-I'm in a good mood, pretty good / decent (may not last long). Although intense/ high-strung... I've made my peace with being high-strung and all that, I can't help it.
-I just took 15mg dexedrine - to see how I react. It is an essential med for me but can see having to wait...
-Again I am not saying it's "good" or "bad".
-Abusing/using stimulants for any other reason besides narcolepsy, serious and significant ADHD (and related disorders), is not cool.
-Proper use is okay, and even amazing for some people... but yes, my health is compromised.
-It's better than cocaine + vodka in pssd and self-medicating my other issues tho.
-I hate it when kids use it just to get high... or to cram for tests, or fake a problem to get an "edge", and I hate how a lot of people think it's all fake.
-I will be on cialis (and likely not dexedrine at the time), in a couple weeks.... along with the Randros, then PCT, and then eventually ru486 (for the 9000th time).
-I am only doing (most but not all) of the Electrolyte protocol without ARL help yet... and also R-andro and 4-Andro, and sometimes milk thistle, and arginine/citrulline when I workout. So things like Mg (not the right kind just yet), Betaine HCL, spinach + protein with every meal, working out, etc.Also iodine occasionally. Creatine too sometimes.


Also amphetamines are a dark and dangerous class of drugs, leading people to all kinds of terrible things (not always). If anyone thinks that I am promoting it's use, you're wrong. It is not a sure-fire way to heal from PFS, PSSD, etc... they shouldn't be continually used by a majority of people. If I had a son, and he was under 18, I wouldn't want him on them. Maybe 16 if he was already a good height and stuff, certainly not at 4 or 8 years old. And I'd trust my diagnosis more than the fugazi school-board and psychiatrists and family doctors (dumb). I'm taking it bc I know my true nature, and what I can tolerate (90%+ of the time at least) and cannot.

Edit:
-I took 10 drops of some iodine this morning, 200mg R-andro and 200mg of 4-Andro.
-one protein shake, 3.5-4 shots of caffeine morning and early afternoon total.
-Mg Citrate earlier.
-MgCl2 and tums just now to potentiate dexedrine. (I used to take way more, and crush it to defeat time activation).
-It may immediately impact digestion. DEX at 6.45pm, potentiators/and side effect reducers 2pm and 7.00pm.
-Vitamin D also 3 tablets... not sure of dose... bc of Dex and also possible ("minor") bone loss, decalcification, etc.

-Dexedrine (way safer than Adderall, but still serious) depletes Mg perhaps as well as Ca, and maybe Vit D... I will use Vit D perhaps too and
await my ARL, otherwise I will use that contact info that @TubZy and @gbolduev posted re: Catherine from ARL.

Also for the record: No illicit drug use in like 8-10 months, no alcohol in like 70-80 days, no smoking in 70+d. And no dexedrine in like 14months and barely at all the few months before that. Coming from 20-40-60mg a day. I took a lot when I was fighting my school, and trying to get my much owed to me degree.
I couldn't even get it framed after PFS, or even fax out a request to convocate. It was beyond horrible. My other degree I gave to my cousin, bc I felt it was an insult to my intelligence and hard work lol.

As @RebelWithACause and I discussed. High IQ + High Test + an Edge... that's key for success. For me that edge is dopamine rushes - chasing something, natural, and also unnatural. Really... using that iq, and being androgenic, and using edges.

@stupidfreak too... it's been a while man, I hope you're well.

Again, I may not stay on it in the short and medium term, but long-run I will use it consistently.
I don't intend on having PFS long-run, not to sound overconfident.
Again, I know we're all mostly anti-med here (believe me, I mostly hate meds)... but my asthma and ADHD, etc are not going away anytime soon.
Even when I cure PFS, I still have a lot of other stuff to work on.
-Note I am not saying the above people said it's safe... bc it's clearly a case-by-case basis. I don't believe there's one way out of any of my issues, that will work for every single person.
-I am all for experimentation, when smartly done and safe to do so...
-I wouldn't have even written this, except I need to remember this day.
-Because I've lived with treating ADHD, and I've lived all jacked up without it, when I was 26 I wanted to make sure I stay on the right track, and mostly I did except for finasteride (to keep it short).
-I am keeping cortisol in mind, and I don't think this is adding shrinkage... I've had various times where I was bigger anyways, and any stimulant-caused "shrinkage" was short lasting... and way worse on Adderall than dexedrine. No drug is anti-sex like Fin, Duta, and the antidepressants, mood stabilizers, opiates, deca, spiro, etc. I guess a lot of drugs are then... but not the ones that are unlike those.


Re: ADHD:

-25mg this afternoon, to early evening (10mg at 10pm). I took 10mg spansules and 15mg IR (not as good as the spansules which are AMAZING!)
My doctor in the East, will recommend a doctor in the West. So that's good. And also: my endocrinologist may know someone too.
I'm not going to waste my time, explaining my crazy history to general practitioners when I can avoid it.
-So good news, I still have a psychiatrist at least -- in my primary city and could have one soon here.
-I'm just making sure I have everything set up to succeed, sooner than later and not remain lost. I was lost after Effexor for a long long time, I think it's shorter this time,
though some side effects are more severe with PFS (past: ***depression***). Other side effects were more severe with Effexor XR (***mania***, most notably).
-Also please note: I luckily do not experience "crashes" --- I'm lucky in that regard, so anyone reading this with similar issues as me.... do not assume this is okay.
-Anyways I'm out for now. And I wish us all optimal health and happiness. If I write something painting a different picture later... don't be surprised.
-Probably should have skipped half my coffee today... but it's okay. RU486 will crush cortisol.


-It likely will cause more shedding... but It's benefits far outweigh that (something I can't say about most other serious substances).

-FEELING: v mentally stimulated, maybe need to eat. But then tired.... stimulants do make me tired at times. It's a "reinforcer" not a global CNS stimulant like caffeine.

Actually this really good staying in contact with my docs. Because people help you when you help yourself, and when you look healthy and are mentally sharp...
they can serve you better. Which really sucks, when you're super ill (and they don't know what to do). This is great! I'm really happy about this.

for anyone just checking this now: Post ellaone, and beginning r-andro, and pre-4-Andro, and pre-Dexedrine:
I'm likely better in a few of these... but still far from being 100%. Deduct like 2 points from average metrics... so if it's 7-8 it's more like 5-6/10 overall.


My symptoms:

Mental/Neurological:

  1. -Depression (severe), Loss of personality, Anxiety. current: 8, 7, 7.5, sometimes 6 and lower. Never 0-4.
  2. -Mental Acuity: 7-8
  3. -Outgoing/Social Anxiety: 6.5 or more. I dislike my current city. I dislike my regular city too, but I have friends there and things to do. Some solitude is good too, It'd be higher if I felt I was living in the same way as before.
  4. -Brainfog (confusion) 7.5 (remember I need ADHD meds and to see more success in life, so I rate low).
  5. -Anhedonia. 6-7 (not that high with BPII/stress/finances)
  6. -Hard to listen to music, watch movies. Reading is not fun anymore. Better 7, even better if I had dexedrine bc I could study again.
  7. -Fatigue 7... I have more energy than a lot of people, but that's below my norm. If I felt 80 or 1000 yrs old, I now feel like 5-10 yrs older than I should.
  8. -emotionality --with people 7. Not the best I've been E.Q. wise, not the worst either. I'm awkward anyways... but this doesn't help.
Physical:
  1. -Weight gain 7... pretty good but I was leaner and fitter I was 208lb and now 185, usually 175-180. I was 180 for weeks, but digestion is bad.
  2. -vision changed after 14 years of near the same... Double vision, both eyes changed. 5-6 doesn't bother me as much.
  3. -Face: Eyes are sunken in, face seems rounder. 0 to 2, maybe higher... eyes bother me, I had amazing eyes before this.
  4. -I may be wrong: chin bone seems smaller. Hard to verify -- Not sure if I actually do have an issue.
  5. -Pain in between knuckles on fingers and toes... Joint or bone? not sure. 8.5-9
  6. -Urological/sexual symptoms 3-4 was 0 before. Thinking about sex more, improved erection quality. Unimproved testicular and o/w shrinkage.
  7. -Water retention/ water weight gain. 6. If digestion/constipation is fixed, and I lean up ... better.
  8. -Slower growing Facial hair 7-8 fixed mostly. I could shave after one day if my skin wasn't super sensitive.
  9. -slower growing body hair: 6-8 I can't tell for sure. I prefer smooth... so It's hard to say.
Mood- 7.0/10
Focus- 6.5/10

Energy- 7.0/10

Measuring usage:
I estimate former use to be around 25,000 -27,000mg / 4 years(1461 days) = 17.11mg to 18.48mg per day. Actually I barely used it I think in 2014, so maybe closer to 25mg a day... or maybe that was 2013 winter... I don't know. Not too much.
So ~20mg a day which is a low dose for me (avg is lowered by breaks and vacations and retitration back on).
-I probably used like 40 -50 pills max total in 2013. So it's fine.

My heavy use was:
Sometimes, rarely... 70-80mg max in 48hrs maybe 10-15 times in school work.
I remember 180-200mg max or so per week during Advanced Macro, Micro, International Dev. and Trade Policy Integration (some were grad level classes).
Always take breaks:
I often went 6 weeks and even 10 wks w/o it. AND 17mo or more after beginning fin.
Mar 22nd - Mar 23rd:
35mg, today 30mg (2 x 10mg spansules and 2 x 5mg I.R.)
Probably 8.75mg in a week of generic finasteride messed me up, 135mg total was terrible. Maybe 1000-2000mg of Effexor XR way back then.
My dry cleaner, the one below my old building, was owned by a man who was like 72 or 78 and a music executive, business owner, had kids in law schools and the like, in America. Vyvanse fine for him, I'm healthier or am 90% of the time and will be (and was getting there at time of writing).

I'll be careful with the stimulants and won't use when using PDE5 inhibitors, nor during ru486, nor other times. Obviously bad for sleep.
Sleep: I slept at like 5-6am and awoke at 8.45-9am. Maybe 7.45, not sure. I was tired at first. maybe slept 7.45-8.45 a bit more.
Diet: I did not have spinach, but some "power greens" with rice and steak, chicken, kidney beans. MYB moderate meal later today.

Re: ARL Recommendations (Hairtest) and ru486:
-ru486 should have been here 2 weeks ago, some customs destroyed it. I'm trying to ship it to a US address perhaps and then have it driven down and shipped domestically. Hairtest ARL LMH canada, should be here eventually.

Current Treatment:
-I took 200mg of R-A and 4-A.
-I took no creatine etc. I will take arginine and citruline if I workout. -200mg caffiene ... dex... cito later.

-I will say this, dexedrine definitely affects stomach. --> FOUND OUT LATER, BBB* too. -->GET MOUTHGUARDS.
-Strength coach gym rehab spoke to.
-HELPS strucutre and mood* and focus* but not enuff the last 2 and second one especially. I never want to lose control nor spend yrs messed up (effexor) agn.
-May need to use LTG again or something. --> FOUND safer things. NOT better per se but safer. Scared lose control like on effexor again.

-I'd likely wait until ru, and ARL and trying to "fix copper" and all that stuff before trying it... but it's hard to even get ru here.
-DEALT with tons of stress in life. Vaguely trust like 3 ppl in life.

-I just needed 1 or 2 friends to fucking tell me that it is bad or will cause hair loss. Even specialists. Now I mostly don't care. GET SO MAD at people, wanna fight em all.

-Besides, Dex, Randro, and 4-Andro all cause me shedding... and Lamotrigine was like Chemo level shedding...
-I may not even take Dex that long and I actually like it (I'm not loving it right now...). Accept what I cannot change.
- I only took meds 20-21 and 26 (one med consistently) to 29, and just tried 2 more right after that... (Lamo and Fin). Outside of inhalers, accutane, fin, effexor.

Future Balance:
-Soon I will have my hairtest results. And according to @TubZy and @HerrFisch and @freeflow (possibly others), this should help me.
-With PFS and my other issues... I sure hope so. Copper and Aluminum and other things can be dealt with.... and that can help things.
-Re: ADHD, I'll look up Wilson's Disease.--> kind of did or did not.
-If whatever I do cures PFS, I'd be pretty happy for a time. And I'd be ecstatic if it fixed some of the downsides of my other issues. PACKAGES should be here, are not.

-Some of this should help MOOD AND FOCUS and ENERGY (usually too much is the norm -- but that's not too bad). as well.
-Previous outline is a few pages back, and I have a more detailed plan on paper. This is incase I forget.

In brief:
- 20 day Water Fast, check.
-refeed, check.
-ellaone (2 pills) over 6-8 days or whatever it was. check
-Simple electrolyte protocol (Tubzy, spinach and protein minus KCl)/snap back... used like a month but not everything every day (digestion)
-R-andro + 4-Andro... in progress.
-PCT after cycle... soon enough
-wait...
-ru486...again electrolytes try it properly with hair tests + correct doses, of all that stuff, Mg, Na, K. ... enzymes, and betaine HCL if need be, keep working out and stuff... try and sleep properly.
-Cycle Randro and 4andro and pct again afterwards...
-more ru... keep clean eating (spinach and protein and all that, but correct for my exact case electrolytes/minerals)...
---> Exact case will help COPPER and ALUMINUM and focus on possibly KCl (a guess), and help MOOD and FOCUS too.

-some other stuff... I can't remember, but basically that's an outline.

ADHD + MOOD:
-I can always drop dexedrine if need be temporarily or take it a few times a week.

-I am hopeful that copper and balancing other minerals will help mood and focus, and give me consistent positive days, so that I'm at my best, after pfs and forever with no mood medication and not suffering without them.
-***I wish I didn't have several complicated issues***. SOME RANDOM disease? Stuff exacerbating eo, def that.
-I already am but it's nerve-wracking and I don't want to get lost, confused, nor make the wrong moves.


-I know a lot are against dexedrine, etc... but honestly, I don't know if many people can relate to being very capable but having some "ticks" against them, that screw a lot of things up. I think more clearly and I feel better mostly. Yada yada yada.

-I'm going to relax for a bit.
-I can buy ru from another source, but I know that customs will likely jack that up too... If I need to, I'll try sending it to America, but then it still hits Canadian customs.
-I have so many conflicting feelings right now.


-I can always quit... but I can accept some more anxiety, and put it into good use. NOFAP et al., can help.
-I need KCl still (shipped to wrong place) @HerrFisch
I need to do something about the mood stuff, bc Dexedrine makes you focus on things you wouldn't otherwise focus on...

-ADHD treated alone, I'm mostly functional (in the past), probably soon enough now. IS not good enuff. SO hence, trying LiOr, A-GPC, Choline, Cito, MMJ, etc... later.

Yeah, my issues and neurochemistry are complicated.
I slept less than most people (huge understatement) without any meds and just caffeine after late teens (and on and off ever since). I'm wired as fuck anyways. And stimulants do help control and focus that energy but do cause other issues... It was hard to balance before, but I had no choice, bills to pay, a school to get out of, and other things.

And the ways to balance it fully with another med are too much for me, because the side effects go from strong to crazy harsh.

Digestion better the last few days minus stomach pain, headache today, didn't eat till very late but forced like 2100-2300 cals the last two days. Ate extremely well 3 days, and very well 1 day, and well (like 8/10 compared to normal people), the other days, fasted major 2 days. I may or not workout today, headache and caught up sleep a bit, will ship ru486 thru the states, and will cautiously optimistically try and balance ARL/Electrolyte Protocol and Focus/Mood.

This is easier said than done... And I see that, for sure, I had issues even way before any medication. Obviously some make them way way worse, and some make a lot better but make some other issues worse. If I told doctors the full truth all the time (there's no time, and I confuse people and myself often), probably it would be hard for them to tell if it's one or the other disorder. Being wired all the time is exhausting, even if I felt invincible at times it was pretty stressful. Being more wired from stimulants is also exhausting. And fighting pfs is as well, and all the other necessary tasks and interactions for life. I hope copper, aluminum, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chloride etc balancing helps all this.

It really sucks knowing even with major improvements I have other issues, and feel them more now, and the entire set of issues at the same time (obviously hard to distinguish between them). Although some are obvious - extreme fatigue was finasteride, extreme insomnia was "BPII", extreme difficulty following a linear path of thought ADHD/BPII, and so on and so forth. If I was a weaker man, It would be over for me a long long time ago. Not that I'm so strong... actually feel contrastly very strong and very fragile at other times. I don't like arguing all the time, and having to fight my own nature... so I'll try that ARL stuff again but with their recs... assuming they don't mess it up somehow, even if they do, I'll just pay Catherine at ARL later.

Ate some takeout (wanted to once) but turned out to be like 3 days, and some food that usually does not agree with me... 186lb, and leaner looking most the time, decent to good digestion, but at times stomach pain, and also bloating (but not as bad as it was). There shouldn't be any at all considering all the stuff I did way before this and since then.

Thanks man. I talked to one of my best friends ever - yesterday on the phone.

We went thru a lot together, I spoke to him when I was crashing, a bit after... and now, and he said "You sound 1000x better". He's doing well, making money on something that I'm getting involved with more and more (part of the reason I wanted to take care of the focus issues again). The fact that he's succeeded so much in a short time, shows me the thing I'm working on is going to pay off.

Unrelated memo-
-My favorite pants, I'll buy later -- Armani Chinos (that with a dressy shirt, black/grey/white V-necks are great).
-I got some John Varvatos pants, black and grey. Some T's.
-I will get more casual/lounge wear as I get better lol.
-And some sneakers, some Pradas later, but not right now... Want my other improvements.
-I didn't care how I dressed for a bit, same after effexor, but I'm back to caring again more and more.
-Not to be vain, gotta dress for success and all that.
-Pretty much a 33 or less inch waist. Not overweight which is good, recompositioning will help fix other issues.

-ru486 will come here, I'm working on that with a mate from here.
-And I'll await that ARL stuff, should be next week...
-Cialis should be 7-8 days or so, and hopefully all that + working out, takes me to higher %'s with repeated cycles... and more.

Note to myself: 03.25.2018: I'm ok but confused and stressed with this all.
-Still a long way to go, but new things that I wanted for a long time (ru and ARL) should accelerate recovery I'm hoping. When I first started it was all way too overwhelming to do anything. I'll fix the rest.

Note -- reconciling notes on plans

-Like all my recent years of essays. I really have difficulty following plans, and that makes much of life difficult... let alone these types of syndromes.
-May need an organized friend to reconcile things... or my specialist, or use my dex, and scratch out and rewrite it carefully, then put it on word, then print it.

-Instead of most of the "simple electrolyte protocol" which I dropped as digestion gains wained (still better than last year), add the ARL program - and try and balance Mood+Focus stuff and PFS... whatever imbalances I have,
as an intermediate step.
-@Herrfisch says it's likely I may need KCl more than focusing on Magnesium Chloride. I'm taking all in foods now, but, not the RDI.
-I don't want to buy a chronometer, I have enough stuff to keep track of... maybe later after Ru486, I will.

-After Cycling R-Andro, 4-Andro, and PCT... then wait a bit, 2 weeks or less, and use ru alone. Maybe with PCT, bc I've waited months to start ru, and can finally fund this all.
-AND then... in snapback, take all of the ARL recommendations, with a scale, boil water and use the electrolytes in protein meals at night, or if I'm eating more, a couple times a day. Store in the fridge.
-And go from there. I'll have more ru, more R-A + 4-A + PCT, to cycle on again, and also all of the ARL recs.
-If the exact ARL recs do not work, then do the exact actual electrolyte protocol along with the extra something I need. I'm hoping, it works.
-ru, exercise 4-andro and the like, alone can take me pretty far...
-but, if I'm stalling, then just try ARL with all that stuff.
-I can probably get pretty far with time, exercise, and the rest of everything... but I'll post ARL and all that, I'm hoping this week... I'll demand my results if they don't give it to me by Mar. 29th.
-Hell, if I want to take it easy and not feel confused, I'd gladly cycle ru a few more times after (assuming it helps).
-I'm still pretty recent off my water fast and refeed, so it would likely help a lot. If I make money I'll stock up on that.
-There's a lot of confusion as to the electrolyte protocol, I'll ask a few experienced members about what to take after my results are in, but I'm not going to sit around and do nothing. I don't really crash but need to watch out for sleeping and energy and things like that.
-I want some mods to tell us there approximate recovery percentage... but I understand in holding out. :)
-I'm doing the same, except when I talk too much on here... don't want to get a terrible surprise. I don't think I will, but do have setbacks at times. If there was just one medication that could fix it all in 30 days, that would be great, but there isn't.

-TO anyone new reading this, read pages 1-5 for actual major progress. I get confused and am very disorganized and this is a stressful time. I obsessively keep lots of notes and have since I was a little kid, to try and remember things, because of a memory-disorder (talked about a lot on here). I can't help it.
-Later, I may just make a concise, executive summary. I try not to think too far into the future right now.

-Honestly, I know several people that improved dramatically without ARL, so I don't need to feel confused.
-Yes, using all tools at my disposal for a faster recovery is ideal. And my results are on their way.
-Take some time to rest and take time off of recovery for a sec. And then, like math or econ or science problems, I can plan better. I probably don't even need to... I could cycle ru, and take care of digestion, and workout a lot... and improve a lot, and take cialis.... and increase blood flow... But I don't know for sure. I'm pretty sure though.
-And I need ARL anyways.
-Several of the guys I've consulted with who have markedly improved to 70 and 80% plus didn't do a precise plan.
-I'm precise but all over the place, as you can see it's hard with all this other stuff.
-I succeeded in the past, without precise plans (pssd, school at times), and with a lot of trudging along. I hate the feeling though, so I'll try and control what I can.
-I felt like playing videogames or going somewhere.
-I had a lot of dinners/ takeout this week (mostly healthy when I controlled it), when others did I felt bad and guilty bc I eat so clean usually. Still no or near zero gluten, and little carbs usually. I didn't workout enough, bc Im still getting used to it again, and I was waiting on others.

I don't want to get too down emotionally and mood wise (nor high and dysphoric).
I'll write what I want to solve most...
-emotionality/blunted emotions. - a lot better but I'm not the artist and "actor" that I was.
-digestion - a lot better but it was worse than ever.
-Facial/eye changes.
-brainfog. - a lot better, but I need it gone.
-sexual side effects -- all of them. - a bit better. No testicle and penile regrowth.


MEDS should be a *life-enhancer* not a life-ruiner nor a life-damager.
Like nootropics (which are life-enhancers but are not toxic at all I think is the distinction).

Which is why I like dexedrine and hate nearly everything (probably everything) else (legal at least).
And why treating 2 major issues (outside of pfs) crazy difficult.

-From now on till I get ARL back at the very least, zero Mg chloride, and just some good clean foods, and digestive enzymes, in addn to: R-andro/4-Andro, diet/exercise, dex* as needed. And my normal life supplements mag chloride, some vit d, and maybe some fish oil again soon or not. No adding and subtracting anything else.
-Later came back to zero (not health but steps taken, transitioned to one thing at a time and 4-5 supps per day sometimes 2 or zero).

Later: -Ate very unclean last 2 days (prev page, diet log). Fine tho, digestion issues if they were present sorted self out mostly. BUT ongoing. BUT far far better. 75-80.

I did have a bit of stomach issues more. I did eat some takeout and did have chocolate. Most takeout was bc I didn't want to make a scene, I did have some stuff I shouldn't have. And I will do better. And workout and also have a deficit a couple days or more to restore things.

And hopefully ARL will get here soon and the ru486... so I can more easily return to work for now (temporary) and then find something I like better.

I can use my medicine to help me there, but I don't want to over rely on it. And I do want digestion to be better. I'll just take digestive enzymes for now and eat clean, and workout with the current stack I'm taking. I can work at a place temporarily stat, but last time I worked there I was sick many years ago and I came so far since then to only get sick again but, I'll improve. And it is only temporary, and being sick will get better.

I'll add daily and nightly meditation and also go to bed earlier. All this takes consistency and believing that it will help. So I'll try my best.

-Current Diet/ Exercise / Supps Log:

-03.26.2018:
-Clean and Lean again.
-I won't let ignorance get in the way of my diet, as it's #1 for importance.
-100mg R-A and 4-A at 11am, 200mg R-A and 4-A at 2.50pm... and worked out 3.50-4.45.
-7 lifts. Better on back lateral pulldowns (140lb iso), and better on leg press (130, 150, 170, 190lb in 4 sets). Triceps, iso-lateral bench press, Shoulder press not bad.
-good energy, and focused... and decent, like less than a minute rest between certain exercises, a minute otherwise. (Less than a minute is probably too quick).
-Walked a bit after and will again. Was out of breath a bit - asthma, slightly cold like 2 or 0 degrees (I don't really care unless it's actually cold, I don't check all the time).
-Diet: Some spinach and protein; and then again after gym like an hour later. One iced espresso (Deathwish) at home 11am or so, and then another later 6pm+.
-Slept 5-6 hrs, Ok... Better than very little. Not best quality.

-I ate lots of cooked chicken no seasoning maybe 400g or so, spinach, some potatoes, rice. And similar food. 2 shakes with water. Total 1800 cals/150gp or so. 70gfat, rest carbs. 120-142g carbs.. So I probably had more fat lke 90g.

-I'll eat spinach, protein, carbs a bit... later. I.e. eggs and spinach. Not many carbs, may be a lot hungrier later, Can't eat and then take care of stuff... better to eat later.

-03.27.2018:
-100mg R-A and 4-A and 250-300mg of Espresso (iced). Protein soon, a bit before working out - I will probably try squats, chinups (or similar), overhead press. And ancillary work.
-Eating lean, no nonsense today.
-Did laundry, cleaned a bit, planned my day mentally.
-Then go downtown or to university or the library (somewhere?), a cafe... and get some work done.
-take meds with me if I need it to focus on things.
-Get some almond milk.

-I'll use whatever I can for ARL/Electrolytes during snapback from ru*... Just in case. 3 or 4 bottles each... it's expensive... should be 200 cash for all that max.
-Nah it's like 1200 cals so far max, I threw away a lot of bread and looked up values... plus like eggs and what not... 1360 cals and some other stuff... And some choc almond milk, and 0.4 bananas like 170 or like 1530 cals max. And that's stretching it a bit. It's 7.30pm.\
-More of shake 1 after workout, along with the takeout (totally fine if digestion works, minus bread (bread = garbage)).
-And a tiny bit of chicken, like 1/5th of a serving or less. -And a protein + spinach + plain almond milk + some dark chocolate almond milk. 300 cals max/ 48gp...
-tiny bit of butter, 60 cals maybe, 1.5 teaspoons of avocado salsa.
-desert: 150cals more butter, 1 chocolate, another bit spat it out (I'm sick I know). And some gelatin, iced valhalla java coffee with some choco almond milk and some regular almond milk (all diluted with water). 270cals max. I'll fast more tomro and just work on things. Like 1970 cals/ 150-170gp I'll calculate it later. --edit 11.00pm Tues Mar 27th. woot woot!!! STAY LEAN AND GET JACKED AT THE SAME TIME OR CLOSE TO IT, BURN ALL EXCESS FAT AND LATER GET JACKED WITH COACHES AND DESTROY ALL.
-Damn, stomach hurting since I tried more electrolyte protocol (no offense to anyone - just not for me and not yet).
-I WILL try it fully later, maybe after healing or during snapback.
-I ate more... chicken, spinach, olive oil. So like 2500 2600 cals 180gp, a lot of carbs, a lot of fat. Actually 3300 Cal's 210 gp and lots of carbs and fat. Its ok. No dairy zero bread zero gluten only rice and potatoes and only that stuff on big lifting days. I doubt this will set back anything other than digestion and vanity a second. But it is inconsistent and causes fear /anxiety.
-but I can't deal with bloatedness. That's why supps in ARL/electrolytes are a last step thing for me, and I'll be ripped and vascular and have good digestion by then anyways.
Should be alright.

-I'm fasting tmro... IF I workout, I'll still have a fasting day. And I'm hiding my supplements, no bullshit - only what I know works for me and won't cause additional issues. If I ran ru twice already, fine my digestion would be miles better, but I'm not walking around fat looking nor feeling terrible. Digestion like 5-6 /10 and sometimes 7 or more... not my normal, but my normal gets bad too at times, so I can't risk this. --- 1.26pm, March 28th 2018.

-Worked out pretty good. Some chin-ups, and upper and lower split. Some legs, but being careful - feel left leg pain a bit when I run up and down the stairs (disorganization, looking for something/ getting energy out). Don't want to overtrain. Take a break.
-Ate a Dave's Triple -- threw most the bread, and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches (same thing), spinach, arugula, some olive oil, the rest of my spinach + matcha + protein + coconut water drink. -- 124gp and 1400cals so far, had 2 eggs and some spinach earlier. Maybe 1 more randro and 1 more 4andro for 400mg total. (post workout).

-It isn't the cheese nor the fast food, it's pfs and also strange supplements that hurt my stomach.
I'm glad it works for others, but it isn't for me yet. I'm sure fasting later for 20-40 days and recomp it will be better. Normal people shouldn't need to do any of this, and I hope to avoid it with ru486, so if I need to fast again, only at 80% OR HIGHER, and already having a lot of things I need outside of PFS on-lock.


-03.28.2018:
-Spinach + Chicken... at night 8pm. -and a tiny portion of eggs (like 1-1.5eggs) and spinach in morn.

-Not relying on dex to go to the gym or anything, but a bit to get structure on, I should be making 20-30k quarterly soon enough. ANd then way more. A lot to learn.
-12.40pm Vegan Protein shake, fibre, whatever else is in there, some almond milk, and added spinach. 200 cals, 28gp, 22gcarbs, fat? 2 small pieces of chocolate at 4.45am.

-exercise:
-Worked out 8 exercises, shoulders - watch hypermoobility left shoulder esp, one chest exercise, 4 back. No legs. Eat Spinach + Pro + Carbs. Chicken, Spinach, Rice myb.
-2.20pm to 3.20pm.
-WORK... focus upstairs top level and downstairs.

-Tasks:
-Hit Chapters Later, check some magazines, books. 3 R-A and 3 4-A pre workout. Eat a lot, but clean. Olive oil and stuff for extra cals (fats). No screw Chapters -- set up various things I need to. **2 I did, 1 more I need and to research many avenues. AND to verify tomorrow**

-Watch out for knees, don't run up and down too much.

-03.30.2018:
-Digestive Enzymes with each meal. Reup on that and the Andros and the PCT get it soon.
-1. Pro + Spinach + Arugula + Almond milk + water + inulin (fibre) shake. 180cals/39gp. 1 iced coffee.
-100mg of R-A and 100mg 4-A. (keep it low esp on rest day. And have half as much 4-A as R-A like IHateFin). I want 60% and 65% post snapback PCT, and 75 and 80% feeling and 75 consistently + after ru trial one and then 85 - 90 as time goes on and more trials of both those things, and mood and health improvements overall too. --12.11pm.

-3.5 eggs,spinacha, arugula, and some sea salt butter, and tiny bit of hot sauce. AND some chai tiny bit, and rest of iced espresso. And 200ml Beet Juice (Potassium, carbs).
-Get in at a low.
-Chicken and spinach, arugula, olive oil, butter, sea salt, dig enzymes before. Lots of protein so I had one HCL later. Didn't help digestion so far.
-WC 3 x but bloated still. It's stupid, bc I'd be lean and fit looking all the time relatively if that was fixed and better energy. Maybe getting rdy and or HCL helps brain fog and or mood.
-Only lots of coffee today 3-4 shots of espresso. Barely slept yesterday.
-I know that if digestion is fixed to 80-90% usually, and lean looking, and all that I'd be 60% or so. ANd then the rest, sexual changes, and other health... I just want to move on to the next step but I'm awaiting ARL results and more importantly for me awaiting ru still after all this time. Mar 30 2018.
-Maybe Randro or 4andro affects digestion with estrogen effects, or its just bad at times. It's still better than months ago, and pre fast... but not as good as post fast when eating really really clean. But, having some juice with potassium, taking mag different forms, taking HCL, gelatin, dropping all, whatever does not change it too much. At it's worst it's still better than a month ago, but it does hold me back.
-More chicken roasted chicken white meat, some dark meat, rice, and veg - spinache, peas, some sweet potato or similar (IDK).
-And a protein shake spinach, some iced cofee, and almond milk and some choc. So like 1800cals140gp, 80-100g carbs, 80-90gfat. Not bad... No gym.

-Awake 8am, from 4am. Slept again 10.20am. Then eat protein shake spinach tiny bit of choco almond and reg almond milk more; iced espresso.
-1 MSM pill, 2 RAndro + 1 4Andro, some puffs. 3 dig enzyme pills - need more; and will need more of the Andro's.
-get rdy, shaved yday already, and go to CDAPOST and then BANK and then tsf money in, and then go to gym. Deal with bs later, dinner with ppl... but take care of myself and my funds and body. Face, FUNDS, IQ, body, health, drgs, sex, confidence, hair last *** for priorities.
-wc once, and getting rdy to go take care of all that shyt 11.39am. Can get rdy agn later. -187lb. Ok... really 186. Cut likr 5-6lb and I'm nearer genetic potential. Cut and recomp with KX* even better, then eat a lot more and jack up with KX*, and then cut... and boom super fit looking and actually fit as well. --> LATER, don't worry, just don't go too hard on legs. Lift medium light there and higher reps, and do lunges more. And that other thing which is like single legged lunges/ squats - full range (I hate that stuff, but definitely helps recomp everything and make legs stronger too).

-I worked out 1 hour, so that's 4 workouts, 2 long walks, a few short walks not bad. Pretty good. Get to 7hrs proper exercise per week, and I'm relatively fit again.
-I just know I can get better results quicker, later on at my preferred gyms... but for now, I need to work with what I have.

-Diet March 31: Most of a burrito bowl - double steak, some pinto beans, 1cup of rice, spinach, arugula, olive oil, butter, lemon, various veg. Most of it, eat rest later. And pre-shake... so like 1200cals/ 65gp so far. GET DIGESTIVE ENZYMES - I have to go to someone's house tonight, I'm going to be in a bad mood if I eat and then have messed up digestion, so buy it asap.
-0.5 sugargree redbull - 7pm.
-10.30pm finished spinach, arugula, ginger, garlic, some random veggies, chicken, 2 pieces of chicken curry homemade. Decent.
-maybe more mexican food at home, maybe not. AND more digestive enzymes (I took morning, and also before leaving). WC 2.

ok ? This will help the potassium issue correct? Besides that I'll only use 1 HCL cap if I feel like it, and digestive enzymes in every meal (I have Biozyme but my brand has lactose, so I'll buy smth else later). And otherwise wait on that ARL stuff? Correct?

-Yeah no more HCL. I'm hiding that stuff and whatever else from electrolytes/ARL until I can get my results back. I look bloated again despite working out twice and walking like 30 mins in cold weather and being relatively lean (relative to people that don't workout or beginners, outside of naturally lean people). I'm recompositing and can't get my best workouts in without sports rehab (I don't have it currently), and I'm not looking fat for any reason whatsoever. No way.
-I am not sure if I falsely attribute it to HCL. I do have major heartburn / acid reflux today, so I took one of these, may be better after that, but I did take tums also 20-30mins ago.

Re: Joint issues:
-Knee pain, cartilage issues, flat feet, double jointed elsewhere (like shoulders), hypermobile but stiff (carry tension in my back and shoulders). I try and use MSM and will add fish oil maybe, but maybe just keep it simple and have 1 MSM + hy acid a day. Knee issue most concerning... I had pain there since 4-5 yrs ago, ran too much a few yrs before that, and have cartilage being worn down, and was told by doctors to stop running, hence 1 reason I had strength coach before (also way better results, and recompositioning). In short, knee pain --- will try this MSM before workouts, and just skip legs if it hurts and give time to recover. Or go light weight on legs. There's also tying up legs underneath the knees to straighten the legs a bit while doing squats, but I don't know how to do that.
-Also pain in left finger, and sometimes I accidentally bend a pinkie or a random digit too much... randomly (not even during workouts). LIke I can't control some random movements. I don't think this caused pain before, (I do twitch and have some motor neuron movement stuff, ADHD/etc related probably).

-Actually running yeah, but I think it was lifting weights (crappy trainer at the time or a decent trainer but didn't take into account everything like my favorite place does, and on my own -- caused pain there, I couldn't workout legs like 8 weeks then). And should have waited even longer (4-6 yrs ago).

I fidget and I had a head tremor, starting 3-4 yrs ago (that's dex and lack of sleep - but mostly goes away --- I don't have it after quitting for months, it's hard to tell with me anyways).
The moving fingers randomly and feeling pain like they get bent too much, I don't remember that before the last few weeks (on Randro). Very strange. I do things like "double-tap" automatically in like videogames or writing with a pen (sometimes in tests a pen flys out of my hand). I know I was dropping my razor and keys a lot when I was trialling Lamotrigine and added finasteride (worse than now, plus all the other issues). Sometimes I worry about neurodegenerative diseases but I'm sure I was a clumsy kid too. My knees are a bit "knocked" and I stand on my "tippy toes" at times by accident.

-Water retn/ Bloating:
No gelatin and no HCL for me not yet anyways. POST ru486 - it will likely be much better. Forget those supps for now. I'm not walking around looking fat. This note is strictly for me. It's the first thing to go.

-Keep Test Hi:
-Also NOFAP - starting Mar. 29. I quit so much and transformed many times, I can do this! Be sharper, more confident, work, do sales, write, and invest... and manage time better, and a better mood, and more serum TEST, and better recomposition, and better eye contact with women, and less anhedonia.

-MOST good. Trying to work on investments, projects... slowly plan future. And manage energy and mood, and avoid being questioned.
-Vaccumed house. rave, go get work done, fuckup anything that gets in your way.

Re: Digestion:
-188lb or so, WTF. I'm not sure where this weight is considering. --> IT's estrogen, maybe just water retention. THAT GOT BETTER. HCl worked... and leaner.
-I wanted to fast 20-22hrs, but it's just a small break, and I am taking a lot of prohormones so... I get hungrier. I was really hungry, so I ate chkn, eggs, spinach,salt.
It's all about Balance and mitigating harmful effects, and cleansing and rebuilding and turning androgens back on.

I have to keep that up and succeed again, more than ever to make up for lost time but don't drive myself crazy about time either... Still young and can make it and do what needs to be done. Just need peace and space... to do it more.
I feel closer and almost ready to move back to my main city (but may wait, wait till I have more capital, and possibly do some more things in this city but it's played it's course).

Going back there after ru cycles have been under my belt, will be even better. Like everything, I want it now.
Should have bought an apartment there years ago (terrible investment tho), so I can travel easier... Moving is a terrible experience for me, even when optimally healthy.
Always last minute, in a rush. I got rid of my old bed thank God. I do miss my furniture lol (barely had any -storage), but that means I can think about the past and future more calmly.

I remember my standing desk, iced coffee in the morning, 2 gyms, and friends where they live, and which grocery stores to go to, the best coffee places, and areas to meet people, Second City, and stuff... I kind of like Toronto I guess.

If nothing else I have my specialists there (non PFS), and some great friends were centered around there, but we all aren't trying to stay there long term, but one thing at a time. I just want to be really healthy and confident by the June or earlier, and closer on other goals too.
