Minor Update: Fri, March 9th, 2018:
Around this time last year I stopped going outside because of this drug. I didn't know what was happening to me. I had law school, sales jobs, etc in my grasp.
One phone call, an interview, and a discussion - I literally had good jobs lined up weeks before taking finasteride.
-I had lived downtown and commuted to the styx to study. I was finally able to live and work downtown (which is amazing for ADHD).
-Now I'm where I hate again, hometown only for a bit. But life and I are usually fast... days drone on here. I hate it here bc of my past and family brushes off my issues,
even though they have zero idea (not talking only about pfs, I've been thru that and 100x more).
Anyways, I'll work on that again - but I'm temporarily in Western Canada, and the jobs that matter for me are in the East. As are my connections.
-Testing:
-I asked the hair testing consultant about Copper being related to ADHD+BPII.
-She replied: "It could be copper, or even aluminum. We won't know for sure until I get the test results, I'll definitely forward you the scanned copies right away so you get them ASAP."
-I went and picked up endocrine tests:
-Results:
-1. Urine, 24H 16.72 mmol/day Ref Range: 8.80-22.10 mmol/day
-2. Cortisol, 24H Urine 159.5 nmol/day Ref Range: 100-380 nmol/day -high/low? Crushed by fasting and or Ellaone? Mid-range?
-3. Cortisol AM 321 nmol/L Ref Range: 170-500 nmol/L
-4. Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH) 5.0 pmol/L Ref Range: 2.0-11.5 pmol/L
-5. Bioavailable Testosterone:
Albumin (final): 43g/L Ref Range: 33-48 g/L
SHBG : 35 nmol/L Ref Range: 10-55 nmol/L --Lower than last time, but that was just a blood test maybe this was too, I don't remember.
Test Final: 19.3 nmol/L Ref Range: 8.0-29.0 nmol/L
Bioavailable Testosterone (Final): 9.3 nmol/L Ref Range: (4.0 - 16.0) nmol/L
-So my test is low I guess. Fuck this all. I wasn't working out and was too messed up to, and fasted 20 days and was still refeeding when I got this all done last week.
-I guess it's not so bad. Estrogen is low and test is low-medium.
-Fitness: Ok, getting back into things. I have to relearn/ask my gym back home what kinds of things I was doing for physio/sports rehab.
-I may buy some weights for legs -- bc it's hard to do legs at my current gym (crowded in that section, and I did lunges, single leg lifts, etc).
-Diet: Fine. Will eat low calories and just veg + protein on rest days. And all that and higher cals and carbs more on workout days.
-Supps: Only electrolytes after a meal, and NaCl. I need KCl still.
Low test or not, I'd still fuck Shkreli and his pharma douche friends up.
-I can't tolerate the electrolyte protocol. Maybe magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, and potentially potassium chloride.
-but nothing else for now till I get ****ARL HMTA back****.
-zero yogurt, zero nuts, zero crackers, zero anything that upsets my stomach (seems to be a lot sometimes).
No hot sauce.

Friday March 9th 2018:
Tiny potatoes, spinach, vegan protein shake 200, and some iced coffee. Spinach, peas, chicken and turkey small portions. Tiny bit of yogurt, and 4 triscuits. Olive oil, garlic, ginger. 1100 cals or so 65gp, 60gcarbs, 40-50 g fat. Around that.
-I consider taking some
histidine again, and part of a banana for potassium.
-I took NAC Histidine 2 capsules + 2 cysteine + 50mg (mag chloride earlier after dinner). And breuss juice some (mostly beet).
-To see if that helps digestion.
-March 10th:
Eating out, one meal. salad, no sauce, meat. No apps. Napalese food. Probably not healthy. I'll eat only meats and veg.
-One meal butter 4.30pm, olive oil (tiny bit), sea salt, spinach, snap peas, minced turkey and 0.7 chicken breast like 500 cals/35gp, 25gf, 10gcarbs or less.
-Dinner: One lamb and spinach curry dish. A bit of fish... Indian/Nepali food. 2 pieces of fish. 600cals/28gp. 80gc maybe, 50gfat... I estimate this as unhealthily as I can.
-SINCE DIGESTION IS BAD and EATING CLEAN DOESN'T HELP, and electrolytes or not... digestion is still bad--
-I ate wild rice, quinoa, yogurt a lot, some egg whites, arugula, and some triscuits at home a few hrs after dinner
-my stomach was distended and digestion bad before this. I could literally eat a whole pizza or not eat at all and I'd look thinner than before this pfs bullshit. Maybe electrolyte protocol is bad for me bc I'm a slow oxidizer or slow/mixed... I don't know.
-Supps: magnesium chloride, NaCl, some propylene glycol. 200mg Ra. Nothing else.
-March 11th:
One meal maybe, protein shake. If I'm still sick ish.
