What I noticed is that my veins disappeared on my left hand.
-I think it's difficult to get RDA values of certain nutrients incl. potassium.
-All in diet would be ideal, but it's difficult to achieve in practice.
are you eating potassium in foods ? what's the point of the supplement ?
I try stuff recommended here to get my body back to how it used to function. I can exercise 1/10 of my former strength / endurance. Eating food will not fix me
And I can not get 12 grams of K in food which is what I was taking before I quit the experiment.
I would try the high dose K again I did get some snap back and think it was helpful. How much , hard to say
Dude get on TEI in some way or form. Your copper is going to cause issues pfs or not. It will make you think in bad ways- when I got rid of copper my thinking just improved so much. Copper is main cause of a lot of mental disorders.
In some way or form I suggest if u can’t do daily TEI (like myself ), take it once every 3 or 4 days. Or if you can tolerate it, just take it at night. Take for 10 days, stop for 20. Just mess around, see what you can tolerate while doing normal life stuff.
I’m in similar position to u. I need to stop experimenting and get back to work, normal life stuff. But I’m trying to put myself in a position where I can do both. Just “experiment lightly” per say.
