    Manu's Log

Haven't posted for a long time. I finished my second cycle but haven't felt any improvement at all. I don't have a new hair test yet. I first wanted to focus on some experimental stuff like liver flushes. So I did 3 liver flushes in total since then: First liver flush went pretty good. Some...

Slayo's PFS Log- is recovery possible for me ?

Ciao Slayo, I read through your log. It's a tough problem. I think you would agree that your digestion is your main problem. I would laser-focus on that. I don't want to be disrespectful but buying supplements left and right won't get you anywhere if digestion doesn't work. In crises some...

    Manu's Log

No diarrhea anymore. Last week I had no appetite at all. This week I eat everything left and right. I'm little bit confused all the time (made some terrible mistakes at work) but not stupid overall. Unfortunately it makes me very tired and the third dose usually knocks me out (very tired). But...

Lyme disease (?) How would you treat

I don't have any experience with lyme but Tim Ferriss claims that going into ketosis for some time has cured him from lyme disease. Look it up on youtube might be worth a try. AFAIK @bruschi11 has lyme and knows a lot about it. Maybe he will chime in.

    Manu's Log

Had little diarrhea on the first days (known side effect of gb-3) and was a little bit tired and brain foggy. Now I feel okay but feel some anxiety. I feel like my adrenaline is very high (hectic) but maybe it's because of how cold it has become here.

    Ulcerative Colitis / IBD

@HerrFisch try mastic gum. I have used it for some minor issues I've had. However I wouldn't mix anything with TEI. Maybe just reduce the dosage like just every second day... etc.

    Manu's Log

I still haven't got my new supplements. Now the problem is they don't have GB3 in stock. And they can't tell me when they will have it... They will send me gall plus instead (Gall Plus Nutr -i 90 tablets (GB3 replacement) – Nutritional Balancing) Unfortunately it has B-vitamins in it. However it...

    Arnold Ehret "Muscusless Diet"

Hi all, so many years ago I read about a german dietician named Arnold Ehret ("Muscusless Diet Healing System"). He is basically a fruitarian, promotes intermittent fasting, ... etc. One of his basic principles is as follows IIRC: Because of a wrong diet our body collects toxins and waste...

    Manu's Log

I've made that terribly mistake of ordering my supplements from a shop located in the USA because it looks much cheaper. Customs don't allow me to import it into the EU because it exceeds three times the RDA LOL. Meanwhile one can order a B12 supplements from Amazon which is like 30 times the...

    Manu's Log

No it hasn't. I guess it was some reaction of being at the sea, a lot of sun exposure, bad sun screen and taking a lot of b6. It has completely healed in the meantime.

    Manu's Log

I think I'm feeling my higher Na/K ratio: I'm far more aggressive. It has upsides (eg.at work I called a supplier which ignored our requests to repair a device for already 2 weeks. I told them to solve all the problems we have until next day when I'm at work again or I will sue them, terminate...

    Manu's Log

@Admiral Great that you figured that out! Yeah if one goes the mineral balancing route all the work is about finding a way to get through it without taking something which interferes with the program. Lots of challenges: Mentally (sucidal thoughts which are just chemical - chelation symptoms)...

    Manu's Log

@Admiral Haha sorry Admiral I have no idea how this all works. I take nothing but my ARL supplements. Have you figured out a way to tolerate magnesium in your supplements (as mentioned in your log)?

    Manu's Log

@HerrFisch Because I'm lazy. I have reuploaded it for you. Yes I think manganese and iron should go hand in hand. Your iron hasn't improved as well. I remember @Helen once mentioned that an increase in iron on hairtest is a very good sign of progress. I think it is just still ahead of us.

    Manu's Log

Got my new hair test. Interestingly my magnesium increased a lot. Na/K inversion is gone, that's why I feel a little bit better. Still have adrenal insufficiency but got from exhaustion stage to resistance stage (according to ARL). ARL also states that I have impaired digestion and liver/kidney...
