes sense. I’m doing it now as off days began today.

Gonna do: liver flush day 1 start heavy chelators during the flush that night: OSR zeolite edta

Days 2-3: continue with the chelators every 8 hours. So that will be 2.3 days of chelation.

Days 4-7 begin mcp sodium alginate . Every 8 hours.

All with my nutrient approach above . Key is making ALA through production and supplementation of coq10 pqq and t4 (zinc copper iodine chromium). I really think t4 moves coq10 to ALA.

While t3 through selenium utilization moves vitamin E to coq10 .

Big goals to see on oligoscan coming up: vitamin A drop, boron drop, cadmium drop, and to lesser degree Selenium drop with E too (selenium uses it when it’s working.)

Thinking vitamin A removal more important than chelating….

So liver flush every 5 days? Might start with that for a month prior to the weekly.

lol you say why, I say why not?!

Selenium utilization = superoxide

Vitamin A in excess in the body = excess nitric oxide.

Superoxide + nitric oxide = peroxynitrate.

The brain killer.

Yea.

The peroxynitrate from the anhydroretinol is the cause of the sulfite problems we see in vitamin A toxicity issues.

Hence why ozone/ oxygen inhalation is so bad when you have A toxicity. Hence why electric convulsive therapy annihilated me in late 2023 (I was breathing oxygen for 45 mins unconscious 10 times).

The boron needs to come down as it causes hif1 issues making vitamin A a toxic. But selenium utilization (7 keto dhea) SHOULD be the key to VHL to downregulate hif1. But with boron toxicity with vitamin A toxicity with cadmium issues, selenium utilization just ends up fucking me more producing Peroxynitrate raising hif1 (due to boron absorption) .

Liver flush and chelate is the approach. Get the A out, bind the boron and cadmium. As A comes down THEN we can push 7 keto dhea/ dhea for sele utilization and methylation as a whole.

Boron will still be high but sele will use it up. Eventually as boron drops to normal, vitamin A metabolism will regulate.

Reality is we do want to make retinoic acid. We need nad for that. Hence why lithium + gluth+ b12 is so big. Most have plenty of b12 in these issues.

We want Ceruloplasmin badly still. We need it. But there’s no doubt in my mind it can be made with mid range to even lower end of range vitamin A.

It really probably is about controlling hif1 with VHL to fix Ceruloplasmin hence why people fix their iron and copper with iodine and selenium.

Today has been one of worst physical days of my freakin life. Dhea / 7 keto dhea devastating. But here we are.

Gotta get the damn boron down as I get A down. That’s the tough task here . But getting A down will at least stop the peroxynitrate and allow me to utilize selenium without torture.

Last but not least, electric convulsive therapy in 2022 helped. I could tolerate oxygen great. I I did PC IVs likely controlling the high A the month or so prior.

Electric convulsive therapy in late 2023 was beyond deadly. I was badly A toxic. I came out of that fucking psyche ward dying in agony after the electric convulsive therapy. Due to all the oxygen inhalation raising peroxynitrate.

How do you know if you're feeling bad because you're improving or if you're just getting worse in general? Thats's also an issue for me.
How is your serum B12?
You're really taking 24mg Cu daily? That's an insane amount.
I said it before, I wouldn't touch DHEA. It goes to E2 in men and will mess up your HPTA just like you're using E2 directly, I know what I'm talking about. Or only in very low doses, like 15mg e3d.

Dhea is to fuel 7 keto dhea which is key to selenium usage. Needed for FMN which activates b6 and fad. Typically we do not want to give any hormones at all. I would much prefer to just take 7 keto dhea. And no dhea at all. But it may be needed to keep the pathway up to 7 keto dhea temporarily . Goal would be really to make dhea from pregnenolone with copper availability / metabolism .

Right now due to vitamin A toxicity and the nitric oxide it causes the body to produce, it’s better to not use much selenium . As dhea/ 7 keto dhea messed me up yesterday as the combination of superoxide (produced by thyroid) + nitric oxide (produced by vitamin A) = peroxynitrate the Brain shrinking chemical.

24 mg of copper is a lot. 2-6 mg used to mess me up. But I do need temporarily. My copper went down well below the range 5-6 weeks ago . My boron toxicity is killing copper metabolism causing the severe cu deficiency next to the A toxicity. You have to realize copper retains chromium too…. And I have zero chromium if you see my test. It’s that bad.

The main way I know if I’m progressing now is obviously feel after healing reactions, libido too helps. But realistically I use oligoscan now every 2 weeks to check as I own the device.

I am taking 3 weeks off without Oligo as I plan to do 4 liver flushes in that time period to mitigate vitamin A in my body. I can definitely say the last times I was truly progressing was when I did liver flushes and took dhea about a year ago. And earlier this fall.

I think there’s vitamin A true toxicity then vit A metabolism issues. I believe I currently have the true toxicity leading to the raising of anhydroretinol leading to nitric oxide.

I am under assumption that once boron down to normal, and A is down. I should be able to start metabolizing A a lot better. When A metabolism is better, it willl not be converting to anhydroretinol producing all the nitric oxide / peroxynitrate shrinking the hell out of my brain.
